TIPS FOR USING THE REMOVABLE SERVING DISHES (SELECT MODELS)

CAUTION: T mp ratur of foods should b k pt at 150 °F or abov .

• Th REMOVABLE ROASTING PAN and REMOVABLE SERVING

DISH FRAME must b in plac wh n using th REMOVABLE

SERVING DISHES.

• Us only to k p cook d foods warm.

• REMOVABLE SERVING DISHES and REMOVABLE SERVING DISH

FRAME ar not to b us d on th stov top, in an ov n, or in a

microwav ov n.

• Wh n filling REMOVABLE SERVING DISHES with foods that may

stick, spray th insid with a non-stick cooking spray.

• If food is dry, add broth or juic to h lp k p warm.

• NEVER pick-up hot REMOVABLE SERVING DISHES using th

REMOVABLE SERVING DISH FRAME.

• M ats roast d in your Roast r Ov n will b moist and t nd r.

For additional browning, brush oil or butt r ov r th m at b for

cooking.In addition, cooking th m at in a traditional ov n at

450°. For on Broil for th last 20-30 minut s will r sult in

• To cr at a dark r roast d, crispi r skin poultry, do not add liquids

(with th xc ption of th basting butt r or oil) until th r ar only

30 minut s l ft of cooking. Cooking at a high r t mp ratur will

r sult in a fast r cooking tim , i. . 375 °F inst ad of 325 °F.

USING YOUR ROASTER OVEN

1. Plac th REMOVABLE ROASTING PAN into th ROASTER OVEN BODY.

2. Turn th TEMPERATURE CONTROL to OFF, th n plug cord into

a 120V AC outl t.

3. Turn th TEMPERATURE CONTROL to th d sir d t mp ratur

and pr h at for 15 to 20 minut s. Indicator light will shut off

wh n t mp ratur is r ach d (indicator light is on s l ct

mod ls only).

4. Plac ROASTING RACK into th REMOVABLE ROASTING PAN,

arrang food on th ROASTING RACK, and s cur th LID on

th Roast r Ov n. NOTE: Som foods or r cip s do not r quir

th ROASTING RACK to b us d.

5. Wh n finish d, turn th TEMPERATURE CONTROL to OFF and

unplug Roast r Ov n from outl t.

6. Us ov n mitts or hot pads to r mov LID and ROASTING

RACK, or wh n grasping unit by sid handl s, surfac s ar hot

during op ration.

USING THE REMOVABLE SERVING DISHES (SELECT MODELS)

1. Fill th REMOVABLE ROASTING PAN with 8 quarts of wat r

(or 1/2 - 3/4 full) and plac insid ROASTER OVEN BODY.

CAUTION: N v r add wat r dir ctly insid th ROASTER OVEN

BODY.

2. Plac REMOVABLE SERVING DISH FRAME on top of th

REMOVABLE ROASTING PAN. Mak sur th REMOVABLE

SERVING DISH FRAME is s cur and l v l.

3. Add mpty REMOVABLE SERVING DISHES, making sur th y fit

s cur ly in REMOVABLE SERVING DISH FRAME.

CLEANING YOUR ROASTER OVEN

NOTE: Do not imm rs th ROASTER OVEN BODY in wat r

or oth r liquid. Do not put REMOVABLE ROASTING PAN,

REMOVABLE SERVING DISHES (s l ct mod ls), or REMOVABLE

SERVING DISH FRAME (s l ct mod ls) in dishwash r.

1. Turn TEMPERATURE CONTROL to OFF.

2. Unplug th Roast r Ov n from outl t and allow unit to cool

compl t ly b for cl aning.

3. Wash th REMOVABLE ROASTING PAN, REMOVABLE SERVING

DISHES (s l ct mod ls), REMOVABLE SERVING DISH FRAME

(s l ct mod ls), LID, and ROASTING RACK in hot, soapy wat r

– using a spong or cloth. Rins thoroughly in hot wat r, th n

tow l dry.

4. Wip th insid and outsid of th ROASTER OVEN BODY with

a damp cloth.

4. Cov r with LID and plug Roast r Ov n into a 120V outl t.

Pr h at on 350 °F for 30 minut s or until wat r is v ry hot.

5. R mov LID and car fully add hot, cook d food into

REMOVABLE SERVING DISHES.

6. Cov r and turn control to 250 °F s tting to k p foods warm. If

n c ssary, adjust t mp ratur .

7. Stir occasionally and k p food cov r d to maintain

t mp ratur .

8. P riodically, ch ck wat r l v l and car fully add mor hot

wat r if n c ssary.
