1. The 3DISON AEP generates high temperatures and includes moving parts
that can cause injury. Thus, don’ t put your hands in the machine while
printing. After the printing is completed, wait until the temperature inside the
printer goes down.
2. Never reach inside the printer while it’ s operating.

Product Function
1. Auto-Leveling: Before printing, Auto-Leveling sensor reads gap between Heat-Bed and Hot-End and level Heat-
Bed without manual adjustment.
2. Heat-Bed Auto Turn off: Automatically turn off the Heat-Bed after printing.
3. Auto-Cleaning: Cleaning inside of Hot-End for stable printing process.
4. Roof Case: Prevent filament from getting twisted. (Patent application is requested)
5. Heat-Bed Temperature Controller: Control the Heat-Bed temperature.
Product Function
About 3DISON AEP
3DISON AEP is desktop 3D printer based on Fused Filament Fabrication(FFF) method that the object is printed by
three dimension. AEP is characterized by applicable filament and It can be applied not only PLA, ABS but also
engineering plastic like ULTEMTM resin grade 9085 and PC. AEP is the world’s first production grade that has the high
resolution of 25 micron and the high speed of 1000mm/sec. (PLA)
※FFF Method : This method works by laying down consecutive layers of material at high temperatures allowing the adjacent
layers to cool and bond together before the next layer is deposited.

Unpacking your 3DISON AEP
How to use 3DISON AEP
Remove styrofoam at coners. Put
the machine on a flat surface.
Unpack the box and remove
styrofoam. (including Quick Guide
, Welcome Box)
Open the door and remove
protection styrofoam from Heat
-Bed and Crash-Cushion.
Remove Crash-Cushion from the
shafts. (X,Y,Z axis)

※ Caution about unpacking
- Be careful when removing the machine from the box. (Drop, Impact)
- Be careful when you treat any sharp object such as scissors, knife and cable cut.
- Be careful not to cut cables when unpacking.
- Please keep the box and styrofoam for delivering & A/S later.
※ Caution about delivery
- Caution: Inflammables / Use of fire / Impact / Moisture strictly prohibited.

Check if the filament is built up
normally in circle shape.
(This process goes on for
about 30 seconds)
Press OK button to stop loading.
Push the filament into the blue
cap on the extruder by pressing
the spring block until you feel
the motor pulling in it. Wait until
you see the filament coming out
from the extruder nozzle.

Loading Filament
Select Load Right or Load Left
depending on which side you
want to load the filament. Then
the extruder will start preheating.
(Left Hot-End : PLA, ABS, PC)
(Right Hot-End : ULTEMTM resin
grade 9085)
Go to the LCD panel and select
Utilities > Filament Loading.
When the extruder is completely
heated with alarm, put the
filament spool into the roof case
and insert filament into the hole
located in the middle of the roof
case.
Open the front door and check
if inserted filament is in, then
move extruder to the middle.

Unloading Filament
To remove the filament from
the ex
truder, select Utilities >
Filament Loading and select
Unload Right or Unload Left
depending on which side you
want to remove the filament.
Pull the filament out of the
extruder with the spring block
pressed.
When the extruder is completely
heated with alarm, move the
extruder to the middle.
Press the OK button to stop
unloading.
