IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: Always read this manual first before attempting to
install or use this fireplace. For your safety, always comply with all warnings and safety
instructions contained in this manual to prevent personal injury or property damage.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be
followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons,
including the following:
• Read all instructions before using the electric fireplace.
• This fireplace is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin
touch hot surfaces. The trim around the heater outlet becomes hot
during heater operation.
• Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used near children
and whenever the unit is left operating and unattended.
• Always unplug the fireplace when not in use.
• Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance
• The appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirmed
persons without supervision.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified person
in order to avoid a hazard.
• Do not operate any unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if the heater
has malfunctioned, or if the electric fireplace has been dropped or
damaged in any manner, please ask for help from a qualified technician.
• Do not use outdoors.
• This fireplace is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and
similar indoor locations. never locate heater where it may fall into a
bathtub or other water container.

• High temperature! Keep electrical cords, drapery, and other furnish-
ings at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the front of the heater and away from
the side and rear.
• Do not run the cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw
rugs, runners, or the like. Arrange cord away from trac area and
where it will not be tripped over.
• The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
• To disconnect the fireplace, turn the controls o, then remove the plug
from the outlet.
• Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or ex-
haust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage
to the heater.
• Do not block air intake or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft
surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
• All electrical heaters have hot and arcing or sparking parts inside.
Do not use in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are
used or stored or where the unit will be exposed to flammable vapors.
• Do not modify the electric fireplace. use it only as described in this
manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may
cause fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
• Avoid the use of an extension cord. Extension cords may overheat and
cause a risk of fire. This heater is not intended for use with an exten-
sion cord. Plug the cord directly into an appropriate wall receptacle.
• Do not burn wood or other materials in the electric fireplace.
• Do not strike the fireplace glass.
• Always use a certified electrician if new circuits or outlets should be
required.
• Always use properly grounded, fused and polarized outlets.
• Disconnect all power supply before performing any cleaning, main-
tenance or relocation of the unit.

lead to serious personal injury or property damage.

• When transporting or storing the unit and cord, keep in a dry place,
free from excessive vibration and store so as to avoid damage.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower
or a swimming pool.
CAUTION! Risk of electric shock. Do not open. No user-servicable
parts inside.
QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
1. The heater may emit a slight, harmless odor when first used. This odor is a normal
condition caused by the initial heating of internal heater parts.

FIREPLACE INSTALLATION
WARNING! The heater in the electric fireplace is not equipped with a device to control
the room temperature.
SITE SELECTION
NOTE! A 230 Voltage circuit is required. A dedicated circuit is preferred but not necessary
in all cases. A dedicated circuit will be required if, after installation, the circuit breaker
trips or the fuse blows on a regular basis when the heater in the electric fireplace ope-
rating. Additional appliances on the same circuit may exceed the current rating of the
circuit breaker.
WARNING! Ensure the power cord is not installed so that it is pinched or against a
sharp edge and ensure that the power cord is stored or secured to avoid tripping or
snagging to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
Construction and electrical outlet wiring must comply with local building codes and other
applicable regulations to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury to persons.
Do not attempt to wire your own new outlets or circuits. To reduce the risk of fire, electric
shock or injury to persons, always use a licensed electrician.
WARNING! In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
NOTE! For safety reason, please ensure the vent on heater is not less than 150cm away
from other objects.

WALL MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! Failure to install fireplace as instructed below may result in damage to
the equipment and or may expose the user to the risk of fire, serious injury, illness
or death.
CAUTION! Select an appropriate location to mount the unit on a wall, near an electrical
outlet. Access to the electrical outlet must be maintained. Ensure the installation meets
the national and state/provincial electrical codes.
1. Have two people hold the appliance against the wall to determine the final location
to maintain an optimized viewing angle of the flame. To ensure a suitable location for
mounting bracket, then make the holes.
2. First install the wall anchors into the holes, then tighten the mounting bracket by
screws supplied. (See the assembly description down below).
3. With the screws installed have two people lift the appliance up and insert the screws
into the keyholes on the back of the appliance.
4. Make sure the electric fireplace is firmly fixed.
5. Install anchors into the fixed block holes, secure using the screw provided.
6. Check the appliance for stability ensuring that the appliance will not pull free from the wall.

GLASS FRONT INSTALLATION
It is recommended that two people install this glass front onto the
appliance, wear safety glassesand gloves when handling glass.
1. Line up the brackets on the back of the glass with the
screws on the side of the appliance body.
2. Hang the glass front.
NOTE! For safety reason, please ensure the vent on heater is
not less than 150 cm away.

OPERATION
CAUTION! Once the appliance has been plugged in to a grounded electrical outlet, it is
ready to ope-rate. Ensure the house circuit breakers for the power supply are turned on.
In the event of a power failure, both the flame and heating function will remain turned o
when the power is restored.
The switch is located on the top right hand side of the appliance.
1. Main Switch
The main switch supplies power to all fireplace functions. Press the button to “I” side
to turn on the appliance, press “O” to turn o the appliance. When the main switch at “I”
side, press once to open the flame and heating function is ready to start.
2. Heating Function
It has two heat settings, first ensure the flame
is on by pressing , then press the power is
900W. Press this button again, heating function
is turned o. Press the power is 1800W. Press
this button again, heating function is turned o.
NOTE! The fireplace can be turned o at any
point by pressing the button .
REMOTE CONTROL
NOTE! Make certain the batteries are installed correctly and are new.
1. Make certain the appliance’s main power switch “O/I” is at the “I” side. The remote
control will NOT work if the Main Power Switch is at the “O” position.
2. When operating the remote control, it must be directed towards the front center of the
appliance.
3. Press to open the flame and heating function is ready to start.
4. Press button on remote to make the flame function work. Press
this button once, the brightnessof flame is decreased or increased
gradually, and form a cycle. Press this button again, brightnessof
flame is fixed.
5. Press button, the heating function works and this is low heat
900W. Press , the power reach high heat 1800W.
6. Press the button again, all functions will be shut o.
NOTE! This remote control must remain within 8–10 meters of the
appliance to be eective.

MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Always disconnect power before attempting any maintenance or cleaning
to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or damage to persons.
GLASS CLEANING
Glass is cleaned in the factory during the assembly operation. During shipment, installa-
tion, handling, etc., the glass may collect dust particles; these can be removed by dusting
lightly with a clean dry cloth. To remove fingerprints or other marks, can be cleaned with
a damp cloth. The glass should be completely dried with a lint free cloth to prevent water
spots. To prevent scratching, do not use abrasive cleaners.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
By law the product must be returned to the place of purchase along with the original
receipt in the event of a complaint. The user is liable for any damage to the product that
is caused by not using the product for its intended purpose or by not following this user
manual correctly. The right of complaint will not apply in these instances.
INFORMATION ABOUT HAZARDOUS WASTE
Used products should be handled separately from
household waste. They should be taken for recycling in
accordance with local rules for waste management.
