This Operation Manual describes the matters related with the safety, control and operation of this product.
Incorrect operation will result in defects in the quality of production. Read this Manual carefully before operation.

사용에 들어가기 전에 반드시 『취급설명서』를 정독하고 바르게 사용해주십시오. 기기의 지식, 안전의 정보 그리고 주의사항
모두에 관하여 숙달하고 사용해주십시오. 이 취급설명서에서는 안전 주의사항의 랭크를 「위험」「주의」로서 구분해놓았습니다.
Read this Operation Manual carefully before starting operation. It is strongly recommended that you fully understand the principle, mechanism, and safety
measures of the product before operation. In this Operation Manual, safety cautions are classified into Danger and Caution.
취급을 잘못했을 경우에 위험한 상황이 일어나 자칫하면 사망 또는 중상을 얻을 가능성이 상정되는 경우
Matters which could result in serious injury or even death, if incorrectly processed or unobserved.
취급을 잘못했을 경우에 위험한 상황이 일어나 자칫하면 중정도의 상해나 경상을 얻을 가능성이 상정되는 경우 및 물적 손해 정도의 발생
이 상정되는 경우
Matters which could result in light or serious injury, or damages to property, if incorrectly processed or unobserved.
또, 주의에 기재한 사항에서도 상황에 따라서는 중대한 결과로 결부될 가능성이 있습니다. 모두 중요한 내용을 기재하고 있으므로 반드시 지켜주십시오
However, the matters which are classified into Caution may result in serious personal injury or damage in properties according to the situation. All the mat-
ters set forth and described herein are important and must be observed faithfully.

1. 감전방지를 위해서 1. To prevent electric shock
◆ 커버를 열지 말아주십시오. 감전의 원인이 됩니다.
(컨트롤러 내부에는 고전압의 단자 및 충전부가 노출되어 있거나 주전류차단 후에도 충전되어 있는 부품도 있습니다.)
◆ 배선작업이나 점검은 충전 OFF후 테스터 등으로 전압을 확인하고 나서 실시해주십시요. 감전의 원인이 됩니다.
◆ D종(제3종)이상의 접지공사를 실시해주십시오.
◆ 배선작업이나 점검은 전문 기술자가 실시해주십시오.
◆ 절대로 젖은 손으로 만지지 마십시오. 감전의 원인이 됩니다.
◆ 케이블이 손상되거나 무리한 스트레스를 걸거나 무거운 것을 얹거나 틈에 끼워 넣거나 하지 말아주십시오.
감전의 원인이 됩니다.
◆Do not open the cover. Otherwise, electric shock may result. (In the controller, some of the parts have high voltage, or become
energized after cutting off the main power)
◆Conduct wiring or inspection after terminating charging and checking the voltage with a tester. Otherwise, electric shock may result.
◆Connect the system to Class D (Type 3) or higher grounding.
◆Wiring and inspection must be performed by a qualified specialist.
◆Never touch with wet hands Otherwise, electric shock may result.
◆Do not use damaged cable, or apply excessive stress. Do not lay a heavy object on the cable or insert it into a complicated groove.

2. 화염방지를 위해서 2. To prevent fire
◆ 컨트롤러는 불연물에 설치하여 주십시오.
가연물에 직접 설치 또는 가연물 근처의 설치는 화염의 원인이 됩니다.
◆ 컨트롤러가 고장 난 경우는 전원을 차단하여 주십시오. 대전류가 계속 흐르면 화염의 원인이 됩니다.
◆Install the controller on a non-combustible material. Installing the controller on or nearto a inflammable material can cause fire.
◆If the controller is out of order, cut-off the power supply. If a large current keeps flowing, it may cause a fire.

4. 주의사항
다음의 주의사항에 관해서도 충분히 유의해주십시오.
취급을 잘못했을 경우에는 고장·부상·감전 등의 원인이 됩니다.
Please take care to observe the following Caution. Incorrect handling may result in system failure, injury or electric shock.
(1) 운반·설치에 관해서 (1) Transportation and Installation
◆ 제품의 중량에 상응하는 올바른 방법으로 운반해주십시오.
◆ 제한이상의 다단 쌓기는 실시하지 말아주십시오.
◆ 설치는 중량에 견딜 수 있는 장소에 취급설명서에 따라 설치하여 주십시오.
◆ 위에 무거운 것을 얹지 말아주십시오.
◆ 설치방향은 반드시 지켜주십시오.
◆ 컨트롤러와 제어선반 내면 또는 그 외의 기기와의 간격은 규정의 거리를 떼어주십시오.
◆ 컨트롤러의 내부에 나사·금속편 등의 도전성 이물질이나 기름 등의 가연성 이물질이 섞여 들어가지 않도록 해주십시오.
◆Transport the product by a method appropriate to its weight.
◆Do not stack the product higher than specified
◆Install in a place that can bear its weight, in compliance with the Operation Manual
◆Do not place a heavy object on the product.
◆Observe the direction of installation
◆Keep the controller at the specified distance from the inner side of the controlled lathe or other devices.
◆Take care to prevent conductive material such as screws or metal scraps, or inflammable substances such as oil from entering the
controller.
◆The controller is a sensitive, precision item of equipment. Do not drop it or subject it to a shock.

3. To prevent damage3. 손상방지를 위해서
◆ 운전 중의 기계가동영역에는 접촉하지 말아 주십시오.
◆ 각 단자에는 취급설명서에 결정된 전압 이외는 인가하지 말아주십시요. 파열·파손 등의 원인이 됩니다.
◆ 단자접속을 틀리게 하지 말아주십시오. 파열·파손 등의 원인이 됩니다.
◆ 통전중이나 전압차단 후 잠깐 동안은 컨트롤러의 팬 등이 고온인 경우가 있으므로 접촉하지 말아주십시오. 화상의 원인이 됩니다.
◆Do not enter the operating range of the machine during operation.
◆Do not apply voltage to the terminals other than as specified in this Operation Manual Incorrect connection can cause damage.
◆Connect the terminals correctly. Incorrect connection can cause damage.
◆The controller fan is at high temperature during power on or shortly after power off.
Do not touch the fan while it is hot. Otherwise, you may get burned.

(2) Operating Environment (2) 사용환경에 관해서
◆ 컨트롤러와 제어선반 내면 또는 그 이외의 기기와의 간격은 규정의 거리를 떼어주십시오.
◆ 컨트롤러의 내부에 나사·금속편 등의 도전성 이물질이나 기름 등의 가연성 이물질이 섞여 들어가지 않도록 해주십시오.
◆ 취급설명서에 나타나있는 환경조건으로 보관·사용해주십시오. (주위온도, 주위습도, 보존온도, 보존습도 등)
◆Keep the controller at the specified distance from the inner side of the controlled lathe or other devices.
◆Take care that to prevent conductive materials such as screws or metal scraps, or inflammable substances such as oil from enter-
ing the controller.
◆The operation and storage conditions must be maintained in accordance with the Operation Manual (Ambient temperature, humid-
ity, etc. for good operation and storage).

◆ 전원에는 정격전류값에 적합한 누전차단기를 설치하여 주십시오.
◆ 배선은 올바르고 확실하게 실시해주십시오.
◆Install a leakage current breaker with a capacity of 10A in the power supply line.
◆Electric wiring must be correct and solid.

(4) 시운전 조정에 관하여 (4) Commissioning
◆ 운전 전에 각 파라미터(조정값)의 확인·조정을 실시해주십시오. 기계에 따라서는 예기치 않게 작동할 경우가 있습니다.
◆ 극단적인 조정변경은 동작이 불안정하게 되므로 결코 하지 말아주십시오.
◆Check the operating parameters (adjusted values) during operation, and adjust them if necessary. This is to prevent unexpected
operation.
◆Avoid extreme changes which could cause unstable operation

(5) 사용방법에 관하여 (5) Operation
◆ 즉시 운전정지 할 수 있도록 외부에 비상정지회로를 설치해주십시오.
◆ 분해수리 하지 말아주십시오.
◆ 개조는 하지 말아주십시오.
◆ 노이즈필터 등을 이용하여 전자장의 영향을 작게 해주십시오.
◆ 전원을 빈번하게 ON / OFF 하지 말아주십시오.(내부 소자가 열화되므로 제품 수명이 단축됩니다.)
◆Install an independent emergency stop circuit capable of shutting down the system immediately.
◆Do not try repair by disassembly.
◆Do not remodel the controller.
◆Protect the system from electromagnetic interference using a noise filter, etc.
◆Do not turn power on and off frequently. (The devices inside the product are degraded, and the lifecycle of the product may be
shortened.)

(6) 이상시의 처리에 관해서 (6) Corrective Measures against Abnormality
◆ 알람 발생시는 원인을 제거하고 안전을 확인하여 알람리셋 후 재 운전 해주십시오.
◆If an alarm is triggered, correct the cause, confirm safety, and reset the alarm for restarting.
