For power supply use the proper socket.
Do not connect too many loads to one outlet.
Fully insert the plug. Hold the plug itself, when
disconnecting it.
Donotoperatetheappliance with a damage cord or
plug, electric shock or fire may occur.
Unplugfromoutletwhennotinuseandbefore
cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking
offparts.
Do not wash the body, cord or plug with water or pour
water directly into the body. Otherwise, electric
shock or malfunction may occur.
Unless the inner pot is in place, the switch can not
be turn on. If the switch is kept pressed forcibly,
malfunctionmayoccur.
If the switch is turned off prematurely, resulting in
cook failure, do not attempt to keep the switch
pressedforcibly.Malfunctionmayoccur.
Thepossiblecauseofprematureturning-offofthe
switch is rice sticking to the bottom of inner pot or
theheaterplate.
Keeptheswitchawayfromtableware.
Do not use in the following places.
“Wet floor, place where humidity is high”.
“Unstable place, place exposed to direct sunlight”.
“Place near heat sources such as a gas cooking
table”.
“Onthelowheat-resistantcarpetsandvinyl
table-cloth”.
Otherwise, electric shock, malfunction, or
deformationmay occur.
Since it is very hot around the steam vent during or
immediatelyafter cooking rice, keep yourface and
handsawayfromthevent.Otherwise,youmayburn
yourfaceandhands.
Do not put the inner pot on other heat sources (e.g.
gasring). Otherwise, it may be deformed, causing
ricecookingfailure.
Take care not to deform the body, inner pot and inner
lid. If they are deformed, rice cooking is disturbed.
Always keep clean the inner pot, heater plate, inner
lid and steam tube. If foreign matter such as grinds of
riceadhere to them, rice boiling and heat retention
maybe adversely affected.
Do not put dish cloth on lid or on handle during
boiling.Otherwise, deformation and malfunction may
occur.
This model is for rice cooking and heat retention.
Do not use it as follows. Boiling-over or smell
permeationwill occur.
“Heatretentionoffood(boilingrice,steamedricewith
red beans) which spoils quickly”.
“Cookingand heat retention of porridge andsoup.
“Heatretentionandadditionofcool boiled rice”.
“Heat retention with plastic spoon put in the rice
cooker”.
Donotapplystrongvibrationandshockduring
cookingrice.Thermostaterror may occur,resulting
incookingfailure.
Steammayventoutfroma clearance between the
body and lid, or the steam vent hole may peep.
This is not indication of trouble.
Be sure to put the steam tube and inner lid when
using.Otherwisecooking failure or poor heat
retentionmayoccur.
Do not turn the rice cooker on without both rice and
water in the inner pot.

1. Upsidedown the rice cooker.
2. Removethe screw holdingthecordreelass’y.
3. Remove the cord reel ass’y and disconnect lead wires from cord reel ass’y.
4. Now the cord reel ass’y is free.
REMOVE OF CORD REEL ASSEMBLY
COMPONENTREPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
1. Removethecord reel assembly in accordancewith “REMOVE OF CORD REELASSEMBLY”.
2. Removethescrew holding the body to bottom cover.
3. Inserttheflat type screwdriver in tothe gap between the bottom cover and body, to pry the bottomcover
out of body.
4. Nowthebottomcoverisfree.

1. Removethe bottom cover in accordance with “REMOVEOFBOTTOMCOVER”.
2. Upside down the outer pot and disconnect the lead wires from the micro switch.
3. Remove the screw holding the micro switch to the switch leg ass’y.
4. Now the micro switch is free.
REMOVE OF MICRO SWITCH
1. Removethe bottom cover in accordance with “REMOVEOFBOTTOMCOVER”.
2. Remove the screw holding micro switch to the switch leg ass’y.
3. Pull the stop ring holding the switch leg ass’y to the thermostat rod.
4. Remove 2 screws holding the switch leg ass’y to the outer pot.
5. Now the switch leg ass’y is free.
Note : When mounting the switch assembly, lock it in a manner that the switch button will not come in contact
with the panel.

1. Removethe bottom cover in accordance with “REMOVEOFBOTTOMCOVER”.
2. Fixing the thermostat rod, pull the stop ring by using the plier and straightening 2 claws of thermostat.
3. Remove thermostat from the outer pot. Fig . 4.
4. Now the thermostat ass’y is free.

Heater plate
1. Removethe bottom cover in accordance with “REMOVEOFBOTTOMCOVER”.
2. Remove2screws holding the lead wires
to the heater plate ass’y.
3. Remove3 screws holding the heater
plate ass’y to the outer pot.
4. Now the heater plate ass’y is free.
REMOVE OF HEATER PLATE ASSEMBLY
1. Removethe bottom cover in accordance with “REMOVEOFBOTTOMCOVER”.
2. Disconnect the lead wires of the panel.
3. Remove the nut and 2 screws holding to the body.
4. Insert the flat type screwdriver into the gap between the upper ring and latch hook cover, to pry the latch hook
coverfrom the upperring.
5. Detachthe dew receiver from theupperring.
6. Insertthe flattype screwdriver or similar to pry theclaw of the hinge cover and remove it.
7. Separate the body from the upper ring by rubber hammer knock the upper ring. Fig. 6
8. Removethepanelin accordance with “REMOVE OF PANEL”.
9. Now the body is free.

1. Removethebodyinaccordancewith“REMOVEOFBODY”.
2. Disconnect the lead wire of side heater assembly from the thermostat (cut off) and heater plate ass’y.
3. Pull out the side heater ass’y from the outer pot.
Note : Before removing, put a mark for positioning of side heater ass’y on the outer pot and be sure to
reassembly, the side heater ass’y as it was.

1. Removethebodyinaccordancewith“REMOVEOFBODY”.
2. Pry the claw of body lift up by a flat type screwdriver or similar.
3. Detach the panel slantways to up from the body.
4. Nowthe panel isfree.

1. Removethebodyinaccordancewith“REMOVEOFBODY”.
2. Disconnectthe leadwiresfromheaterplate ass’y and remove the screw holding temp. fuse angle.
3. Remove the temp. fuse ass’y from the temp. fuse angle. (Fig. 9)
4. Now the temp. fuse ass’y is free.
Note : When reassembly take care so that the charged part of temperature fuse assembly does not protrude
from the TUBE-TAand securely fix it to the temperature fuse angle and then fix it with a screw to the
outer pot.
REMOVE OF TEMP. FUSE ASSEMBLY
1. Removethebodyinaccordancewith“REMOVEOFBODY”.
2. Disconnect 2 lead wires to the thermostat (cut off).
3. Remove2 screwsanddetachthe thermostat (cut off) from the outer pot.
4. Nowthe thermostat(cut off) is free.
REMOVE OF THERMOSTAT (CUT OFF)
1. Detachthe dew receiver from theupperring.
2. Inserta flat thin screwdriver or similar into the gapbetweenupperringhinge cover remove the hing cover.
3. Remove the clossed therminal (3 pcs.) and disconnect lead wires from the outer pot.
4. Fixing the shaft sus by using plier, remove the shaft sus from the lid ass’y.
5. Now the lid ass’y is free.

1. Removethebodyinaccordancewith“REMOVEOFBODY”.
2. Remove the lid assembly in accordance with “REMOVE OF LIDASSEMBLY”.
3. Upside down the outer pot, pry the claw of outer pot by the flat type screwdriver or similar.
4. Fix the upper ring and turn out the outer pot counterclockwise.
5. Removethe outer pot from the upper ring.
6. Nowtheupperringisfree.

1. Remove the lid assembly in accordance with “REMOVE OF LIDASSEMBLY”.
2. Pull the inner lid ass’y from holder plate.
3. Removethe screw holdingthelidcover to the lid.
4. Insert 2 pieces of plastic ruler into the gap between the lid and the lid cover, taking care not to damage
the lid. Then remove the lid away from the lid cover. Fig. 12.
5. Separatethelidcoverfromthelid.
6. Pry the claw of holder plate and turn the holder plate clockwise.
7. Removethe holder platefromlid cover.
8. Nowtheholderplateisfree.
