Warnings
Auxiliary Inputs:
Auxiliary inputs to be connected to a separate 16A circuit and circuit breaker
Outputs:
Total power consumption of AUX 1, 2 & 3 should not exceed 10A
AUX 5-8 is for the connection of Safety Isolated (SELV) Supply / Loads only
All output cables and sockets must be disconnected when not in use
Installation and connections:
All plumbing to be done by qualified persons
All electrical connections and installations to be done by a licenced electrician
Ensure the device is not mounted near pool chemicals as fumes may damage or
corrode some components.
Always store chemicals in a cool, dry and well-ventilated space always from other
hazardous chemicals in accordance with the product safety data sheets
Protective equipment must be worn when handling chemicals
Do not over tighten locking nut as this may cause damage to the sensitive multi-
probe
Before removing the front cover, ensure that the mains power has been removed
from the Primary Input as well as the Auxiliary Inputs
Auxiliary inputs to be connected to a separate 16A circuit and circuit breaker
AUX 5-8 is for the connection of Safety Isolated (SELV) Supply / Loads only
If the supply cord is damaged, it shall be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

1.1 Read and follow all instructions
Attention Installer: This manual contains important information about the installation,
operation and safe use of this product. This information should be given to the owner and/or
operator of this equipment.
WARNING - Before installing this product, read and follow all warning notices and
instructions which are included.
It is essential that the installer should be a person with sufficient experience in pool
equipment installation and be approved to install the SplashMe Automation Controller, so
that all the instructions in this manual can be followed exactly.
Failure to follow warning notices and instructions may result in property damage, personal
injury, or death. Improper installation and/or operation will void the warranty.
Improper installation and/or operation can create unwanted electrical hazard which can
cause serious injury, property damage, or death.
All electrical work must be performed by a licenced electrician and conform to all national,
state, and local codes.
When installing and using this electrical equipment, basic safety precautions should always
be followed.

1.2 Introduction to the SplashMe Automation Controller
Congratulations on investing in the SplashMe Automation Controller. Designed and
manufactured in Australia by Nymet Innovations Pty Ltd, the SplashMe Automation
Controller is a sophisticated yet simple pool and spa automation controller. The unique
design is compatible with new or existing installations to control connected equipment to
create an integrated system all controlled through the easy to use SplashMe App.
The SplashMe Automation Controller is the first pool automation product on the market that
converts single speed pumps to true variable speed pumps and monitors
Water turnover and flow
System pressure
Solar and water temperature
Water quality and chemistry (pH & ORP)
Using the SplashMe App, users have complete control to set automatic schedules or operate
manually
A single speed filter pump operating as an energy efficient variable speed pump
Dosing equipment for acid/chlorine
Saltwater Chlorinator

Multiple cleaners
Water features
Pool and garden lighting
Spa actuators
The App reflects real-time usage and system settings displaying what equipment is currently
running and any upcoming schedules set. Users will also be able to see actual electricity
cost savings from date of installation when an electricity tariff is included.

1.4 LED definitions
Once the SplashMe Automation Controller has been connected to a power source, the blue
connection light will blink, and the device is ready for setup.
Type Description
Blue “slow” blinking
light
Device is in “Direct Access” mode awaiting a connection or
The device is ready for first time setup. “Direct Access” mode is
when the SplashMe Automation Controller connects directly with
the user App without the use of a gateway (router)
Blue solid light Device has established an internet connection and is
communicating with the SplashMe server. Referred to as
“Remote Access” mode
Blue “fast” blinking light Device has lost WiFi Connection and is not able to be controlled
Via Remote Access Mode
Green solid light Device is running a user set schedule
Green “fast” blinking
light and Beep every 5
seconds
Device has been “paused”. This causes all running equipment to
cease operation.
Red solid Device is in error or alert state. Check the SplashMe App for
information
