Ci complimentiamo con Lei per l’acquisto del nostro RILEVATORE DI PRESENZA ST15.La durata della garanzia è di 1 anno,
decorre dalla data di acquisto dell’apparecchio e cessa dopo il periodo prescritto. La ricevuta fiscale o altro documento valido
fiscalmente comprova la decorrenza della garanzia. Si garantiscono tutte le sostituzioni o riparazioni che si rendessero necessarie
a causa di difetti di materiale o di costruzione. E’ esclusa quindi la sostituzione o la riparazione delle parti soggette a normale
consumo. La garanzia non viene riconosciuta qualora l’apparecchio venga manomesso o qualora sia danneggiato a causa d
incuria, durante il trasporto, manutenzione operata da personale non autorizzato, mancata osservanza delle istruzioni d’uso, errata
installazione o non conforme alle norme vigenti nel paese di utilizzo. La garanzia non prevede in nessun caso la sostituzione
dell’apparecchiatura.Le riparazioni eventuali riconosciute in garanzia saranno effettuate gratuitamente per merce resa Franco
STAR PROGETTI o presso il distributore autorizzato. Sono quindi a carico dell’utilizzatore le sole spese di trasporto.
Il marchio CE garantisce che l'apparecchio è stato costruito seguendo la direttiva comunitaria
sulla bassa tensione e sulla compatibilità elettromagnetica per gli apparecchi elettrici.

LEGISLATION IMPLEMENTING THE WEEE DIRECTIVE, AND IT IS THEREFORE NOT SUBJECT TO ITS OBLIGATIONS
REGARDING DIFFERENTIATED WASTE DISPOSAL.
This product complies with EU directive 2012/19/EU. The crossed-out bin symbol on the appliance means that at the end of the
product’s useful life, it must be disposed of separately from domestic waste, and should be taken to a separate collection point for
electrical and electronic appliances or returned to the seller when a similar replacement appliance is purchased. The user is
responsible for the disposal of the appliance at the appropriate waste disposal facility; failure to do so may result in sanctions as
stipulated in the relevant legislation. Appropriate differentiated disposal of the appliance for subsequent recycling, processing and
environmentally compatible disposal helps to prevent possible harmful effects on the environment and health, and facilitates the reuse
of materials used in manufacture. For more detailed information about waste disposal options available, consult your local waste
disposal service or the store which supplied the appliance. The manufacturer and importers fulfil their responsibilities regarding

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
We congratulate you on your purchase of our ST15 PRESENCE DETECTOR. This appliance is guaranteed for 1 year of its
purchase date, and expires at the end of this period. Your sales receipt or another valid document will indicate the date of
expiry. The warranty covers all replacements or repairs that may be necessitated due to defects in materials or
manufacture. It does not cover replacement or repair of parts subject to normal wear and tear. The warranty is deemed
void if the appliance has been tampered with or damaged due to carelessness, during transport, maintenance by
unauthorised personnel, failure to comply with the instructions for use, incorrect installation or breach of the legislation in
the country of use. In no case will the warranty cover the replacement of the appliance. Any repairs covered by the
warranty will be carried out free of charge on items returned to STAR PROGETTI or authorised distributor. The user is
therefore liable only for transport costs.
WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
In order for the guarantee to be valid, the user must fill in the certificate in full when purchasing the product.
