Antes de utilizar su nuevo Cautín Profesional tipo lápiz lea este
instructivo para evitar cualquier mal funcionamiento. Guárdelo para
futuras referencias.
Su nuevo cautín eléctrico tipo lápiz le permite soldar componentes
electrónicos de una forma segura y eficaz.
INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
No toque el cautín en las partes metálicas cuando esté conectado.
No utilice el equipo cerca de combustible.
Antes de limpiar o intercambiar partes del equipo, desconéctelo de la
toma de corriente.
Siempre utilice un paño suave, limpio y seco para limpiar el equipo.
No intente abrir el equipo, puede ocasionar malfuncionamiento y
anulación de la garantía.
No use ni almacene este equipo en lugares donde este expuesto a
salpicaduras o goteo, esto puede causar mal funcionamiento.
No utilice este equipo si el cable de corriente se encuentra dañado.
No introduzca la punta del cautín en agua para acelerar el enfriamiento.
No utilice limas para limpiar la punta del cautín.

Prevención de fuego
Asegúrese de conectar la terminal de tierra, que viene integrada en su
clavija, no corte o cambie la clavija, procure contar con un contacto
aterrizado para la conexión de esta estación. Apague el equipo y
desconéctelo siempre que cambie alguna de las partes o le de servicio.

Para comenzar a utilizar su nuevo cautín eléctrico, siga estas
instrucciones:
1.- Conecte el cautín a un tomacorriente de 120V~
2.- Estañe la punta con soldadura cuando esté caliente, gradualmente la
soldadura comenzará a fundirse. Después de este tiempo podrá
comenzar a soldar.
3.- Cuando haya terminado de utilizar el cautín, desconéctelo del
tomacorriente.
4.- Para mantener en condiciones óptimas el equipo, remueva los
residuos de soldadura de la punta del cautín una vez que el equipo se
haya enfriado por completo.
Notas:
No mantenga el equipo conectado por períodos de tiempo largos.
Mantenga la punta estañada cuando no esté usando el cautín.
El equipo cuenta con una funda protectora para proteger la punta.
Colóquela cuando no esté usando el equipo.

Before using your new Pencil type soldering iron, please read this
instruction manual to prevent any damage. Put it away in a safe place
for future references.
Your new pencil type soldering iron is perfect to weld electronic
components in a safe and efficient way.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Do not touch the metallic parts while the unit is on
Do not use the unit near to inflammable materials
Always disconnect the equipment from the electrical current before
cleaning or switch pieces
Clean only with a soft, dry cloth
Do not try to open the equipment, may cause malfunction and warranty
repeal

Never submerge the tip in liquid to accelerate the cooling

Fire Protection
Make sure to connect the ground terminal, which is on your plug,
adequately. Do not cut the ground terminal off and make sure you have a
grounded jack for your plug. Turn the soldering iron off when changing
any parts or servicing it.

To start to use your new pencil type soldering iron, follow these
steps:
1.- Plug the soldering iron into a household outlet (120V~).
2.- Tin the tip with soldering paste when is warm, gradually the soldering
paste starts to melt. Then, you can start to weld the electronic
components.
3.- Once you have finished your work, unplug the device from the
outlet.
4.- To keep the equipment in optimal conditions, maintain the tip free of
soldering residues. Clean the tip after the equipment be totally cold.
Notes:
Do not keep the equipment plugged to the outlet for long periods of time.
Keep the tip covered when you don’t use the soldering iron.
A cover case is provided with the equipment. Put it on the tip when you
don’t use the equipment.
