The Bulletto fixture offers two types of

mounting brackets for various

installation options. The rotational

bracket (cod.1E3786 & 1E3804) is

used for mounting the fixture on a flat

surface. Rotational bracket can also

be used to mount the fixture on a

pole, see page 4 for further details.

The second type of mounting bracket

is the earth spike mounting bracket

(cod. 1E3785 & 1E3803). The

mounting bracket is used for mounting

in soil for outdoor application.

Bracket Assembly

Mounting Installation

Both mounting brackets have the same

assembly instructions for both the

Bulletto and the Bulletto Mini. Installer

will first remove the lock nut that is

attached to the fixture. Once removed,

insert the fixture's cable and bottom end

through mounting bracket hole until the

fixture bottom is flat with the mounting

bracket. Then attach the lock ring back

on the fixture's bottom threading to

secure the fixture with the mounting

bracket. Be sure to properly tighten the

lock nut to secure the fixture on the

mounting bracket.

Once the mounting bracket is assembled,

using the measurements provided, mark

the distance on the designated mounting

surface and drill holes to prepare the

proper mounting fasteners. Installer is

responsible for providing the correct

mounting fasteners based on the surface

type. Installer will use the designated

mounting screws and secure the mounting

bracket to the surface. Installer must

comply with local building code when

installing.

Rotational Bracket Mounting

The rotational bracket is also used

for pole mounting installation. For

pole mounting, installer will insert

the belt through the slotted

opening of the assembled

rotational bracket with the fixture

attached on the bracket. Up to

four fixtures max can be

attached on one belt. Once the

desired amount of fixtures is on

the belt, wrap the belt around the

pole and secure the belt tightly

with the belt buckle.

To mount the earth spike bracket,

first be sure that the proper space

and depth for the earth spike to be

mounted is cleared. Once all is

cleared, insert the earth spike with

the attached fixture into the

ground. Be sure that the earth

spike is leveled and secured to the

ground.

Rotation Bracket Mounting

Earthspike Bracket Mounting

The Bulletto and the Bulletto mini fixture are powered by a 24VDC constant voltage power supply that is

installed remotely. This installation must be done by a qualified electrician that complies with NEC

and local building code. CAUTION: DO NOT CONNECT FIXTURE TO LIVE VOLTAGE! THIS WILL

DAMAGE THE FIXTURE AND VOID THE WARRANTY!

Fixture is powered with a class 2, 3 wire cable for low voltage application. Installer will run class 2 cable

rated based on the location of application from the output power feed to the driver. Cable length (A) and

gauge (B) will be determined based on installer that complies with NEC, local building code, and voltage

drop threshold percentage of <3%.

i) As a rule of thumb, we recommend installers a max distance of 50 feet with 12 gauge wiring with a

full load 96W fixture system.

Installer will wire the fixture(s) with the daisy chain connection as shown in the diagram below. Installer

must wire the fixture(s) system equal or under the max fixture allowed per power supply. See chart for

reference of max load. Overloading the fixture with the driver will damage the fixture and will void

the fixture and driver warranty.

ADJUSTMENT

The Bulletto and Bulletto mini fixture has

a wide range of motion to aim practically

anywhere from where it mounted. The

fixture has a 360 degree rotational

freedom and a 180 degree pivotal range

of motion. To change the rotational

angle, unlock the lock nut that holds the

fixture to the mounting bracket and

adjust the rotation to the desired setting.

Once adjusted, secure the lock ring back

to hold the fixture in place and tighten to

secure.

To adjust the pivot angle of the fixture,

use a 3mm hex Allen key (supplied by

installer) to loosen the lock screw. This

will allow the fixture to move freely to

position. Once the fixture is adjusted,

use the same Allen key to lock the

position in place.

Accessories Installation

1. The Bulletto and Bulletto mini fixture has a

wide range of accessories to customize.

To change the accessories, first remove

the fixture asymmetric screen by loosening

the 1.5 mm hex screw using a Allen key

(not included). Once the hex screws is

removed, remove the asymmetric screen

to access the inside to add the filter that

the user prefers.

2. Unscrew the head cap to access the

internal optical components inside (a).

Remove the cap (b) and the lens (c) to

access the optical reflector and filter holder

(d). Remove the optical reflector from the

filter holder (e) to switch the optic type.

Then choose the desired filter(s) you wish

to add in the filter holder. The filter holder

can hold up to three max filters per fixture

(g). For the blade of light filter, pick the

desired position you want to add the blade

of light and attach the filter in the same

order as any other filter. See chart below

for different types of filters available.

3. Once the filter(s) have been set, put back

the fixture pieces together starting in

reverse order with the filter holder (a), the

lens (b), and then the cap (c) and screw

the cap back on tight clockwise (d). Then

reattach the asymmetric screen back on

and secure it with the 1.5 mm Allen key (e).

Maintenance

This fixture was designed and manufactured for a durable,

long lasting use with minimum care. To ensure the

maximum lifespan of this product, we encourage our

customer to provide a quality visual inspection of the fixture

every six months.

If there are any visible sign of issues (i.e moisture or dust)

during the inspection, please clean any of the dust or

moisture with a soft cloth and check to make sure that any

of the fixtures are still operating normally. If there are any

issues regarding the fixture please contact us as we will

assist the situation at hand.
