SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the appliance these safety measures should be held carefully:
1. Read the instructions carefully before operating the magic baker. Incorrect
operation can cause malfunction of the device, as well as injury to the user.
2. Before operating put the device on a flat and stable surface.
3. This electrical appliance is a multifunctional device for cooking food in
domestic conditions and can be used in apartments, country houses, hotel
rooms, household stores, offices or other similar conditions of non-industri-
al operation. Industrial or any other misuse of the device will be considered
as a violation of the conditions for the proper use of the product. Do not use
the appliance outdoors.
4. Before connecting the appliance to the mains, make sure the rated voltage
of the magic baker correspond to parameters of the power supply in your
house.
5. Always unplug the device from the power outlet after use and before clean-
ing. When disconnecting the appliance from the mains, hold the plug, not
the power cord.
6. During operation, the metal parts of the appliance become hot. Do not
touch them with your hands when the device is connected to an electrical
outlet.
7. Do not immerse the appliance or power cord in water or other liquids. This
may cause an electric shock.
8. Never leave the appliance unattended near children during the operation.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of the reach of children.
9. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged power cord or plug, or after
the appliance malfunctions, or if it has been damaged in any manner. Re-
turn the complete appliance immediately to a UNIT service center or author-
ized service agent for inspection, and if necessary, adjustment or repair.
10. Do not stretch the power cord in the doorways, and make sure that it does
not twist, bend or touch the sharp objects, corners and edges of the furni-
ture. Keep the power supply cord away from hot parts. Make sure that the
power cord is not caught between the baking panels.

11. The appliance can not be used by persons (including children) with limited
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience/knowledge,
provided that are supervised or have been provided with instruction in the
safe use of the appliance and have understood the resulting dangers. Chil-
dren are not allowed to play with the appliance.
12. The appliance must not be operated using a timer or a separate remote
system.
BEFORE FIRST USE
• Remove the device and its accessories carefully and remove all packing mate-
rials.
• Unwind the mains cable completely.
• Wipe the device body with a damp cloth. Remove the detachable parts with
soapy water, dry all elements of the device carefully before switching on in
the mains power supply.
OPERATION OF THE APPLIANCE
Replacement of removable panels
5 removable panels are supplied with the device: 2 panels for donuts, 2 panels for cake-pops
and 1 panel for muffins (the top panel is the general one with the panel for cake-pops).
1. Open the cover
2. Press the removable panels fixing button on the case and remove the metal
panel. Install in its place another so that the protrusions on its coincide
with the grooves on the body.
3. Repeat the same procedure with the other panel.
Using the device
During operation the device should always be horizontally.
1. Install the necessary panels for baking into magic baker.
2. Connect the appliance to the mains. The power lamp (red) lights up and the
appliance starts to heat up. When the appliance reaches the right tempera-

ture, the ready lamp (blue) will light up. After that you can start cooking.
3. Open the cover and grease the working surfaces with a small amount of oil.
Pour the dough into each cavity of the mold. Then close the cover tightly.
Make sure that the cavities are not overfilled, otherwise you will not be able to close the device.
4. During operation, the device maintains the temperature, including turning
off the heat.
5. When your pastries are ready open the cover and take the finished pastries
with wooden or silicone kitchen paddles.
Do not use plastic items which are not resistant to high temperatures to removed finished pastries, as
well as metal and sharp objects which can damage the non-stick coating.
6. If you want to prepare more pastries, close the lid again and wait for the
ready lamp to light. Then repeat the instructions written above.
7. Disconnect the device from the electrical outlet after use.
Chocolate muffins
• 350g flour
• 250ml milk
• 125g sugar
• 100g butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• Chocolate
Dough for cake-pops
• 175g sugar
• 175 g flour
• 175g butter
• 3 eggs
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
Mix well the melted butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and milk. Add
the flour and baking powder and stir well until smooth. Use a pip-
ing bag to add into the greased and preheated baking pans, fill half
of the pan, then place a piece of chocolate in the centre and cover
with batter. Close the device. After 10 – 15 minutes check if ready
with a thin wooded stick, possibly continue baking.
Mix well the butter, sugar and the eggs. Mix flour with baking pow-
der and add to the butter-egg dough. Mix well for about 5 minutes
until the smooth. Fill the batter into a piping bag and pipe into
the baking moulds of the preheated device. After about 6 minutes
check whether the pastry is ready cooked, otherwise continue bak-
ing for a few minutes. To remove the cake-pops, put the sticks into
the cakes, remove and leave to cool down. The cake-pops can be
decorated e.g. with melted chocolate. Place the decorated sticks
into the support.

CARE AND CLEANING
1. Disconnect the appliance from the mains. Do not clean the appliance until it
has cooled completely.
2. Clean the housing with a damp soft cloth. Take care that the water did not
get inside.
3. Do not immerse the appliance and power cord in water. For cleaning, use
only soft sponges and brushes.
4. Do not use abrasive detergents or other substances not recommended for
use with food contact objects.
5. Dry all parts before use or storage.

Dough for donuts
• 300g flour
• 150g sugar
• 300ml milk
• 1tsp. vanilla sugar
• 3 eggs
• 6 tbsp. oil
• 1 tsp. baking powder
Mix well all ingredients until smooth. Use a piping bag to fill the
greased and preheated baking pans. Close the device. After 6 min-
utes check if the pastry is done, possibly continue baking. In or-
der to remove the donuts never use metallic objects. Sprinkle the
warm donuts with some icing sugar.
