Fractional Calculations
The Victor V30-RA allows the user to calculate mixed and improper fractions, with the results given as mixed fractions.
[ab/c]Used to enter a mixed or improper fraction.
Improper fraction (a/b)
a (numerator)→[ab/c]→b (denominator)
Mixed fraction (a b/c):
a(integer) →[ab/c]→b (numerator)→[ab/c]→c (denominator)
[2nd] [F↔D] Is used to convert between fractions and decimals.
[2nd] [ab/c↔d/e]Is used to convert between mixed numbers and simple fractions.
Example: You want to add 2 1/8to ¾ and after getting the answer, you would like to convert the mixed fraction to a decimal number.
Angles
[DRG] To specify the Angle mode in degrees, radians, or gradients.
Example: Press the [DRG] key and the bottom of the display will rotate through “DEG”, “RAD”, and “GRD”.
After you see the mode you would like to activate, stop.
[DMS] Is used to enter degrees (°), radians (r), gradients (g), or Degrees, Minutes, Seconds or DMS (DMS).
This will also let the user convert an angle to DMS Notation using [2nd] [→DMS].

[SIN] Sine Key
[COS] Cosine Key
[TAN] Tangent Key
[SIN-1]Arc Sine Key [2nd] [SIN]

[TAN-1]Arc Tangent Key [2nd] [TAN]
To perform Hyperbolic (HYP) functions on a trigonometric key, press [HYP] before pressing the trigonometric key.
Statistical and Probability Keys
[nPr] Calculates the number of possible permutations of n items taken at r time, given n and r.
[nCr] Calculates the number of possible combinations of n items taken r at a time, given n and r.
[x!] Factorials, the product of the positive integer from 1 to n.
[δx] Standard deviation of x.
[∑x] Sum of x values.
[∑x2]Sum of x2values.
[ξ]Mean of all x values.
[n] Number of x data points.
