Thank you for selecting and using WYM400 Digital Yoghurt Maker.
This product features novel appearance, smooth line and beautiful shape, adopt the
technology PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient), accurately control the temperature for
making the yoghurt more delicious in taste. State indicates clearly, function is simple, security
and energy efficient and convenient. Use without any pollution and conform the state sanitary
standards. This product is only limited to the family or similar place use.
Warning
1- Please make sure the rated voltage is the same as the voltage that you use.
2- Please don’t use this machine near flammable articles.
3- It is forbidden to remove or insert the plug with wet hands, otherwise may result in getting
an electric shock.
4- This product is forbidden being washed or soaked in water, otherwise its performance will
be affected.
5- Make sure not to repack, disassembly or repair the product by layman of electric apparatus.
6- Don’t use the product in unstable or moist place, or close to other heat source, otherwise it
will be damaged or broken down.
7- If the cable is damaged, you must change it at the manufacturer or the agent, so as to avoid
causing danger.
8- Make sure the yoghurt maker is placed on where the child cannot reach. It may quit work
while touching keys carelessly.
9- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

4. PRODUCT USE
4.1. General Warnings for Making Yogurt
1. Jars should be clean and dry.
2. The tank of the product should be clean and dry.
3. It should be made sure that the milk is not expired.
4. When using daily milk, it is necessary to wait for the milk to reach to room temperature after
boiling.
5. After removing the milk and the yogurt yeast from refrigerator, it is important to wait until they
reach to room temperature.
6. It is recommended to use a wooden spoon.
7. This device is intended for domestic use only. It is not suitable for industrial or commercial
purposes.
8. The device should be kept in room temperature (between 20 and 32 santigrate degrees) for
efficient utilization.
9. You are expected to contact only Weewell Authorized Service for repairs and maintenance.
10. Your yogurt will be warm when the fermentation process terminates. If you prefer your yogurt
condensed, we recommend you to keep it in your refrigerator for a while. On the other hand, you
can use different flavors with your fermented yogurt to add taste.
The yogurt should not be kept in the refrigerator for more than seven days. Since the activation
of the lactobacillus bacteria in your yogurt will be at its highest in the first three days, we
recommend you to consume your yogurt within this period.
WARNING: Please do not add any kinds of sweeteners, colorings, natural aromas or similar
ingredients into the milk and the yeast during the fermentation process of the yogurt.
4.2. Preparation Process
Put the ingredients into the jars in quantities explained below.
Fermentation with Fresh Daily Milk: Fresh daily milk (180 ml x 7) + yeast or 5% pure yoğurt
1. Fresh daily milk should be boiled first and left to cool off to room temperature before using. The
yeast that will be used should be in room temperature as well.
Fermentation with Pasteurized Milk: Pasteurized milk (180 ml x 7) + yeast or 5% pure yoğurt
2. If you wish to use pasteurized milk, wait until it reaches to room temperature. The yeast that
will be used should be in room temperature as well.

Fermentation
Put the yeast in a plate and remove the cream on top of it. Stir the yeast until homogenous. Fill the
glass jar with the milk you have kept in room temperature up to 180 ml. Then, add a tea spoonful
of the yeast you have homogenized to the glasses, and stir to scatter. It is recommended to use a
wooden spoon during fermentation. Place the glass jars slowly in the reservoir. Do not put the jar
lids on. Put the transparent lid of the device on, plug in, and follow the instructions below.
The fermentation process, which takes approximately 8 to 12 hours, needs to be controlled
manually. The yogurt will look dense and curdy. The acidity of the yogurt will increase as you wait
longer.

Notes:
1- If there is a high amount of gas and malodor after fermentation, it signifies that the milk is
spoiled and therefore the yogurt should not be consumed. If the yogurt looks thick, shiny yellow
and tastes sour, this signifies that the fermentation was successful.
2- The result of a longer fermentation process will be a thicker amount of cream on top and a
sourer taste; this is a completely normal situtation and there should be no reason to worry. It is not
risky to consume the cream which is rich in lactic acid, Vitamin B and nutritional value.
3- Whole-fat fresh milk is recommended for children. People with an obesity risk are
recommended to use low-fat or non-fat fresh milk.

4.4. Instructions
Plug in the cable. You will see “88” on the screen and hear a beep, and then there will be “- -“ on
the screen, which signifies that your device is on and ready to be set up. (LEDs should be off)
1. When you press “Function” once, LEDs will turn green as seen in Figure A. “Temp” LED will
blink green.
2. Using the “+/-“ buttons, set the fermentation temperature as shown in Figure B.
3. After the required temperature is set, press “Start/Cancel” as shown in Figure C; “Temp” LED
will be red and “Time” LED will blink.
4. Using the “+/-“ buttons, set the fermentation time as shown in Figure D.
5. After the required time is set, press “Start/Cancel”. “Temp” and “Time” LEDs will turn red then,
and the fermentation process will have begun.
6. If you want to cancel, press and hold on “Start/Cancel”.

Recipes
Honey-Fruit Yogurt
Ingredients
- 5 tsp yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- A fruit of your choice (strawberry, banana, etc)
Preparation: Stir the yogurt and the honey in a plate. Then, mash a half of the fruit you chose,
and slice the rest in small pieces. Ultimately, mix the honey yogurt with the fruit you mashed and
sliced. Bon appetit.
Blueberry Yogurt
Ingredients
- 2,5 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 4 tsp granulated sweetener
- 1 pck vanilla
Preparation: Mash the blueberries into purée using a food processor. Put the yogurt in a wide
bowl, add sweetener and vanilla, and stir. Add the fruit purée to yogurt and serve in smaller cups.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Plug the device off before cleaning and let it cool off.
2. Wipe carefully with a wet cloth inside and outside. It needs to be cleaned in a short while after
using, since it will produce malodor otherwise.
3. Do not try to clean the device with vegetable oil, petroleum products, bristle brushes, cast steel
balls or similar materials.
4. Do not plunge the device nor wash under water. Only wipe and clean with a wet cloth.
5. Glass jars and lids can be cleaned manually or in dishwashers.
6. If the device will not be used for a while, it should be kept clean anyway.

Problem Solution
Yoghurt does not have
