Thank you for purchasing this quality product. To minimize the risk of injury we urge that our clients
take some basic safety precautions when using this device. Please read the operation instruc-
tions carefully and make sure you have understood its content.
Keep these operation instructions safe.
Before starting: Before using the electric cooker, carefully read the operating manual below, as this
will help with a trouble-free usage of the unit. Wrong use and careless handling might cause the unit to
malfunction and lead to injuries. In this case, the manufacturer assumes no responsibility for the war-
ranty or injuries caused by improper use or failure to follow the instructions.

Safety Instructions
•The unit is only for use at home and is not to be used in restaurants or for industrial use.
•Only use the cooking plates in enclosed spaces.
•Never immerse the unit in water.
•Do not use the unit if the cable is damaged or if one of the cooking plates has a crack.
•Avoid the cable from getting into contact with the cooking plates.
•Only use the cooking plate on a firm and horizontal surface. Avoid using it on a flammable base
(such as covers, plastic materials, etc.).
•Children do not know the dangers that may occur when using electric equipment. Keep children
out of the reach of this product
•Put this user manual in a safe place.
•This equipment being passed to a third party, hand over the operating manual as well.
•This appliance can only be used by children aged 8 years and above. Children and people with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge may only
use the devise if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the possible hazards involved.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
•Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach of children younger than 8 years.
•The temperature of surrounding surfaces may be high when the appliance is in operation.
•The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified technician to avoid any hazards.
This symbol means that surfaces will get hot during use.

Note: Please do not touch the cooker during operation to avoid burns! Please unplug the cooker before
washing it!

Using the product
•The cooker should be connected to 220240 V or a main circuit (like shown on the product) that
is conform with the official regulations.
•The cooking plates have been equipped with a 6-step switch. The digits on the rotary controls
show the heating options:

Note: The LED light will go out when the heating plate reaches the selected temperature and will go on
and out in cycles which shows that the temperature is maintained. These indications are only approxi-
mate. The individual switch steps may vary for different pots and pans and also depending on the meals
being cooked.

Only use suitable pots and pans. Pots and pans should have flat bottoms in order to transfer heat stead-
ily and to obtain the exact specifications indicated for the temperature controls. The dimension of the
pan and the plate should be identical.
This is the right pan. It has a flat bottom and absorbs the heat of the cooking
plate very well.
This pan is too small and does not cover the edges, resulting in heat loss.
This pan is too large.
This pan is not suitable. The transfer of heat between the cooking plate and
pan is inefficient.
Operating the heating plates
•The lid put on the pot or pan should fit tightly so that no steam can escape. The cooking plate
is equipped with a thermostat, which prevents overheating. You should nevertheless always
switch the unit off after using it.
•Switch the unit off or to a lower level early enough in order to save energy. The cooking plate
still will emit intensive heat for a few minutes, which can be used to complete the cooking pro-
cess. Yet the remaining cooking time should be less than 1 hour.

Disposal regulations
EU guidelines regarding the disposal of scrap electric appliances (WEEE, 2012/19/EU) were imple-
mented in the law related to electrical and electronic equipment and appliances.
All WilTec electric devices that fall under the WEEE regulations are labelled with the crossed-out
wheeled waste bin logo. This logo indicates that this electric equipment must not be disposed with the
domestic waste.
The company WilTec Technik GmbH has been registered in the German registry EAR under the WEEE-
registration number DE45283704.
Disposal of used electrical and electronic appliances
(intended for use in the countries of the European Un-
ion and other European countries with a separate col-
lection system for these appliances).
The logo on the article or on its packaging points out
that this article must not be treated as normal house-
hold waste but must be disposed to a recycling collec-
tion point for electronic and electrical waste equipment.
By contributing to the correct disposal of this article you
protect the environment and the health of your fellow
men. Environment and health are threatened by inap-
propriate disposal.
Material recycling helps reduce the consumption of raw materials.
Additional information on recycling this article can be provided by your local community, municipal waste
disposal facilities or the store where you purchased the article.
