Stoddart, one of our agents, or a similarly qualified erson(s) should carry out any and all re airs, maintenance
and services. Any re air erson(s) should be instructed to read the safety warnings within this manual before
commencing work on these units.
Do not remove any cover anels that may be on the a liance.
Shar Edges
Steel cutting rocesses such as those used in the construction of this a liance result in shar edges. Whilst any
such edges are removed to the best of our ability it is always wise to take care when contacting any edge.
Particular care should be taken to avoid contact with any steel edge, and warnings should be given in regards to
the danger of such contact to any re air or maintenance erson(s) rior to commencement of any servicing.

Ensure that any damaged ower cord is re laced before further use.

The Woodson Griddle and Large Griddle have been s ecifically designed to meet the rigorous demands of a busy
food service o eration. The Woodson WGDA50 and WGDA60 are ideal for frying foods such as burgers, bacon,
