From installation to everyday use, the Phaser 6110MFP is designed to make office like more efficient.

• The Phaser 6110MFP is small and light enough to fit onto your desktop, or into tight office spaces.

• Create a wide range of documents thanks to the bypass feeder, which reliably feeds envelopes, labels

and custom paper sizes. The 150-sheet main tray handles a wide variety of media as well, and when

combined with the optional 250-sheet tray allows for longer stretches of uninterrupted printing.

• Setup and everyday use are extremely simple – a few mouseclicks are all that is required for most

operations.

• Standard network connectivity ensures the Phaser 6110MFP is accessible to everyone on the office

network, regardless of operating system platform. The convenient front-access USB port enables

direct printing from or scanning to a USB memory device. PictBridge compatibility, for printing

pictures directly from a memory card, is included as well.

PAPER SUPPORT

The Phaser 6110MFP can handle a variety of media sizes, weights,

and types to support the range of documents you print as part of your

company’s daily business. The standard configuration has a single-sheet

bypass tray and a paper tray that holds up to 150 sheets of paper,

with support for:

• Paper Size – Supported sizes include A4, letter, legal, folio, oficio,

executive, ISO B5, JIS B5, and custom sizes ranging from 3 x 5 in.

(76 x 127 mm) to 8.5 x 14 in. (216 x 356 mm).

• Paper Weight – Supported weights ranging from 16 to 43 lb. bond

(60 to 163 gsm).

• Paper Types – Supported media types include plain paper,

envelopes, labels, transparencies, and card stock.

The Phaser 6110MFP has an optional 250-sheet paper cassette tray,

increasing total capacity to up to 401 sheets. The optional tray supports

plain paper of the following sizes and weights:

• Paper Size – Supported sizes include A4, letter, legal and folio.

• Paper Weight – Supported weights ranging from 16 to 24 lb. bond

(60 to 90 gsm).

PERFORMANCE

The Phaser 6110MFP delivers the performance necessary to support one or a small group of

employees in a small business environment. Some performance highlights include up to 17 ppm

(letter size paper) black-and-white printing and copying, a 50-sheet ADF and 33.6 Kbps faxing

(X configuration only) – the Phaser 6110MFP packs the performance you need to streamline

your office technology.

PRINT FEATURES

At the heart of the Phaser 6110MFP is a small business-ready color laser printer – with print

speeds of 17 ppm (letter) / 16 ppm (A4) black-and-white and 4 ppm color. First-page-out-times

run as fast as 14 seconds for black-and-white documents, and as fast as 26 seconds for color

documents limit the amount of time you spend waiting for your documents to print.

ADF eases the process of scanning multi-page documents by automating the scanning of each page.

TWAIN and WIA drivers are delivered with each Phaser 6110MFP, ensuring you can easily

integrate these scan capabilities into your applications.

Phaser 6110MFP scan features include:

• Scan to PC – Send a scanned image directly to a PC via USB or Ethernet connection

• Scan to Email – Send a scanned image to one or many email locations in a single step

FAX FEATURES

Based on a 33.6 Kbps fax modem and your choice of color or black-and-white modes, the Phaser

6110MFP/X model is a full-featured fax solution for small business that continue to use fax as part

of their daily operations. Resolution up to 300 x 300 dpi black-and-white and 200 x 200 dpi color

means you’ll be transmitting high image quality faxes.

EVALUATE CONVENIENCE

Once you’ve found an MFP that can support your performance requirements, you need to ensure it is

simple and easy to use. It is also important that it is a good fit in your environment. In addition to

advanced features, does the MFP feature design touches for small business environments? Does the MFP

include connectivity options to support individual or shared environments?

EASY TO USE

The Phaser 6110MFP front panel is clearly organized, with centralized two-line display and buttons

for selecting among copy, scan/email, and fax modes (on fax-enabled configurations). Separate

“start” buttons for color and black-and-white modes ensure you copy, scan or fax in the mode you

intended, without having to navigate within menus to change the color or black-and-white setting.

Buttons for lighten/darken, original type, and reduce/enlarge make these commonly used copy

features easily accessible. Fax-enabled configurations include speed dial buttons for easy access

to up to 30 speed dial settings, and buttons for resolution and redial/pause settings as well as access

to the fax address book.

Further, the Phaser 6110MFP uses print drivers that are intuitive and make the most commonly

used features easily accessible – making it easy for employees to learn and use on a daily basis.

Xerox Status Monitor software proactively alerts you when your print job is complete or when your

print job has been interrupted, and links to the troubleshooting guide to help you resolve issues.
