WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
Advanced Air hereby warrants to the consumer that the product purchased under this warranty be free from defects in material
and workmanship under normal use when installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instrucons.
In the event of a product defect, failure or malfuncon, Advanced Air will, for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, repair or replace at its discreon the
defecve, failed or malfunconing product purchased under this Warranty. Installaon and/or removal labor costs or charges are not covered under this warranty.
INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
This warranty is expressly condioned upon proper installaon, operaon, cleaning and maintenance, all in accordance with this Installaon and Operaon Manual. Failure to
meet any of these requirements will void this warranty. Servicing of your Advanced Air BiPolar Ionizaon product by pares other than our authorized representaves and/or
using parts other than genuine Advanced Air parts will also void this warranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
Ordinary wear and tear shall not be considered a defect in workmanship or material. These warranes do not apply for loss or damage caused by accident, shipping, re,
abuse, misuse, improper installaon, leaking, modicaon, misapplicaon, or by any repairs other than those provided by our authorized Service Center. This warranty is
non-transferable.
EXCLUSION OF OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
WE SHALL NOT IN ANY CASE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM BREACH OF EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
CONDITIONS, GUARANTEES OR REPRESENTATIONS, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, INSTALLATION OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. Such excluded damages include, but
are not limited to, loss of prots or revenue, and loss of the use of the products, and any loss caused by leaks or other water damage.

This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitaons on warranes, or on
remedies for breach. In such states, the above limitaons may not apply to you.
FOR CANADIAN APPLICATION ONLY
Exclusion of Subsequent Owners: Except as otherwise required by applicable legislaon, this warranty is not transferable. This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you
may also have other rights which vary from province to province. Some provinces and territories do not allow limitaons on warranes, or on remedies for breach. In such
provinces or territories, the above limitaons may not apply to you. If any provision of this warranty or part thereof is held by a court of competent jurisdicon to be invalid,
illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions or parts thereof will not in any way be aected or impaired within the jurisdicon
of that court. This enre warranty shall connue to be valid, legal and enforceable in any jurisdicon where a similar determinaon has not been made.

3 YEAR WARRANTY
MAINTENANCE
Advanced Air BiPolar Ionizaon Systems are designed for connuous operaon without requiring replacement parts. It is recommended that the device is mounted
downstream from the lter to ensure the carbon bre brushes remain as clean as possible.
Cleaning Interval: Advanced Air BiPolar Ionizers are designed for low maintenance. The devices should be checked semi-annually to conrm the brushes are clean for
maximum performance. If the carbon bre brushes get dirty, please follow the instrucons below for proper cleaning and maintenance.
1. Disconnect the power to the BiPolar unit.
2. Remove any dust from the brushes with either compressed air or gently brushing the emier brushes with a small so bristle brush.
