purhasedfromyourAxisreseller.

InstallinganSDardisoptional.AstandardorhighapaitySDard(notinluded)anbeusedto
storereordingsloallyintheprodut.
1.Loosenthedomeringsrewsandremovethedomeover.
2.InsertanSDardintotheSDardslot.
3.Attahthedomeovertothetopoverandtightenthesrews(torque3.2Nm).

TheamerahousinganbelledwithNitrogengastopreventondensation.
Thellingproessisrepeatedthreetimes,releasingthepressurebetweenllings,tomakesurethat
allairandhumidityispurgedfromthehousing.
Note
Theamerahousinghasanpressurereliefvalvethatlimitsthellingpressureto0.5bar
(7psi).Duringnormalusethepressureinsidetheamerahousingmaydropbelowthat
pressure.Forfullprotetionmakesurethatthepressureisabove0.2bar(3psi).
1.Settheregulatorgaugeonthegasylinderto0.5bar(7psi).
2.Removetheapsfromtheinletvalveandthepressurereliefvalve.
3.Plaethehukontheinletvalveandpressdowntolltheamerawithnitrogen.
4.Whenthepressureinsidetheamerahousingreahes0.5bar(7psi)thepressurerelief
valvewillopen.Plaeyourhandoverthepressurereliefvalvetoverifythatthegas
isowingout.
5.Liftthepressurereliefvalvetolettheoverpressureoutoftheameraunit.
6.Repeatthellingproessatotalof3times,leavingthetheamerapressurizedthe
lasttime.
7.Puttheapsbakontheinletvalveandthepressurereliefvalve.
