Rangier-Hubwagen

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

Lesen Sie zuerst die gesamte Bedienungsanleitung und alle Hinweise, bevor Sie diesen Rangier-

Hubwagen zum Einsatz bringen.

xDer Rangier-Hubwagen darf nur auf einer ebenen Fläche benutzt wenden. Den Rangier-

Hubwagen NICHT auf abschüssigen Flächen einsetzen. Es können unvorhergesehene

Bewegungen eintreten, sobald der Heber den Reifen von der Oberfläche anhebt.

xDer Rangier-Hubwagen hat eine Tragfähigkeit von 600Kg pro Einheit. Den Rangierheber niemals

über die angegebene Traglast belasten.

xDer Rangier-Hubwagen darf ausschließlich bei stehendem Fahrzeug verwendet werden. NICHT

den Motor des Fahrzeugs starten oder mit dem im Einsatz befindlichen Rangier-Hubwagen

fahren. Der Rangier-Hubwagen ist nur zum Bewegen des Fahrzeuges per Hand vorgesehen.

xMaximal zulässige Hubhöhe beträgt 20 cm. Niemals mit dem Rangier-Hubwagen die Reifen höher

als 20 cm anheben.

xDer Rangier-Hubwagen ist nur für ebenen und geraden Untergrund. NICHT versuchen, den

Rangier-Hubwagen über Hindernisse zu schieben.

xAchten Sie nach dem Anheben immer darauf, den Verriegelungsbolzen einzusetzen bevor Sie mit

der Arbeit beginnen. Nach der Beendigung der Arbeit ziehen Sie zuerst den Verriegelungsbolzen

heraus und öffnen dann die Lösevorrichtung.

ANLEITUNG

Anheben

1. Betätigen Sie das Fußpedal zum Lösen der Pedalverriegelung.

2. Entfernen Sie den Sicherungsbolzen aus dem Rahmen.

3. Öffnen Sie die Lösevorrichtung durch drehen des Handrades

entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn.

4. Ziehen Sie den Rangier-Hubwagen soweit auseinander, bis die

Hubrollen vor bzw. hinter der Lauffläche geschoben werden

können.

5. Positionieren Sie beide Hubrollen parallel zur Lauffläche und achten Sie auf genügend Freiraum

zwischen Reifenflanke Rangierheber.

6. Schließen Sie die Lösevorrichtung durch Drehen des Handrades im Uhrzeigersinn. Ist der

Rangier-Hubwagen schlecht positioniert, kann es zum Kontakt der Fahrzeugreifen mit den

Laufrollen des Rangier-Hubwagens kommen.

7. Betätigen Sie das Pedal, bis der Reifen wenige cm vom Boden angehoben ist. Achtung: Je

geringer die Hubhöhe, desto sicheren ist der Stand.

8. Sichern Sie den Rangier-Hubwagen durch den Sicherungsbolzen.

9. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang am anderen Rad

10. Das Fahrzeug kann jetzt nach Bedarf manövriert werden.

Ablassen

1. Betätigen Sie das Pedal und entfernen Sie den Sicherungsbolzen.

2. Öffnen Sie die Lösevorrichtung, indem Sie das Handrad langsam gegen den Uhrzeigersinn

drehen.

3. Der Wagenheber kann entfernt werden, wenn sich die Hubrollen vom Reifen lösen.

Hydraulic Vehicle Positioning Jack

SAFETY ADVICE

Read the complete manual prior to first use.

xThis positioning jack must only be used on flat and even ground. Never position the jack on steep

ground. Unintended movement could occur as soon as the jack lifts the tire from the ground.

xThe jack has a lifting capacity of 600kg per unit. Never exceed the jack’s maximum capacity.

xThis jack must only be used on parked vehicles. DO NOT START THE ENGINE and/or drive with

the jack in use. This jack is meant to be moved manually.

xMaximum lifting height is 20cm. Never exceed this maximum lifting height.

xThis jack was designed for applications on flat grounds. Never try to move it about obstacles, as

small as they might appear.

xAfter the lifting process, remember to put in the locking bolt before you start working on the

vehicle. When you have finished, pull the locking bolt before opening the release mechanism.

INSTRUCTIONS

Lift

1. Press down the pedal to release its locking mechanism.

2. Pull the locking bolt out of its frame.

3. Open the release mechanism by turning the hand wheel counter-

clockwise.

4. Expand the jack far enough to fit it under your vehicle’s tire.

Position it under the tire so that both lifting rolls touch the tire’s

running surface.

5. Put on the jack so that the unit is parallel to the side of the tire you wish to lift.

6. Close the release mechanism by turning the hand wheel clockwise until it fits firmly. Leave some

space between tire and jack. This is very important. In case of a poorly positioned jack, the tire

might press against the jack’s axle and not against its rolls which might cause damage to the jack

7. To lift the tire, put one foot on the pedal and push it gently and steadily downwards until the tire

has been lifted off the ground a couple of centimeters. The jack has a firmer stand as lower the

lifting height of the tire actually is.

8. Secure the jack by safety pin.

9. Repeat the procedure with the other units

10. Move the lifted vehicle as desired.

Release the jack

1. To release the jack, pull the jack’s locking bolt out of its frame.

2. Open the release mechanism by turning the hand wheel counter-clockwise.

3. The jack can be removed as soon as the tire loses contact with the jack’s rolls.

AVISOS DE SEGURIDAD

Lea el manual complete antes de usar el gato.

Este gato posicional debe ser usado solo sobre una superficie plana. Nunca posicione el gato

sobre una elevación. Un movimiento accidental puede ocurrir al intentar elevar el gato.

El gato tiene una capacidad máxima de 600 kg por unidad. Nunca exceda la capacidad máxima.

Este gato debe ser usado solo en vehículos parados. NO ENCIENDA EL MOTOR ni maneje el

vehículo con el gato en uso. Este gato está hecho para moverse manualmente.

La elevación máxima es de 20 cm. nunca exceda esta elevación máxima.

Este gato está diseñado para aplicarse sobre superficies planas. Nunca intente moverlo sobre

obstáculos, por muy pequeños que puedan parecer.

Tras la elevación, recuerde bloquear el gato antes de empezar a trabajar con el vehículo. Cuando

haya terminado, retire el bloqueo y abra el mecanismo de liberación.

INSTRUCCIONES

Elevación

1. Presione el pedal para desbloquear el dispositivo.

2. Retire el perno de bloqueo del marco.

3. Abra el mecanismo de liberación girando manualmente la rueda

en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.

4. Extienda el gato para fijarlo bajo el neumático del vehículo.

Colóquelo bajo el neumático de forma que los elevadores toquen

la superficie del neumático.

5. Ponga el gato paralelamente al neumático que desea elevar.

6. Cierre el mecanismo de liberación girando manualmente la rueda en sentido de las agujas del

reloj hasta que esté firme. Deje algún espacio ente el gato y el neumático. Esto e smuy

importante. En caso de una mala colocación del gato, el neumático puede presionar contra el

gato y no contra loe levadores lo cual puede dañar el gato.

7. Para elevar el neumático, ponga un pie sobre el pedal y presiónelo suavemente hasta que el

neumático se eleve un par de centímetros.

8. Asegure el gato con el pasador de seguridad.

9. Repita el procedimiento con las otras unidades.

10. Mueva el vehículo elevado como desee.

Liberación del gato.

1. Para liberar el gato, retire el perno de bloqueo del marco del gato.

2. Abra el mecanismo de liberación girando la rueda manualmente en sentido contrario a las agujas

del reloj.

3. El gato puede quitarse tan pronto como el neumático ya no esté en contacto con los elevadores

del gato.
