Drehmomentschlüssel
SPEZIFIKATION
12,5 (1/2) Antriebsvierkant Drehmomentbereich: 70 – 350 Nm (Links- und Rechtsgewinde)
Länge: 650 mm Wirklänge: ca. 530 mm
ACHTUNG
1. Von Zeit zu Zeit den Drehmomentschlüssel vom niedrigsten bis zum höchsten Wert verstellen,
dadurch wird das spezielle interne Schmiermittel auf alle Bauteile verteilt.
2. Wird der Schlüssel nicht benutzt, muss er auf den niedrigsten Wert zurückgedreht werden.
3. Den Drehmomentschlüssel nicht unter den min. Drehmomentwert einstellen.
4. Nach Erreichen des eingestellten Drehmoments darf der Drehmomentschlüssel nicht unter
Gewalt weiter gedreht werden, es können Schäden an der Mechanik entstehen.
5. Der Drehmomentschlüssel ist relativ robust, dabei sollte aber nicht vergessen werden, dass es
sich um ein Präzisions-Messgerät handelt und es als solches behandelt werden muss.
6. Der Drehmomentschlüssel darf nur mit einem trockenen Tuch gereinigt werden. Tauchen Sie ihn
nicht in Reiniger, dadurch kann das Schmiermittel weggewaschen und der Drehmomentschlüssel
zerstört werden.
7. Dieser Drehmomentschlüssel wurde vor Verlassen der Produktionsstätte kalibriert und auf eine
Genauigkeit von ± 3% getestet.
ANLEITUNG
ADie Antriebsvierkant-Stellung bestimmt die Auslöse-Drehrichtung, diese kann anhand der
Abbildung eingestellt werden.

BDrehmomentschlüssel mit Skala und Pfeil sichtbar in die Hand nehmen und den Handgriff
entsperren, dazu die gerändelte Hülse am Ende des Handgriffs nach hinten schieben.
CErforderlichen Drehmomentwert durch drehen am Handgriff einstellen. Genauer Wert kann mit
der Skala wie folgt bestimmt werden.
BEISPIEL: 185 Nm
1. Handgriff im Uhrzeigersinn drehen bis die Kante des Handgriffs an
der horizontalen 175 Nm-Linie und die 0 auf dem Handgriff an der
vertikalen Linie am Gehäuse steht. (entspricht 175 Nm)
2. Handgriff im Uhrzeigersinn weiterdrehen bis anstelle der 0 die 10
an der vertikalen Linie steht (entspricht 185 Nm). Beachten Sie
bitte bei der Einstellung die kleinstmögliche Einteilung von 2,5 Nm.
3. Der Handgriff kann durch schieben der Arretierhülse nach vorne verriegelt werden. Dadurch ist
ein selbstständiges Verstellung nicht mehr möglich.
DStecken Sie einen passenden Steckschlüsseleinsatz auf den 4-kant und setzen Sie den Schlüssel
auf die Schraube, die mit dem Drehmomentwert angezogen werden soll. Schraube langsam und
gleichmäßig anziehen bis ein Klick-Geräusch hörbar ist, dann das Anziehen sofort beenden.
Achtung: Bei niedrigen Drehmomentwerten ist das Klick-Geräusch leiser und kann bei lauter
Umgebung überhört werden.
Der Schlüssel ist nur geeignet für ein zulässiges Drehmoment von max. 350 Nm.
Drehen Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel immer nach der Verwendung auf den kleinsten Wert zurück.
Verwenden Sie den Drehmomentschlüssel nicht als langen Hebelarm zum Lösen von Schrauben.
Kalibrierung und Wartung muss regelmäßig durchgeführt werden und liegt in der Verantwortlichkeit
des Benutzers.

Torque Wrench
SPECIFICATION
1/2“ Square drive Torque Range: 70 – 350 Nm (Left- and right-hand thread)

CAUTION
1. If wrench has not been used or has been in storage for some time, operate it several times at a
low torque setting which permits special internal lubricant to re-coat internaI working parts.
2. When wrench is not in use, keep doing adjustment at lowest torque setting.
3. Do not turn handle below lowest torque setting.
4. Do not continue pulling on the wrench after pre-set torque has been reached and the wrench has
been released. Pressure must be taken off the handle and the wrench allowed to automatically
reset itself, continuing to apply pressure after the wrench has been released, will result in damage
to the part being torque by applying more than the specified amount of torque.
5. Tool is rugged and designed for shop use, but is also a precision measuring instrument and
should be treated as such.
6. Clean wrench by wiping .Do not immerse in any type of cleaner which may affect special high
pressure lube with which the wrench is packed at the factory.
7. This torque wrench was calibrated and tested before leaving the factory and is accurate to ±3%.
8. The key is only suitable for a permissible torque, which can be found in the table above.
HOW TO USE
AThe square drive position determines the tripping direction, this can be adjusted according to the
figure.

A. Balancing wrench in hand with graduations visible with the marked arrow elementary Scale up
then unlock knurled handle by pulling sleeve.
BSet amount of torque required by turning knurled handle to read exact amount on case
graduations.
EXAMPLE: 185 Nm
1. Turn knurled handle until the zero graduation on the bevel edge of
the knurled handle is lined up with the vertical mark on the case
and is even with the 175 Nm graduation.
2. Turn knurled handle clockwise until 10 Nm graduation on the level
edge of the handle is in line with the vertical line on the case.
Please note: When setting, the smallest possible division is 2.5
Nm.
3. Lock handle securely by pushing sleeve, and now wrench is set at 185 Nm which is ready to use.
Clnstall the proper socket to the square drive and apply to nut and pull handle until you feel and / or
hear wrench click. Release pull and wrench automatically resets for next operation.
Note: Do not continue to pull after wrench releases. Use special care at low torque settings that will
pull stop when wrench clicks.
The wrench is only suitable for a permissible torque of max. 350 Nm.
Turn the torque wrench always back to the smallest value after using.
Do not use the torque wrench as long lever arm to loosen screws.
This is a precisions measuring instrument.
Calibration and servicing must be done regularly and is the owner responsibility.
