VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Dieser Werkzeugsatz dient zum Fräsen von Ölablassschrauben-Dichtflächen an Ölwannen. Die

enthaltenen Werkzeuge sind geeignet für Ölablassschraubengewinde M12x1.5, M13x1.5, M14x1.5,

M15x1.5, M16x1.5 und M17x1.5.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Verwenden Sie die enthaltenen Werkzeuge ausschließlich für die unter „Verwendungszeck“

angegebene Arbeit.

•Benutzen Sie die Werkzeuge ausschließlich von Hand, verwenden Sie keinen Schlagschrauber

oder andere Maschinen.

•Halten Sie Kinder und andere unbefugte Personen aus dem Arbeitsbereich fern.

•Lassen Sie keine Kinder mit dem Werkzeug oder dessen Verpackung spielen.

VERWENDUNG

1. Entfernen Sie die Ölablassschraube und das in der Ölwanne befindliche Öl.

2. Setzen Sie den passenden Führungsbolzen in das Öl-Ablassgewinde ein (Abb. 1 & 2).

Beim Einsetzen des Führungsbolzens darauf achten, dass das Gewinde über die komplette

Länge im Gewinde der Ölwanne eingesetzt ist und nicht übersteht. Achtung: Wird der

Führungsbolzen zu tief eingesetzt, kann dieser in die Ölwanne fallen!

3. Nehmen Sie den Fräser und schieben Sie diesen über den Führungsbolzen (Abb. 3 & 4)

4. Drehen Sie den Fräser unter leichtem Druck im Uhrzeigersinn,

bis die Dichtfläche wieder plan ist (Abb. 5)

5. Befreien Sie die Dichtfläche von eventuell vorhandenen Spänen.

6. Entfernen Sie den Fräser und demontieren Sie den Führungsbolzen.

7. Setzen Sie eine neue Ölablassschraube mit neuer Dichtung in das Gewinde ein (Abb. 6).

INTENDED USE

This tool set serves for the cutting of oil drain plug sealing surfaces on oil sumps. The tools included

are suitable for oil drain plug threads M12x1.5, M13x1.5, M14x1.5, M15x1.5, M16x1.5 and M17x1.5.

SAFETY INFORMATION

•Use the tools contained exclusively for the work specified under "Intended purpose".

•Use the tools only by hand. Never use an air impact wrench or other machines.

•Keep children and other unauthorised persons away from the work area.

•Do not let any children play with the tool or its packaging.

USE

1. Remove the oil drain plug and drain the oil in the oil sump.

2. Place the matching guide bolt into the oil drain thread (Fig. 1 & 2).

When inserting the guide bolt, take care that the thread is inserted over the entire length in the

thread of the oil sump and does not protrude. Caution: if the guide bolt is screwed in too far, it

may fall into the oil sump!

3. Take the milling cutter and push it over the guide bolt (Fig. 3 & 4)

4. Turn the milling cutter clockwise by applying slight pressure

until the sealing surface is flat again (Fig. 5).

5. Remove any chips that may be on the sealing surface.

6. Remove the milling cutter and disassemble the guide bolt.

7. Insert a new oil drain plug with new seal into the thread (Fig. 6).

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

Ce jeu d’outils permet de fraiser les sièges d’étanchéité des bouchons de vidange d’huile sur les

carters. Les outils du jeu conviennent pour des filetages de trous de vidange de M12x1,5, M13x1,5,

M14x1,5, M15x1,5, M16x1,5 et M17x1,5.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

•N’utilisez les outils du jeu que pour les tâches indiquées sous le point « Utilisation conforme ».

•N’utilisez les outils qu’à la main, n’utilisez pas de clés à chocs ou d’autres machines.

•Maintenez à l’écart les enfants et toutes les personnes non autorisées de la zone de travail.

•Ne permettez jamais que des enfants jouent avec l’outil ou avec son emballage.

UTILISATION

1. Retirez le bouchon de vidange d’huile et vidangez l’huile du carter d’huile.

2. Insérez la goupille de guidage appropriée dans le filetage du trou de vidange d’huile (Fig. 1 et 2).

Lorsque vous insérez la goupille de guidage, assurez-vous que le filetage est inséré sur toute sa

longueur dans le filetage du carter d’huile et qu’il ne dépasse pas. Attention : Si la goupille de

guidage est insérée trop profondément, elle peut tomber dans le carter d’huile !

3. Prenez la fraise et faites-la glisser sur la goupille de guidage (Fig. 3 et 4)

4. Faites tourner la fraise dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre en y appliquant une légère

pression,

jusqu’à ce que le siège d’étanchéité soit à nouveau plan (Fig. 5)

5. Éliminez soigneusement les éventuels copeaux du siège d’étanchéité.

6. Retirez la fraise et démontez la goupille de guidage.

7. Insérez un nouveau bouchon de vidange d’huile avec un nouveau joint dans le filetage (Fig. 6).

USO PREVISTO

Este juego de herramientas sirve para fresar superficies de sellado de los tornillos de drenaje de

aceite en cárteres de aceite. Las herramientas incluidas son adecuadas para roscas de los tornillos

de drenaje de aceite M12x1.5, M13x1.5, M14x1.5, M15x1.5, M16x1.5 y M17x1.5.

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

•Utilice las herramientas incluidas solo para el trabajo especificado en "Uso previsto".

•Use las herramientas solo a mano, no use llaves de impacto neumáticas u otras máquinas.

•Mantenga a los niños y otras personas no autorizadas fuera del área de trabajo.

•No permita que los niños jueguen con la herramienta o su embalaje.

APLICACIÓN

1. Retire el tornillo de drenaje de aceite y el aceite del cárter de aceite.

2. Inserte el perno de guía apropiado en la rosca de drenaje de aceite (Fig. 1 y 2).

Al insertar el perno de guía, asegúrese de que la rosca esté insertada en toda la longitud de la

rosca del cárter de aceite y que no sobresalga. Atención: Si el perno de guía se inserta

demasiado profundamente, este puede caer en el cárter de aceite.

3. Utilice la fresa y deslícela sobre el perno de guía (Fig. 3 y 4)

4. Gire la fresa hacia la derecha con una ligera presión,

hasta que la superficie de sellado esté plana nuevamente (Fig. 5)

5. Limpie la superficie de sellado de cualquier posible viruta.

6. Retire la fresa y retire el perno de guía.

7. Inserte un nuevo tornillo de drenaje de aceite con una nueva junta en la rosca (Fig. 6).
