VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Dieser Satz dient zur Reparatur von Zündkerzen-Innengewinde M14x1.25 im Zylinderkopf.

Im Satz enthalten sind je fünf Gewindeeinsätze in den Längen 11, 16 und 19 mm.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Halten Sie Kinder und andere unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.

•Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit dem Werkzeug oder dessen Verpackung spielen

•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nicht, wenn Teile beschädigt sind.

•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck.

•Entfernen Sie vor der Reparatur den Zündschlüssel, so verhindern Sie ein versehentliches

Starten des Motors durch dritte und dadurch entstehende Verletzungen.

UMWELTSCHUTZ

Recyceln Sie unerwünschte Stoffe, anstatt sie als Abfall zu entsorgen. Verpackungen sind

zu sortieren, einer Wertstoffsammelstelle zuzuführen und umweltgerecht zu entsorgen.

Erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer örtlichen Abfallbehörde über Recyclingmaßnahmen.

HINWEISE

•Diese Anleitung dient als Kurzinformation und ersetzt keinesfalls ein Werkstatthandbuch.

Entnehmen Sie bitte technische Angaben wie Drehmomentwerte und Hinweise zur Demontage

und Montage immer der fahrzeugspezifischen Serviceliteratur.

•Verwenden Sie den Bohrer nur mit Handkraft. Die Verwendung einer Maschine kann zu

Beschädigung des Bohrers, Zylinderkopfes und zu Verletzungen führen.

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass keine Späne oder andere Verunreinigung in den Brennraum bzw.

Zylinder gelangen. Späne und Verschmutzung im Zylinder können zu Schäden am Motor

führen.

•Benetzen Sie den Gewindeschneider vor der Verwendung mit Fett. Das aufgetragene Fett

verhindert ein hineinfallen von Spänen in den Brennraum.

•Tragen Sie bei Verwendung immer eine Schutzbrille, insbesondere beim Entfernen der Späne

mit einer Ausblaspistole.

•Reinigen Sie den Gewindeschneider nach der Verwendung.

VERWENDUNG

Gewindeschneider mit Fett benetzen.

Altes Gewinde mit dem Gewindeschneider aufreiben und gleichzeitig ein neues Gewinde zur

Aufnahme der Gewindehülse schneiden.

Darauf achten, dass keine Späne in den Brennraum fallen.

Zündkerze (A) in den Gewindeeinsatz (2) drehen.

Ein wenig Flüssigsicherung auf das Außengewinde vom

Gewindeeinsatz auftragen.

Mit Hilfe der Zündkerze den Gewindeeinsatz (2) in das

neu angefertigte Innengewinde (C) im Zylinderkopf (B)

einsetzen.

Repair Kit for Spark Plug Threads

M14 x 1.25 mm

COMPONENTS

1 Tap for M14 thread inserts, HSS-G steel, 16 mm hexagon drive

2 Thread inserts, M14x1.25 internal thread, black finish, length 11-16-19 mm

ATTENTION

operating instructions when handing over the product to third parties.

INTENDED USE

This set is used to repair spark plug internal thread M14x1.25 in the cylinder head.

The set contains five thread inserts each in lengths of 11, 16 and 19 mm.

SAFETY INFORMATIONS

•Keep children and other persons away from the working area.

•Do not allow children to play with this tool or its packaging.

•Do not use the tool if parts are missing or damaged.

•Use the tool for the intended purpose only.

•Remove the ignition key before beginning the repair to prevent accidental starting of the engine

by third parties and resulting injuries.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be

sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with

the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information. Dispose

of this product at the end of its working life environmentally.

NOTES

•These instructions serve as brief information and replace no workshop manual. Please always

refer to the vehicle-specific service literature for technical information such as torque values and

instructions for disassembly and assembly.

•Only use the tap with manual force. Using a machine can result in damage to the tap, cylinder

head and personal injury.

•Make sure that no swarf or other contamination get into the combustion chamber or cylinder.

Swarf and dirt in the cylinder can damage the engine.

•Grease the tap before use. The grease applied prevents swarf from falling into the combustion

chamber.

•Always wear safety goggles when using, especially when removing the swarf with a blow gun.

•Clean the thread tap after use.

USE

Applied a small amount of grease on the thread tap.

Ream the old thread with the tap and at the same time cut a new thread for the thread insert.

Make sure that no swarf falls into the combustion chamber.

Turn spark plug (A) into the thread insert (2).

Secure the thread insert with appropriate liquid screw glue.

Use the spark plug to turn the thread insert into the new

thread (C) of the cylinder head (B).

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

Ce kit permet de réparer les filetages intérieurs des bougies d’allumage M14 x 1,25 dans la culasse.

Le kit comprend cinq inserts filetés pour chacune des longueurs de 11, 16 et 19 mm.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

•Maintenez à l’écart les enfants et toutes les autres personnes non autorisées de la zone de

travail.

•Ne permettez jamais que des enfants jouent avec l’outil ou avec son emballage

•N’utilisez pas l’outil lorsque des pièces manquent ou sont endommagées.

•N’utilisez l’outil qu’aux fins prévues.

•Retirez la clé de contact avant d’entamer la réparation, vous éviterez ainsi les démarrages par

inadvertance du moteur, ce qui pourrait vous blesser.

PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT

•Appliquez de la graisse sur le filières avant de l’utiliser. La graisse appliquée empêchera la

chute de débris métalliques dans la chambre de combustion.

•Portez toujours des lunettes de protection lorsque vous utilisez ce produit, en particulier lorsque

vous éliminez des débris métalliques à l’aide d’un pistolet de soufflage.

•Nettoyez les tarauds après chaque utilisation.

UTILISATION

Appliquez de la graisse sur le filières.

Alésez l’ancien filetage à l’aide du filières et coupez simultanément un nouveau filetage pour

recevoir l’insert fileté.

Veillez à ne pas faire tomber des débris métalliques dans la chambre de combustion.

Vissez la bougie d’allumage (A) dans l’insert fileté (2).

Appliquez une petite quantité de liquide de sécurisation sur le

filetage mâle de l’insert fileté.

Insérez l’insert fileté (2) dans le filetage intérieur (C)

que vous venez de tarauder dans la culasse (B).

Juego de reparación de roscas de bujías

M14 x 1.25 mm

COMPONENTES

1 macho para casquillos roscados M14, acero HSS-G, entrada 16 mm

2 insertos roscados, M14x1.25 hilo interior, acabado negro, largo 11-16-19 mm

ATENCIÓN

USO PREVISTO

Este juego sirve para reparar la rosca interior de las bujías M14x1,25 en la culata.

El juego contiene cinco insertos roscados de 11, 16 y 19 mm de longitud cada uno.

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

•Mantenga a los niños y otras personas no autorizadas lejos del área de trabajo.

•No permita que los niños jueguen con la herramienta o su embalaje

•No utilice la herramienta si faltan piezas o están dañadas.

•Utilice la herramienta solo para el fin previsto.

•Retire la llave de contacto antes de la reparación, esto evita el arranque accidental del motor

por parte de terceros y las consiguientes lesiones.

INDICACIONES

información técnica como los valores de par de apriete y las instrucciones de desmontaje y

montaje.

•Utilice el taladro solo con la fuerza manual. La utilización de una máquina puede provocar

daños en el taladro, la culata y causar lesiones.

•Asegúrese de que no entren virutas u otros elementos de contaminación en la cámara de

combustión o en el cilindro. Las virutas y las contaminaciones en el cilindro pueden causar

daños en el motor.

•Humedezca la herramienta de roscar con grasa antes de usarla. La grasa aplicada evita que las

virutas caigan en la cámara de combustión.

•Lleve siempre gafas de protección cuando lo utilice, especialmente cuando retire las virutas con

una pistola de soplado.

•Limpie la herramienta de roscar después de usarla.

APLICACIÓN

Aplique grasa a la herramienta de roscar.

Escarie la vieja rosca con la herramienta de roscar y al mismo tiempo corte una nueva rosca para

alojar el casquillo roscado.

Asegúrese de que no caigan virutas en la cámara de combustión.

Enrosque la bujía (A) en el inserto roscado (2).

Aplique un poco de líquido de bloqueo a la rosca exterior del

inserto roscado.

Introduzca mediante la bujía el inserto roscado (2) en la

rosca interior recién creada (C) en la culata (B).
