ALLGEMEIN
Das Druckluft-Ausbeulwerkzeug ist geeignet für die Reparatur von leichten Dellen.
Der Pneumatikzylinder hat eine Frontentlüftung, diese ermöglicht eine sanfte Bewegung des
Zugkolbens und bewirkt ein zusätzliches Abkühlen der Klebestelle.
ANWENDUNG
1.
Reinigen Sie den Dellenbereich.
2.
Wählen Sie ein passendes Klebe-Pad.
Das Klebe-Pad muss zur Größe der Delle passen.
3.
Platzieren Sie einen großen Tropfen Heißkleber auf das Klebe-
Pad.

4.
Positionieren Sie das Klebe-Pad genau und schnell auf der
Oberfläche des Dellen-Bereichs.
Drücken Sie nicht zu feste, so dass der Kleber eine dicke
Schicht zwischen dem Dellen-Bereich und dem Klebe-Pad bilden
kann.
5.
Justieren Sie die Fusshöhe vom Druckluftwerkzeug.
Verbinden Sie das Werkzeug mit der Druckluftversorgung.
Stellen Sie das Druckluftdurchfluss-Regelventil ein.
Verbinden Sie das Werkzeug über die Nut mit dem Klebe-Pad
Betätigen Sie den Auslöser zum Herausziehen der Delle.
6.
Verwenden Sie zum Anlösen eine handelsübliche 90% Aceton-
Wasser-Lösung.
7.
Entfernen Sie mit einem Kunststoffschaber das Klebe-Pad.
8.
Entfernen Sie die verbleibende Klebeschicht und polieren Sie
den Bereich der Oberfläche an dem der Klebe-Pad gesessen
hat.

GENERAL
This air tool is suitable for repairing small dents without painting.
The pneumatic cylinder with front air vent can be makes center shaft movement smoothly and help
too cool down hotmelt glue.
OPERATION
1.
Clean the dent area.
2.
Choose the appropiate adhesive pad.
The adhesive pad should match the size of dent area.
3.
Place a large drop of glue on the adhesive pad

4.
Press the adhesive pad accurately and quickly to the surface of
the dent area.
Do not press too hard, so that the adhesive should form a thick
layer between the adhesive pad and dent area.
5.
Adjust the foot height from the pneumatic tool.
Connect the tool to the compressed air supply.
Adjust the compressed air flow regulator valve.
Connect the tool with the adhesive pad.
Activate the trigger to pull the dent.
6.
Remove the adhesive pad and the rest of the hot glue with a
commercially available 90% acetone-water solution.
7.
Apply a razor plastic tool to clean the glue.
8.
Clean the restored area and polish the area.
