INNENGEWINDE

Vorschneider Fertigschneider

Gewindebohrer Halter für Gewindebohrer

1. Dieser Satz enthält pro Gewindegröße zwei Gewindebohrer, davon dient einer als Vorschneider

und der andere als Fertigschneider. Grundsätzlich ist bei neu anzufertigende Gewinden, zuerst

mit dem Vorschneider zu beginnen. Nachschneiden von defekten Gewindegängen kann direkt

mit dem Fertigschneider erfolgen.

2. Ermitteln Sie die Größe des Bohrers anhand der Tabelle (siehe unten) und fertigen Sie eine

Bohrung mit entsprechendem Durchmesser im Werkstück an.

3. Setzen Sie den Gewindebohrer (Vorschneider), im rechten Winkel zum Werkstück, in der

Bohrung an und drehen Sie den Gewindeschneider langsam und gefühlvoll in die

Kernbohrung. Öl oder Fett reduzieren den Widerstand beim Schneiden und verbessern den

Abtransport der Späne.

4. Stockt der Gewindebohrer, dann fahren Sie nicht mit Gewalt fort, sondern versuchen stattdessen

mit leichter Vor- und Rückwärtsdrehungen die Späne zu brechen.

5. Beenden Sie das Vorschneiden, bei Durchgangsbohrungen, wenn kein Widerstand mehr spürbar

ist oder bei Sacklöchern, wenn der Gewindebohrer am Ende des Sacklochs anstößt.

6. Zum Schluss gleichermaßen mit dem Fertigschneider nacharbeiten.

AUSSENGEWINDE

Schneideisen Halter für Schneideisen

1. Passendes Schneideisen und Halter für Schneideisen auswählen und Schneideisen in den Halter

einsetzen Fixierschrauben befestigen.

2. Setzen Sie das Schneideisen am Werkstück an und drehen Sie es langsam und gefühlvoll. Öl

oder Fett reduzieren den Widerstand beim Schneiden und verbessern den Abtransport der

Späne.

3. Stockt der Gewindeschneider, dann fahren Sie nicht mit Gewalt fort, sondern versuchen

stattdessen mit leichter Vor- und Rückwärtsdrehungen die Späne zu brechen.

4. Der Schneidvorgang ist beendet, wenn die erforderliche Gewindelänge erreicht ist.

INTERNAL THREAD

1. This set contains two taps per thread size, one of which serves as a pre-thread cutter and the

other as a finishing tap. As a rule, the pre-cutter should be used first for new threads. Defective

threads can be re-cut directly with the final cutter.

2. Determine the size of the drill using the table (see below) and make a hole with the appropriate

diameter in the workpiece.

3. Place the tap (pre-cutter), at right angles to the workpiece, in the hole and turn the tap slowly and

carefully into the tapped hole. Oil, grease or bee wax reduce resistance during cutting and

improve chip removal.

4. If the tap sticks, do not continue by force, but try to break the chips with gentle forward and

backward rotations instead.

5. For through holes, end the pre-cutting when no more resistance can be felt or, for blind holes,

when the tap makes contact with the end of the blind hole.

6. Finally, finish off equally with the final cutter.

1. Select suitable die and holder for die, insert the die into holder and fasten fixing screws.

2. Place the tap on the workpiece and turn and turn it slowly and carefully. Oil, grease or bee wax

4. The cutting process is finished when the required threadlength is reached.

FILETAGE INTÉRIEUR

1. Ce jeu comprend deux tarauds par taille de filetage, l’un servant de prétaraudage et l’autre de

taraudage de finition. Comme règle de base, pour couper de nouveaux filetages, il faut toujours

commencer par un prétaraudage. La recoupe de filetages défectueux peut être effectuée

directement avec le taraud de finition.

2. Déterminez la taille du foret à l'aide du tableau (voir ci-dessous) et percez un trou du diamètre

correspondant dans la pièce à usiner.

3. Placez le taraud (prétaraud) perpendiculairement dans l’alésage de la pièce à usiner et tournez

lentement et avec sensibilité le taraud dans l’avant-trou. De l’huile, de la graisse ou de la cire

d’abeille réduisent la résistance lors de la coupe et améliorent l’évacuation des copeaux.

4. Si le taraud se bloque, ne poursuivez pas le taraudage par la force, mais essayez plutôt de

casser les copeaux avec de légères rotations à droite et à gauche.

5. Pour les trous traversants, arrêtez le prétaraudage lorsqu’il n’y a plus de résistance ou pour les

trous borgnes, lorsque la pointe du taraud touche le fond du trou borgne.

6. Pour terminer, repassez le filetage avec le taraud de finition.

FILETAGE MÂLE filières porte-filières

1. Choisir l'outil de tailles de filières et porte-filières, placer l'outil de filières dans le porte-filières et

fixer les vis de fixation.

2. Placez la filière sur la pièce à usiner et tournez-la lentement et avec sensibilité. De l’huile, de la

graisse ou de la cire d’abeille réduisent la résistance lors de la coupe et améliorent l’évacuation

des copeaux.

3. Si la filière se bloque, ne poursuivez pas l’usinage par la force, mais essayez plutôt de casser les

copeaux avec de légères rotations à droite et à gauche.

4. Le processus d’usinage est terminé lorsque la longueur de filetage requise est atteinte.
