Querlenker-Hebelwerkzeug

VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Dieses Querlenker-Hebelwerkzeug dient dem komfortablen, sicheren Herunterdrücken und Fixieren

des Querlenkers beim Auswechseln des Radlagers, Demontage der Antriebswelle, Erneuern des

Federbeins usw.

ACHTUNG

Lesen und verstehen Sie alle Anweisungen und Informationen in dieser Bedienungsanleitung.

Die Nichtbeachtung der unten aufgeführten Anweisungen und Informationen kann zu schweren

Verletzungen und Schäden führen.

Bewahren Sie die Bedienungsanleitung für späteres Nachlesen an einem sicheren und trockenen

Ort auf.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Arbeiten sie immer nach Herstellerangaben. Diese Anleitung dient nur zur Veranschaulichung

des Werkzeugs und ersetzt keinesfalls eine fahrzeugspezifische Service-Literatur.

•Halten Sie Kinder und unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.

•Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit dem Werkzeug oder dessen Verpackung spielen.

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Arbeitsbereich ausreichend beleuchtet ist.

•Halten Sie den Arbeitsbereich sauber, aufgeräumt, trocken und frei von anderen Materialien.

•Lassen Sie keine ungeschulten Personen mit diesem Werkzeugsatz arbeiten.

•Tragen Sie immer eine Schutzbrille und Handschuhe, wenn Sie mit dem Werkzeug arbeiten.

•Prüfen Sie vor Verwendung das Werkzeug auf Beschädigung, verwenden Sie das Werkzeug

nicht, wenn es beschädigt ist.

•Achten Sie darauf, dass die Ketten an geeigneten Stellen gut befestigt sind.

•Überlasten Sie das Querlenker-Hebelwerkzeug nicht, die maximale Zugkraft beträgt 500Kg.

INSTALLATION

Werkzeug wie in Abbildungen gezeigt installieren.

1. Haken gegenüber der Kette an geeigneter Stelle einhaken.

2. Spannschraube (1) der Spannvorrichtung lösen.

3. Ketten (2) an geeigneter Stelle am Querlenker befestigen.

4. Mir der Spannschraube (1) die Kette (2) auf Vorspannung bringen.

INSTALLATION

Bei entspanntem Werkzeug ist die Position der

Spannvorrichtung wie rechts in der Abbildung gezeigt.

Durch Drehen der Spannschraube im Uhrzeigersinn

wird die Kette gespannt und der Querlenker nach unten

gezogen.

ANWENDUNGSBEISPIEL 1

Traggelenkbolzen vom Schwenklager trennen.

Klemmschraube des Traggelenkbolzens

(Schwenklager) demontieren.

Spannschraube vom Querlenker-Hebelwerkzeug im

Uhrzeigersinn drehen und den Querlenker nach unter

ziehen. Der Querlenker kann während der

Reparaturarbeit in dieser Stellung verbleiben.

ANWENDUNGSBEISPIEL 2

Radlagergehäuse vom Federbein trennen.

Klemmschraube(n) des Federbeins

(Schwenklager) demontieren.

Spannschraube vom Querlenker-Hebelwerkzeug im

Uhrzeigersinn drehen und den Querlenker nach unter

ziehen. Der Querlenker kann während der

Reparaturarbeit in dieser Stellung verbleiben.

Wishbone Lever Tool

INTENDED USE

This wishbone lever tool is designed for comfortable, secure push down and hold-down of wishbone

during renewing of the wheel bearing, disassembling of the drive shaft and repairing of the spring

strut, etc.

ATTENTION

Read and understand all instructions and information in this manual.

Failure to follow the instructions and information below may cause serious injury and damage.

Keep the manual for future reference in a safe and dry place.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

•Follow the manufacturer’s specifications. This manual is supposed to inform you about the tool

itself and does not replace specific servicing handbooks.

•Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the working area.

•Do not let children play with this tool or its packaging.

•Ensure the working area has adequate lighting

•Keep working area clean and tidy, dry and free from unrelated materials

•Do not allow untrained persons to use this tool kit

•Always wear eye protection and gloves when working with the tool.

•Check the tool for damage before use, do not use the tool if it is damaged.

•Ensure that the chains are well secured at suitable points.

•Do not overload the wishbone lever tool, the maximum pulling force is 500Kg.

INSTALLATION

Install the tool as shown in the picture.

1. Insert the hook in opposite position of the chain to a suitable point.

2. Loosen the tensioning screw (1) of the tensioning device.

3. Attach chain (2) to the wishbones suitable points.

4. Tension the chain (2) by turning the tensioning screw (1).

INSTALLATION

When the tool is relaxed, the position of the clamping

device is as shown in the figure on the right.

Turn the tension screw clockwise for tensioning the

chain and pulling down the wishbone.

APPLICATION EXAMPLE 1

Pull down the joint out of the wheel bearing

housing

Loosen the joint clamping screw from the bearing

housing. Turn the tensioning screw from the wishbone

lever tool clockwise and separate the joint from bearing

housing. The wishbone can remain in this position

during repair.

APPLICATION EXAMPLE 2

Separate the wheel bearing housing from spring

strut.

Loosen the spring strut clamping screw (wheel bearing

housing). Turn the tensioning screw from the wishbone

lever tool clockwise and pull down the wishbone to

separate the wheel bearing housing from spring strut.

The wishbone can remain in this position during repair

work.

Outil levier de biellette de suspension

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

Ce levier de biellette de suspension permet d’appuyer et de maintenir confortablement et en toute

sécurité le bras de suspension lors du remplacement du roulement de roue, du démontage de

l’arbre de transmission, du remplacement de la jambe d’amortisseur, etc.

ATTENTION

Lisez et comprenez toutes les instructions et informations contenues dans ce manuel.

Ne pas tenir compte des instructions et des informations ci-dessous peut entraîner de graves

blessures et/ou des dommages matériels. Conservez ce manuel en lieu sûr et sec, afin de pouvoir

le consulter ultérieurement.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

•Travaillez toujours selon les instructions du fabricant. Les présentes instructions ne sont

qu’un exemple d’utilisation de l’outil et ne remplacent pas la littérature spécifique du véhicule.

•Maintenez à l’écart les enfants et toutes les autres personnes non autorisées de la zone de

travail.

•Ne permettez jamais que des enfants jouent avec l’outil ou avec son emballage.

•Assurez-vous que la zone de travail est suffisamment éclairée.

•Le poste de travail doit être propre, bien rangé, sec et exempt d’autres matériaux.

•Ne laissez pas de personnes non formées travailler avec ce jeu d’outils.

•Portez toujours des lunettes de protection et des gants quand vous travaillez avec l’outil.

•Vérifiez l’outil avant son utilisation et ne l’utilisez pas s’il est endommagé.

•Veillez à ce que les chaînes soient bien fixées à des endroits appropriés.

•Ne surchargez pas l’outil de biellette de suspension ; la force de traction maximale est de

500 kg.

INSTALLATION

Installez l’outil comme indiqué illustré.

1. Accrochez le crochet en face de la chaîne à un endroit approprié.

2. Desserrez la vis de serrage (1) du dispositif de serrage.

3. Fixez les chaînes (2) sur la biellette à un endroit approprié.

4. Pré-tendez la chaîne (2) à l’aide de la vis de serrage (1).

INSTALLATION

Lorsque l’outil est desserré, la position du dispositif de

serrage sera comme indiqué à droite dans l’illustration.

En tournant la vis de serrage dans le sens des aiguilles

d’une montre, la chaîne est tendue et la biellette est

tirée vers le bas.

EXEMPLED’APPLICATION 1

Séparez les boulons de la rotule du palier pivotant.

Démontez la vis de serrage du

boulon de la rotule (palier pivotant).

Tournez la vis de serrage de l’outil levier de biellette de

suspension dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre et

tirez vers le bas la biellette. La biellette de suspension

peut rester dans cette position pendant les travaux de

réparation.

EXEMPLED’APPLICATION 2

Séparez le logement du roulement de roue de la jambe

de suspension.

Démontez la ou les vis de serrage

de la jambe de suspension (palier pivotant).

Tournez la vis de serrage de l’outil levier de biellette de

suspension dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre et

tirez vers le bas la biellette. La biellette de suspension

peut rester dans cette position pendant les travaux de

réparation.

Herramienta de palanca para brazo transversal

USO PREVISTO

Esta herramienta de palanca para brazo transversal sirve para empujar hacia abajo y fijar el brazo

transversal de forma cómoda y segura al cambiar el cojinete de la rueda, desmontar el eje de

transmisión, sustituir el amortiguador, etc.

ATENCIÓN

Lea y entienda todas las instrucciones e información de este manual.

El incumplimiento de las instrucciones y de la información que aparece a continuación puede

ocasionar lesiones o daños materiales graves. Guarde el manual de instrucciones en un lugar

seguro y seco para poder consultarlo en el futuro.

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

•Trabaje siempre conforme a las especificaciones del fabricante. Estas instrucciones sirven

únicamente para ilustrar la herramienta pero no sustituyen en ningún caso a la

documentación de servicio específica del vehículo.

•Mantenga a los niños y personas no autorizadas lejos del área de trabajo.

•No permita que los niños jueguen con la herramienta o su embalaje.

•Asegúrese de que el área de trabajo está suficientemente iluminada.

•Mantenga el área de trabajo limpia, ordenada, seca y libre de materiales que no vaya a

utilizar.

•No permita que personas no capacitadas trabajen con este juego de herramientas.

•Siempre use gafas y guantes de seguridad cuando trabaje con la herramienta.

•Verifique la herramienta antes de usarla y no la use si está dañada.

•Asegúrese de que las cadenas estén bien sujetas en los puntos adecuados.

•No sobrecargue la herramienta de la palanca del brazo transversal, la fuerza de tracción

máxima es de 500Kg.

INSTALACIÓN

Monte la herramienta como se muestra en las ilustraciones.

1. Enganche el gancho opuesto a la cadena en un punto adecuado.

2. Aflojar el tornillo de apriete (1) del dispositivo de sujeción.

3. Sujete las cadenas (2) en el brazo transversal en un punto adecuado.

4. Pretensar la cadena (2) con el tornillo de apriete (1).

INSTALACIÓN

Cuando la herramienta está sin tensión, la posición del

dispositivo de sujeción es según se muestra en la

figura de la derecha.

Girando el tornillo de apriete en el sentido de las

agujas del reloj, se tensa la cadena y se empuja el

brazo transversal hacia abajo.

EJEMPLO DE APLICACIÓN 1

Separar la rótula de suspensión del cojinete

oscilante.

Soltar los tornillos de sujeción de la rótula de

suspensión

Desmontar (cojinete oscilante).

Gire el tornillo de apriete de la herramienta de la

palanca del brazo transversal en el sentido de las

agujas del reloj y tire el brazo transversal hacia abajo.

El brazo transversal puede permanecer en esta

posición durante los trabajos de reparación.

EJEMPLO DE APLICACIÓN 2

Separe el alojamiento del cojinete de la rueda del

amortiguador.

Tornillo(s) de apriete del amortiguador

Desmontar (cojinete oscilante).

Gire el tornillo de apriete de la herramienta de la

palanca del brazo transversal en el sentido de las

agujas del reloj y tire el brazo transversal hacia abajo.

El brazo transversal puede permanecer en esta

posición durante los trabajos de reparación.
