Problems you may encounter

1. Why does the Quickmix produce an unpleasant
smell, produce smoke or feel hot?
The appliance may have been used for too long. In this
case, please stop using the appliance immediately and
let it cool down for 60 minutes.
2. Why does the Quickmix suddenly stop working?
Some hard ingredients may block the blade unit. In
this case, release the trigger switch and unplug the
appliance and detach the motor unit. Remove the
ingredients that block the blade unit.
3. Is it possible to damage the Quickmix if process very
hard ingredients, such as bones, peaches and
nectarines?
Yes, the Quickmix may easily get damaged by
processing very hard ingredients, like fruit core. But
you can process ingredients like chocolate and cheese.
4. Do I need to cut the ingredient into small size
before I process them?
Always cut the ingredient into small pieces before
processing them. It can avoid damaging the appliance

CAUTION:
Installation, inspection, maintenance and repair work should be carried out by
qualified, suitably trained personnel. Before any work is carried out, the appliance
should be disconnected from the electricity supply. Check regularly state of: power cord,
moving parts, knobs, security screws. No parts can be repaired by the user. Use only
original parts and accessories.
Do not let children to operate the machine, and never leave a plugged Quickmix
unattended.
Before your first use of Quickmix, please read this user guide carefully for your own safety and to avoid
damaging the appliance. It provides important information regarding safe hand blender operation.
Please also keep it for your future reference:
1. The hand blender is for household usage only, outdoor usage is not recommended.
2. Keep the appliance and the supply cord out of the reach of children and animals. They should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. This appliance is not a toy and must
be kept away from children.
3. Before your first use of Quickmix, please remove all packing materials.
4. After unpacking the appliance, check that it is undamaged and that no parts are missing.
5. All contents of the package, such as plastic bags, Styrofoam, tape, etc., should be kept out of reach
of children, as it could be dangerous and cause suffocation.
6. Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer and those provided with the appliance,
otherwise they could constitute a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
7. Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage corresponds to the rating label of the
appliance. The label is placed on the appliance. If you have any doubts please ask qualified
electrician for help.
8. All installation, assembly, assistance and maintenance procedures must be performed by qualified
personnel in accordance with current regulations.
9. To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not put motor unit, cord, or plug in water or other
liquid.
10. Single and multiple adapters and/or extensions are not recommended. In case their use becomes
necessary, use simple or multiple adapters, in accordance with the relevant safety standards,
without exceeding neither the power handling capacity marked on the simple adapter and on the
extensions, nor the overload limit marked on the multiple-adapter.
11. Always unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling, cleaning.

12. When the hand blender is not in use. Please remove blade from unit and place back into the
storage box.
13. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or qualified electrician in
order to avoid a hazard.
14. Do not let cord hang over the edge of the table or worktop or touch hot surface.
15. Keep the motor unit and cord away from the heat, fire, dirt and moisture.
16. Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts which move in use.
Avoid contacting moving parts.
17. Do not blend hot liquids as to avoid splattering. Always cool liquids or food items.
18. Neither the measuring beaker, nor the chopping bowl is microwave proof.
19. Short-time operating. Use the appliance to operate the hard food for no longer than 15 seconds.
20. Make sure the cover is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
21. Keep hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from beaters during operation to
reduce the risk of injury to persons.
22. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
23. For the whisk, please operate it no longer than 7 minutes.
24. Store the Quickmix in indoors and out of the reach of children when it is not in use.

CAUTION
Switch off and unplug appliance when replacing or removing the blade, the four kinds of blade maybe
sharp, handle carefully!
Blade ①The vegetable soup chopper
Chop vegetable soup with coarse fiber.
Blade ②The whisk
Mix and stir shakes, drinks, ready-to serve soups and sauces, pancake dough, mayonnaise,
cream soups, sauces and cosmetic emulsions.
Blade ③The beater
Beater, aerate, whip egg white, cream, pudding, skimmed food, mousses and biscuit
dough, even skimmed milk can be processed to whipped cream, also the blending of soups
and sauces is no problem.
Blade ④The mincer:
Grind, chop and mashed raw and cooked vegetables, fruit, berries, jams, cooked meat,
frozen fruit to fruit ice cream and sherbet and even ice cubes.
⑤Convenient storage case and accessory base
This storage case and accessory base are designed to enjoy the
convenient and healthy food with your Quickmix.
Inside the storage case, you can find the motor body and blender
stick.
You can put the four kinds of removable blades and attachment
release tool together into the accessory base. Blending will be much
easier!

CAUTION
The blade is very sharp! Handle it carefully!
Step : According to your need, choose and put the blade (mincer / whisk / beater / vegetable soup
chopper) on the shaft of the blender stick.
Step : Push the blade on the shaft of the blender stick, and a “click” will be heard.
Step : The blade is well assembled on the hand blender. You may now use it to blend your food.

CAUTION
The blade is very sharp! Handle it carefully!
If you need remove the blade, please use the attachment release tool to pull the blade and follow the
steps:
Step: Insert the attachment release tool on the shaft of the blade, and a “click” can be heard.
Step: Press the attachment release tool.
Step:Hold the blade with one hand and catch hold of the attachment release tool with the other
hand.
Step: Then turn the attachment release tool to place “K”. The blade is very sharp! Please handle it
carefully! Pull out the attachment release tool.
D. To use your Quickmix –2. Remove the blades

The blades are stored in the accessory base and storage case. The blade is very sharp! Please open it
carefully!
Please follow the below steps to open the storage case and accessory base:
Step: Rotate the cover of the storage case anti-clockwise.
Step:Remove the cover carefully.
Step: Put the four kinds of removable blades and attachment release tool together into the accessory
base
