1. Using a multimeter ensure the unit is receiving
a clean power feed.
2. Using a multimeter ensure the unit is receiving
a clean ignition feed.

1. Restart the device making sure to power off
fully the test again.
2. If the unit is still experiencing issues contact
3Logix Support for further Diagnosis or to
organise a repair.

1. Using the buttons on the bottom left, ensure
the volume has not simply been turned down.
2. Test by sending a message to the unit as well
as completing bin exceptions of the unit. If no
sound is heard power the unit down fully then
test again.
3. If the unit is still experiencing issues contact
3Logix Support for further Diagnosis or to
organise a repair.

1. Ensure the backlight has not been turned
down via the buttons on the bottom left.
2. Restart the device powering it down fully and
retest.
3. If the unit is still experiencing issues contact
3Logix Support for further Diagnosis or to
organise a repair.

3. Ensure there is a sim card in the device and that it is activated. This can be checked by pulling a
working sim from a unit that is reporting and using it to test the non-responsive unit. It must also be
placed in the inner most (screen side) slot with the contacts facing towards the board.
1. Ensure the SMA connection is tight and has a
good signal.
2. Check to see there is no damage to the
antenna.
