condent that you, with your passion for barbecuing and the outdoor

life, are going to turn an average summer’s evening into a beautiful

buona sera and your garden into a giardino.

Please read this manual carefully and keep it stored for future

reference! This manual contains specic instructions for your safety,

and for the assembly, operation and maintenance of your barbecue.

Only use the barbecue as described in these instructions. Exercising

good judgement and being careful when operating is an

absolute must!

1. General safety instructions

Important safety information, pleas read this manual carfully

and keep it stored for future reference!

Important:

*Before the first use, carefully read all the information in

this manual.

*Never let children or pets near this barbecue.

*This barbecue may never be operated by children, people with

an intellectual disability, or people under the inuence of drugs

and/or medication.

*Always keep as much distance as possible when starting and

operating this barbecue.

*It is imperative to use the supplied gas pressure regulator. If

you replace the gas pressure regulator, the replacement must

comply with the EN 16129 standard. The gas pressure of the

gas pressure regulator must correspond to the gas pressure

stated on the model label.

*Ensure that the gas hose does not bend during assembly (of

the gas pressure regulator).

*Ensure that the gas tap of the gas cylinder is accessible, so that

you can shut off the gas supply to the barbecue.

*Change the gas cylinder in an area where there are no

ignition sources.

*The gas cylinder can be placed underneath the barbecue. This

does not apply to a table-top barbecue.

*Extinguish all ames and DO NOT SMOKE while opening the

gas tap and starting the barbecue.

*This barbecue becomes very hot, please exercise extreme care

and pay attention when using it.

*If you smell gas, make sure that all gas connections are

tightened before using the barbecue. If after that you still smell

gas, close the gas tap and contact the store where you bought

the barbecue immediately.

*Always keep ammable and/or combustible substances, gases,

liquids, and materials away from the barbecue and never let

them come in direct contact with the barbecue.

*Failure to follow and/or incorrectly following the instructions,

precautions, safety precautions and warnings contained in this

manual may result in re or explosion, material damage, and

may even result in serious physical injury or death.

*The barbecue is meant for household use and is only meant for

the preparation of food.

1.1 Assembly

*Assemble the barbecue as explained in the assembly drawings

featured in this manual.

*Incorrect assembly, or not following the correct sequence of

assembly as instructed in the assembly drawings, could lead to

very dangerous situations.

*Always be careful and thorough during assembly of the barbecue.

*All parts must be assembled as instructed in the assembly drawings.

*If a part is missing and/or you question the accuracy of the assembly,

please contact your point of sale immediately.

*Never repair or replace parts of this appliance yourself, unless this is

explicitly stated in this manual.

*Never connect a damaged gas hose to the barbecue. This may

lead to re.

*If the barbecue is equipped with a plug, this will be a grounded

mains plug, to protect you from electric shocks. The plug must be

plugged into a suitable, earthed socket. NEVER remove the metal

plates from the plug.

1.2 Place of use

*Only use the barbecue outdoors (outside) and in a well-ventilated area.

Never use the barbecue indoors or in any (partly) enclosed space. Toxic

fumes will accumulate, which may cause serious physical injury or may

result in death.

*Never use the barbecue on a ammable or combustible surface.

*Only use the barbecue on a hard, straight, and stable surface that can

carry its weight.

*Keep a minimum of 3 meters distance between the barbecue and all

ammable and/or combustible materials (wood, plastic, foliage, etc.)

when the barbecue is being used.

*Always keep the barbecue away from gasoline and/or other ammable

and/or combustible liquids, gases, fumes, or areas suspected of

possibly containing these.

*Never use the barbecue if there is a strong wind.

*Make sure that the main burner(s) and the infrared burner at the back

are NEVER switched on at the same time. This can lead to warping of

the barbecue lid.

*The barbecue becomes very hot, never attempt to move it during or

shortly after using it.

*Do not use the rotisserie in rain.

3. Assembly drawings

Step 1

Use 6 self-tapping screws to attach the left cover strip to the left side of

the barbecue and repeat this procedure to attach the right cover strip.

Step 2

Use 4 self-tapping screws to attach the strip to the back

of the barbecue.

Step 3

Unscrew the black cover and place the battery (AA) in the igniter with

the positive side (+) facing outwards. Screw the cover back onto the

battery compartment in the correct position.

Step 4

Slide the cover plates into the recesses with the triangular side pointing

upwards. Make sure you place the cover plate with the long side to the

infrared burner on the right side. Place the cooking grill and the grill

plate on the edges of the barbecue.

Step 5

Verify that the gas type is the same as indicated on the barbecue

model label. Connect the gas hose to the connection on the back

of the barbecue.
