1. Safety instructions
•This device is suitable for indoor use (not outdoors) only.

•Make sure to unplug the power supply before opening the housing
1.1.For safe and efficient operation
Be careful with heat and extreme temperature!
Avoid exposing it to direct rays of the sun or near a heating appliance.
Not put it in a temperature bellow 32°F /0°C, or exceeding 104°F /40°C.
Keep away from humidity, water and dust!
Do not place the set in a location with high humidity or lots of dust.
Containers with water should not be placed on the set.
To avoid placing on un-stable location!
Select a level and stable location to avoid vibration.
Do not use chemicals or volatile liquids for cleaning!
Use a clean dry cloth to wipe off the dust, or a wet soft cloth for stubborn dirt.
If out of work, contact sales agency immediately!
Any troubles arose, remove the power plug soon, and contact with an engineer for repairing, do not
open the cabinet by yourself, it might result a danger of electric shock.
Take care with the power cable
Never pull the power cable to remove the plug from the receptacle, be sure to hold the plug. When not
using the device for an extended period of time, be sure to disconnect the plug from the receptacle.

Damages caused by the disregard of this user manual are not subject to warranty. The dealer will not
accept liability for any resulting defects or problems. Make sure the electrical connection is carried out
by qualified personnel. All electrical and mechanical connections have to be carried out according to
the European safety standards.

2. Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of our Controller LED ADT MP3-20.
The LED ADT MP3-20, is a 20W amplifier which is controllable by DMX, it allows setting the DMX start
address and the forwarding of stereo signals directly to external loudspeakers.

6. Control panel view
1. MODE button
Select and confirm a mode.
2. VOLUME knob
With it you can adjust the volume.
3. AUX IN
Here you can connect an external audio source.
4. SD CARD slot
You can use a SD card for transmitting music folders.
5. PLAY button
This button is used to power on the device, start and stop an MP3.
6. VOLUME button
This button is used to enter into the volume adjustment interface.
7. NEXT button
This button is used to enter into the next item, forward, increase volume.
8. PRE button
This button is used to go back to the last item, backward, decrease volume.
9. LCD
The display shows the current working state.
10. INFRARED SENSOR port
Here you can connect the external infrared sensor.

11. STANDYBY button
This button is to power on/off the device.
12. INDICATOR
The indicators are representing for the corresponding working state.
13. DMX IN
Here you can connect the ADT-48 and receive the DMX signal with 3-pin terminal.
14. DC IN
Here you can connect the power source with 4-pin terminal.
15. AUDIO OUT
Here you can connect the speaker with 4-pin terminal.
16. USB port
Here you can connect a PC.
17. LINE OUT
Here you can connect an external audio system.
7. Notations in the manual
Touch is a keystroke where the effect appears directly.
Press is a keystroke where the effect first appears if you have released the button.
Hold down is a keystroke where you have to press the button for at least 2 seconds until the effect
appears.
8. Instruction
Before using the device make sure that the LED ADT MP3-20 is connected to a suitable power
source.
The indicator of the POWER button flashes and the device is operational if you have connected it to
an available power source.
If you have not connected a DMX signal the LED ADT MP3-20 can work independently, to play audio
files of the built-in MP3 player or amplify audio signals which are from AUX IN. Or you can use the
MP3 output as audio source for connection with an external audio system.
With DMX signals you can control the LED ADT MP3-20 with an external DMX controller, for example
the ADT-48 (for more information read out the corresponding manual). Its start address is 49.
If you control the LED ADT MP3-20 with an external DMX controller you can read out the DMC
functions of the following chart.

8.1.Main menu
Press MUTE + MODE at the same time to change the mode. You can reach the preset mode from the
MP3 mode.
Touch the NEXT or PREV button to move the cursor and choose a point of the submenu. Press the
MODE button to confirm.

8.1.1. DMX address
Choose the point of menu DMX Address. The LCD shows:
You can set the DMX address from 1-512; the start address is 49 (to connect with the ADT-48, the
DMX address has to be set on 49).
8.1.2. Input select
Choose the point of menu Input Select. The LCD shows:
If you have connected external audio sources to the device you can now select between AUX IN and
MP3.
8.1.3. Load default values
The point of menu Load Default resets all settings to the standard settings. The values of the standard
settings are:
DMX ADDRESS: 49
INPUT SELECT: MP3

8.1.4. MP3 Player
MP3 menu
The menu for the MP3 player is consisting out of main menu and the submenu. The submenu has the
points of menu Playback (the device is playing music) and Standby (the device stops playing music).
Hold down the MODE button to get to the main menu. Use NEXT or PREV, to make your selection,
after this touch the MODE button to get to the submenu.
•Local Folder: Shows you the local music folder.
•Card folder: Shows you the music folders of the SD card.
•Delete: Erases one file.
•Delete All: Erases all files.
•Exit: Return to the main menu.
BROWSE
•Search and choose a song.
You have to touch the PREV button to get back to previous song und choose this one.
You have to touch the NEXT button to step to next song and choose this one.
