INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD

Lea las siguientes instrucciones atentamente antes de usar

el producto. Guarde este manual para referencias futuras o

nuevos usuarios.

- Cuando se utilizan aparatos eléctricos, siempre se deben

tomar precauciones básicas para reducir el riesgo de

incendios, descargas eléctricas y lesiones.

- Asegúrese de que el voltaje de red corresponda con el

indicado en la etiqueta de características del producto (220-

240 V).

- La habitación en la que vaya a utilizar la freidora debe contar

con un detector de humo.

- Use la freidora únicamente para los usos descritos en

este manual de instrucciones. Cualquier otro uso no está

recomendado por el fabricante y podría tener efectos

perjudiciales en la vida útil del producto y/o la seguridad del

usuario.

- Desenchufe el aparato de la corriente antes de moverlo,

limpiarlo o cuando no vaya a utilizarlo.

- No lo utilice en el exterior.

- No sitúe el cable de alimentación bajo alfombras u objetos

similares.

- Inspeccione el cable de alimentación regularmente en

busca de daños visibles. Si el cable presenta daños, debe

ser reparado por el Servicio de Asistencia Técnica oficial de

Cecotec para evitar cualquier tipo de peligro.

- No retuerza, doble, estire o dañe el cable de alimentación.

Protéjalo de bordes afilados y fuentes de calor. No permita

que el cable toque superficies calientes. No deje que el cable

asome sobre el borde de la superficie de trabajo o

la encimera.

- No utilice alargadores, a no ser que se lo recomiende un

electricista cualificado.

- No utilice el producto si el cable, el enchufe o la estructura

presenta daños o si no funciona correctamente, ha sufrido

alguna caída o ha sido dañado.

- No use el producto en lugares potencialmente peligrosos,

como ambientes inflamables, explosivos, con presencia de

químicos o húmedos.

- Sitúe la freidora en una superficie plana y resistente al calor.

No sitúe el dispositivo cerca de fuentes de calor, lugares con

niveles altos de humedad o cerca de materiales inflamables.

- No hay piezas útiles en el interior de la freidora. No intente

desmontar el producto.

- Este dispositivo no está diseñado para funcionar a través de

temporizadores o sistemas de control remoto externos.

- No introduzca ni permita que sus dedos u otros objetos

entren en las aberturas de ventilación o escape, ya que

podrían causar descargas eléctricas o incendios.

- No encienda la freidora si no hay aceite en la cubeta.

- Se recomienda no mezclar diferentes tipos de aceite o

aceites con diferentes calidades.

- La freidora está equipada con un termostato de seguridad

que la apaga en caso de sobrecalentamiento. Esto podría

ocurrir si no hay suficiente aceite en la cubeta.

- No intente mover la freidora antes de que se haya enfriado

por completo. Podría tardar hasta 3 horas en enfriarse. Use

las asas a ambos lados de la freidora.

- No sumerja el cable, enchufe o cualquier otra parte no

desmontable de la freidora en agua o cualquier otro líquido.

No exponga las conexiones eléctrica a agua.

- Asegúrese de que tiene las manos completamente secas

antes de tocar el enchufe o encender el producto.

- Desconecte el aparato de la corriente antes de limpiarlo o

- No deje la freidora enchufada a la red eléctrica sin

supervisión.

- No se apoye en la freidora mientras esté en funcionamiento.

- No toque la superficie de la freidora mientras esté en

funcionamiento, ya que podría estar caliente.

- Para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del dispositivo, la

limpieza y el mantenimiento del producto ha de realizarse

de acuerdo con este manual de instrucciones. Apague y

desenchufe el producto antes de moverlo o limpiarlo. Deje

que se enfríe completamente antes de limpiarlo o guardarlo.

- Este producto no puede ser utilizado por niños ni personas

con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales reducidas,

o con falta de experiencia y conocimiento sin estar

supervisados o sin haber recibido instrucción concerniente

al uso del aparato de una forma segura y entienden los

riesgos que este implica.

- Elaparato no debe ser usado porniños desde 0 hasta 8 años.

Este electrodoméstico puede ser usado por niños a partir de

8 años si están continuamente supervisados.

- Mantenga el aparato fuera del alcance de los niños de edad

inferior a 8 años.

- La limpieza y el mantenimiento del aparato no debe llevarse

a cabo por niños.

- Supervise a los niños para asegurarse de que no jueguen

con el producto.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance.

Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.

- When using electrical appliances, basic precautions must

always befollowed to reduce the riskof fire, electrical shock,

and injury.

- Make sure the voltage of your mains supply matches the

voltage requirements specified in the rating label of the

appliance (220 – 240 V).

- The room where you intend to use the appliance must be

equipped with a working smoke detector.

- Use the deep fryer only for the purposes described in this

instruction manual. Any other use is not recommended by

the manufacturer and could have a detrimental effect on

the lifespan of the appliance and/or the safety of the user.

- Unplug the appliance from the mains supply before moving

it, carrying out any cleaning or maintenance task, or when

not in use.

- Do not operate outdoors.

- Do not laythe power cord under carpets orsimilar materials.

- Check the power cord regularly for visible damage. If the

cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the officialTechnical

Support Service of Cecotec in order to avoid any type of

danger.

- Do not twist, bend, strain, or damage the power cord in any

way. Protect it from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not

let it touch hot surfaces. Do not let the cord hang over the

edge of the working surface or countertop.

- Do not use extension cords, unless advised by a qualified

electrician.

- Do not use the appliance if its cord, plug, or housing

is damaged, nor after it malfunctions or has been

dropped or damaged in any way.

- The appliance must not be used in potentially dangerous

locations, such as flammable, explosive, chemical-laden, or

wet atmospheres, nor near flammable materials.

- Place the fryer on an even, heat-resistant surface. Do not

placethe device near heat sources, placeswith high humidity

levels, or combustible materials.

- There are no internal serviceable parts. Do not attempt to

disassemble the appliance.

- This appliance is not intended to be operated bymeans of an

external timer or separate remote-control system.

- Do not insert or allow fingers or foreign objects to enter

any ventilation or exhaust openings, as it could cause an

electrical shock or fire.

- Do not turn the fryer on if there is no oil in the tank.

- It is not advisable to mix different oil types or oils with

different qualities.

- The fryer has a safety thermostat that turns the fryer off in

case of overheating. This may happen if there is not enough

oil in the tank.

- Do not attempt to move the fryer until it has completely

cooled down. This can take up to 3 hours. Use the handles

at both sides.

- Do not immerse the cord, plug, or any non-removable part

of the fryer in water or any other liquid. Do not expose the

electrical connections to water.

- Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug or

switching on the appliance.

- Unplug the appliance from the mains supply before cleaning

or maintenance task, or when not in use. Allow it to cool

down completely before attaching or removing parts, and

before cleaning the appliance.

- Do not leave the fryer unattended while connected to the

mains supply.

- Do not lean over the fryer while in use.

- Be careful not to touch the surfaces of the fryer as they will

become hot when in use.

- Cleaning and maintenance must be carried out according to

this instruction manualto make sure the appliancefunctions

properly. Turn off and unplug the appliance before moving

and cleaning it. Allow it to completely cool down before

cleaning or storing it.

- This appliance is not intended to be used by children

or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental

capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless

they have been given supervision or instruction concerning

the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the

hazards involved.

- The appliance is not intended to be used by children under

the age of 8. It can be used by children over the age of 8, as

long as they are given continuous supervision.

- Keep this appliance and its power cord out of reach of

children under the age of 8.

- The cleaning and maintenance of the appliance should not

be carried out by children without supervision.

- Supervise young children to make sure that they do not play

with the appliance.

- Lors de l’utilisation d’appareils électriques, il faut toujours

- Assurez-vous que le voltage du réseau coïncide avec celui

V).

- La pièce dans laquelle vous allez utiliser la friteuse doit

posséder un détecteur de fumée.

- Utilisez la friteuse que pour les actions décrites dans ce

manuel. Toute autre utilisation n'est pas recommandée par

le fabricant et pourrait avoir des effets néfastes sur la durée

de vie du produit et/ou la sécurité de l'utilisateur.

- Débranchez l’appareil de la prise de courant avant de le

transporter, nettoyer ou si vous n’allez pas l’utiliser.

- Ne l’utilisez pas en extérieur.

- Ne placez pas le câble d’alimentation sous des tapis ou

d’objets similaires.

- Inspectez le câble d’alimentation régulièrement pour

rechercher des dommages visibles. S’il présente des

- Ne tordez pas, ne pliez pas, n’étirez pas et n’abîmez pas le
