Intended use
The clamp is intended solely for clamping parts on drilling machine tables and milling machine
tables. Any use other than previously stated is considered as improper use.
The clamp must never be subject to maximum ambient temperature of 110°C (230°F)
The required clamping force is applied vertically to the clamped face by a self-locking worm gear
system.
The tightening of the clamp must be with a maximum torque of 90 Nm to achieve the clamping
force up to 17000 N.
Do not use any extra extension or tool other than the Multipurpose Key provided to tightening the
Main Screw (B) because the use of any extra extension or tool other may cause higher tightening
torque which will damage the clamp.
Use suitable stops during drilling / milling operations to absorb the lateral forces created
The clamp must only be used on flat surfaces and should be tightened perfectly with the help of
T-Nuts provided with the clamps.
When used a riser clock (RiserBLOCK), it must be attached vertically on top of each other. The
riser blocks must never be attached like steps/stairs.
No claims of any kind will be accepted for damage resulting from use of the system for other than
its intended purpose. The risk must be borne solely by the user.
