６－１．外観チェック Appearance Check
圧着不良の判定基準
・芯線先端がワイヤバレルより先に出ていないもの。《図－12 参照》
・外被が芯線ワイヤバレル内に挿入されているもの。《図－13 参照》
・芯線がワイヤバレルからはみ出しているもの。《図－14 参照》
Screen out the following results:
・The tip of core cable must appear from the wire barrel.《See Fig 12》
・Jacket is bitten inside the wire barrel.《See Fig 13》
・Core cable sticks out from the wire barrel.《See Fig 14》
６－２．クリンプハイト測定 Measuring crimp height
１）クリンプハイトの測定位置《図－15 参照》
※測定は、ブレードポイントマイクロを使用して下さい。
1) Measuring point 《See Fig 15》
※For measurement, use a blade point micrometer.
２）クリンプハイト規格 Crimp height standard
７．メンテナンス Maintenance
・保証期間は、１年間です。
・故障の際、弊社にて修理を行ないますので、ハンドツールごと営業に渡して下さい。
・This tool guaranteed for one (1) year.
・Failures will be repaired by DDK. Give the hand tool to DDK’s salesperson along with the hand tool.
