MEMO2GO Handling Instructions Level 0
The following steps are recommended to achieve an effective and trouble-free installation and operation of your
DIAMOND[E]MOTION system:
Prepare a consignment (in the Carpenter Workshop)
- Take required items from inventory
- Connect items as shown above
- Program SPECIAL CHIP CARDS on all controllers of this
consignment. Refer to page 4 of this manual
- Program ACCESS CHIP CARDS and ACCESS KEY FOBS
on all controllers of this consignment. Refer to page 5
of this manual
- Change CONTROLLER SETTINGS on all controllers of this
consigment (if necessary). Refer to page 6 and 7 of this
manual - otherwise use factory settings

Install the Items
- Follow the INSTALLATION GUIDELINES carefully. If you
don’t have the guidelines for Antennas, Controllers, Locks
etc. please request them from MEMO
- Take care that the controllers are accessible for
maintenance
- Take care that the antennas have a good reading range
to the front side
A. Check that the lock can’t be manipulated from the outside.
B. Take care that the Locks are catching the door safe, re-lock
correct if door was not opened

Handover to Shop Managers
- Mark the MASTER CARDS of each Controller
with the FURNITURE NAME/NUMBER
- Hand over ALL MASTER CARDS of ALL Controllers to Shop Managers
- Hand over ALL SPECIAL CHIP CARDS and ACCESS CHIP CARDS / KEY
FOBS to Shop Managers
- Handover the MEMO2GO Handling Instructions to the
Shop Managers
- Make the Shop Managers aware that the MASTER
CARDS are required to PROGRAM NEW and ERASE
LOST CHIP CARDS / KEY FOBS
! IMPORTANT !
LOSING a MASTER CARD leads to INCAPABILITY of programming new CARDS and KEY FOBS
once the ERASE CARD is used!
