are not covered by the manufacturer‘s warranty and are
therefore your own responsibility.
1. The appliance should be cleaned and checked regu-
larly, depending on the frequency of use.
2. In dusty environments, especially the air vents on the
motor cover should be cleaned regularly to prevent
the motor from overheating.
3. Make sure that all parts on the unit are in good
condition and correctly attached. Always repair any
damage immediately. Replace worn and damaged
parts. Always remove dust, grease, oil or dirt deposits.
Always keep all bolts tight.
4. The tyre pressure should be approx. 1.0 bar.
5. Adjust the height of the suction nozzle to suit the
surface, e.g. tar, grass or leaves.
6. Clean and dry your ERCO leaf and waste vacuum
cleaner after each use.
7. Empty the collection bag frequently and regularly so
that the leaf vacuum can always work optimally.

9. Frequent maintenance is required under dusty op-
erating conditions. In particular, make sure that the
ventilation openings to the engine housing are free.
10. If damp leaves and soil are sucked in with the leaf vac-
uum, the turbine housing must also be checked daily
for dirt or even blockages. A strong deterioration of the
suction power indicates this fault (see Maintenance).
