1Please take it out of the box and pull all the packaging off and put
the seatpost in to the frame.
2With the bike sitting on the floor please make sure the fork is
sitting the right way round. There are 2 examples here the first
one (on the left) is the wrong way the second is the right way. The
stem that is attached to the top of the forks should also be facing
forward away from the bike. The brake unit will be in front of the
fork indicating that the fork is the right way round.

Begin by identifying the right and left pedals. Look for
“L” and “R” marking on axle, in the axle, or wrench flats.
If there is none the ped-als will, the majority of the time,
look like these when on the left and right sides, as in the
pictures seen here.
We have put grease on the crank and pedal threads in our
assembly process.
Attach the front wheel to the bike. The easiest way it to flip
the bike upside down and have the bike sit on the seat and
handlebars. Now place the front wheel in the bike and tighten
the quick release.

Pedals need to be inserted correctly and tightened
so there is no movement. Please refer to the back page
for instructions on how to do this. If the pedal(s) comes
loose it will strip the thread on the crank arm - THIS IS
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY.
Please ensure you tighten the pedals regularly to avoid
any damage.

Using fingers on wrench flats, thread right side pedal into
right crank.
Sidedness is determined how you stand over the bike. Turn
right to tighten and left to loosen for this side. Use the 15mm
spanner and make sure the pedal is tight.
The left side is opposite. Using fingers on wrench flats, thread
left side pedal into left crank. Sidedness is determined how you
stand over the bike. Turn left to tighten and right to loosen for
this side.Use the 15mm spanner and make sure the pedal
