The LA SCAPPI Electric Indoor/Outdoor Grill is for household use only. Any other use is improper 3.

Connect to a properly grounded outlet only. Do not allow cord to hang over an edge of a table or 4.
counter, or to touch hot surfaces. To disconnect, turn the control dial to 0 (OFF), then remove the
plug from the outlet.
For outdoor use, if needed, use an extension cord that has the sufx letter “W” marked on 5.

The marked electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical
rating of the appliance.
Keep the extension cord dry and off the ground. The cord should be arranged so that it 6.

over unintentionally.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the grill malfunctions or is 7.

Do not place grill on or near a hot gas or electric burner or oven.9.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug, or grill body in water or other liquid.10.

Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles and knob.12.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.13.
Turn the temperature control to OFF and unplug the grill when not in use and before cleaning. 14.
