Getting Started
Before First Use

Batter
When making cake batter with the

Dough
It is sometimes helpful to start
blending your dough with the beater

1 Slow stir ingredients.
2-4 Stir wet batters, combine mixtures, blend frosting, or mash
potatoes.
5-6 Cream butter or blend heavier batters with nuts or chips.
Dough Hook
2 Mix and knead doughs.
Whisk

It is recommended to slowly increase to higher speeds and
then maintain at high speeds for whipping cream or egg whites,
until desired result.

• Whisk: before whisking egg whites or cream, make sure that the bowl and
the whisk are dry and free from grease.
• Kneading: use the dough hook to knead yeast dough for bread and pizzas.

temperature condition.
• If you want to re-knead the dough with your stand mixer, press the dough
down to the bottom of the bowl to avoid the dough wrapping on the tool.
Make sure that you re-knead the dough within the recommended speed.

Using your Stand Mixer
7Slide the bowl lid onto the
bowl. (Bowl lid is optional) 8Plug the mixer into an
outlet. 9Select desired speed by
rotating the control knob.
5Insert your desired attachment onto the
output shaft. Press up until the attachment

attachment hooks over the pin on the shaft.

on attachment use.
6Release the lock lever by sliding to the right
and pushing the head of the mixer down
into the bowl until it clicks into place.
