1. 請務必於操作前，詳細閱讀說明書內容，並妥善

保存以便日後查閱。

2. 請務必遵照說明書上的注意事項及指示來使用。

3. 請用乾淨的濕布溫和擦拭機器。不要使用磨料和

石油化工類的清潔劑清洗。

1. Read this user manual carefully before use, and

retain for future reference.

2. Please adhere to all warnings and instructions as

illustrated in this user manual.

3. Clean your Auto-Vacuum storage system with a

damp cloth and a mild soapy water solution. DO

NOT use abrasives or petroleum-based detergent.

4. DO NOT immerse the Auto-Vacuum Machine or

Smart Knob in water.

5. DO NOT clean the Auto-Vacuum storage system in a

dishwasher. The VAD-09 and VAD-12 trays, however,

are dishwasher safe.

6. Keep the Auto-Vacuum storage system away from

any direct heat sources, especially open ames.

7. DO NOT attempt to x, repair or service the Auto-Vacuum

Machine yourself as it may pose a safety hazard.

8. Make sure Vent Cap hole or Spring Vent Cap hole

remains unblocked during use.

9. This product is not a toy. It contains small parts,

and constitutes a choking hazard. Children under 3

years of age should be supervised so that they do

not play with the product.

10. DO NOT place hot and/or steaming contents in the

Auto-Vacuum storage system.

11. This product is designed for household use. It is

not suitable for storing commercial, industrial,

dangerous and/or hazardous materials.

1.請先轉開通氣蓋，使電動真空主

機與通氣蓋分離。

2.再轉開電動真空主機上的電池蓋。

3.裝入兩個AA(C size)電池。

4.裝回電池蓋，並旋轉同電動真空

主機鎖緊。

1. Unscrew the vent cap.

2. Remove Auto-Vacuum Machine.

3. Unscrew the battery cover from

Auto-Vacuum Machine.

4. Insert C size or AA size batteries with

the included battery holder.

5. Reverse the above process to reas-

semble the Auto-Vacuum Machine.

•使用電動真空儲物系列產品

前，請旋轉取出一次性帽

蓋。此帽蓋僅為包裝材料，

非產品部件。

•本產品不附送電池。請安裝

新電池。

•請務必將電池蓋鎖緊，避免任

CAUTION

• Please remove the disposable

cap before using the Auto-Vacuum

storage system. This cap is for

packaging only and is not a part

of the functional product.

• Batteries not included. Always

install NEW batteries.

• Ensure battery cover is fastened

tightly to prevent moisture from

entering the Auto-Vacuum Machine.

• It is advised that the batteries

are replaced every 4-6 months to

ensure continual vacuum storage.

top of the dome, securing with vent

cap or spring vent cap.

3. Cover the tray with the dome,

ensuring the rim is clean and free of

any debris.

CAUTION

• Do not place the Auto-Vacuum

Dome in a refrigerator with

the Auto-Vacuum Machine still

attached. To refrigerate, use

Smart Knob (see p8).

• The vent cap must be securely

fastened to the sealed container.

• Always keep the edges of the

containers clean and free of

any debris that could hinder

the suction process.

4.按下電動真空主機上的開關鈕，

抽氣系統將會啟動直至達到最佳

真空氣壓。開關鈕務必按到底。

5.抽氣過程中按壓透明蓋至少10秒以

確保透明蓋與盤子緊密接合。

6.欲打開儲物盤，只需按下開關鈕兩

側，並緊握把手。完全向上拉起電

動真空主機至最高點，確保洩氣通

4. Completely depress the ON/OFF button.

The suction process will begin and continue

until optimum pressure is achieved.

5. Press down the dome rmly for at

least 10 seconds during vacuuming to

ensure secure contact with the tray.

6. To open, grip the ON/OFF Button

handles rmly on both sides.

Completely pull up the Auto-Vacuum

Machine to its maximum height and

ensure a clear air exit to release

pressure within 10 seconds.

•電動真空儲物系列產品不可取

代雪櫃。所有易腐壞需要冷藏

冷凍的食物仍需存放於雪櫃進

行保鮮。

• The Auto-Vacuum Storage Series is

NOT a substitute for refrigerating,

freezing, or canning. All perishable

foods that require refrigeration

MUST STILL BE REFRIGERATED.

• The Auto-Vacuum Storage Series

cannot reverse the deterioration

process of food. It only slows

down the process by maintaining

the food quality for longer.

智能塞使用指南 Smart Knob Operating Guidelines

只有智能塞可連同真空儲物盤一起

儲藏於冰箱內。

1.旋緊並固定智能塞與彈力通氣蓋。

2.將透明蓋蓋好要儲存的食品。若

To refrigerate the Auto-Vacuum Dome,

the Smart Knob must be used.

1. Screw the Smart Knob on top of

the dome and secure with Spring

Vent Cap.

2. Cover the tray with the dome,

ensuring the rim is free from debris.

3. Align the Auto-Vacuum Machine

rmly on top of the Smart Knob

and press down the ON/OFF button

to begin the suction process. To

refrigerate, unlpug the Auto-Vacuum

Machine quickly and vertically from

the Smart Knob.

4. To open, push on the side of the

Smart Knob to release air back into

the tray, allowing it to be reopened.

注意

使用智能塞時請配合彈力通氣

蓋使用，否則將無法通過上述

方法使空氣進入盤內釋放壓

力，從而打開儲物盤。

CAUTION

Do not use the Smart Knob without

securing it using the Spring Vent

Cap. Without the Spring Vent Cap,

it will be impossible to reopen the

dome again.

Wash the dome by hand, using a clean damp cloth.

DO NOT submerge the Auto-Vacuum Machine or

Smart Knob in water.

無盤儲物

電動真空儲物盤系列的透明蓋可以無需盤子，直接吸

附於桌面上。只要桌面平整光滑，或是鏡面材質，可

吸附矽膠密封圈即可直接吸住桌面進行保鮮儲物。

內置真空感應裝置

電動真空主機內置真空感應裝置以確保儲物時容器

內部始終保持真空狀態。當真空度下降時，本產品

會自動抽氣維持真空狀態。

儲存水果與蔬菜

由於蔬果本身會散發水分，因此建議使用者每天打

開蓋子約10分鐘讓水氣散發。這將減少容器內部水

分，保持容器乾燥。

儲存麵包、餅乾、穀物等乾燥或低水分食物

可直接真空儲存，不需要每天打開容器。

製作腌製食品

電動真空儲物系列極適合製作腌製食品。在真空的

環境下，食物中的細胞和毛細孔會打開，加速醬汁

吸收，縮短腌製時間。使用本機製作腌製食品，只

需30分鐘即可快速全面滲透醬汁，吸收濃郁美味，

適合烹製燒烤烘焙食物。

Table Use

The VAD-series domes can work directly on a table

without the tray, as long as the table is at, smooth,

or has a mirrored-surface that allows the silicone

seal to attach properly.

Built-In Vacuum Sensor

The sensor monitors the level of vacuum. When the

vacuum level drops, suction will resume to restore

the optimum vacuum level.

Fruits and Vegetables

As fruits and vegetables release moisture, we

suggest you keep the dome open for ten minutes

a day to allow excess moisture to escape. This will

help prevent mist retention inside the storage.

Bread, Biscuits, Cereals or other Dry Foods

You can store these directly. You do not have to open

the lid daily.

Marinated Foods

The Auto-Vacuum Storage Series is perfect for

marinating foods. The vacuum process helps make

food more porous, making marinating simple and

quick. In just 30 minutes, your food will be completely

marinated. The marinade mixture is infused quicker

and penetrates deeper into the food thus giving a more

intense avor, ideal for grilling, roasting, or baking.
