Dear costumer
Thank you for having chosen a HÆGER product.
The HÆGER products have been produced to think about the welfare of the
consumer privileging the most raised standards of quality, functionality and
assign. We are sure you will be happy with this appliance.
We assume that the user is familiar with the common procedures of handling
household appliances.
Before using the appliance for the first time please read carefully and
thoroughly through these operating instructions and the safety advice,
completely familiarising yourself with the appliance. Retain these instructions for
future reference and pass them on to whoever might acquire the appliance at
a future date.
Intended use
This appliance is designed to increase air circulation and renewal in living
spaces and exclusively for private use. The appliance is not fit for commercial
use. Do not use it outdoors. Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight,
humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges.
General Safety Instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into
operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if
possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this device to other
people, please also pass on the operating instructions.
•Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet,
unplug it immediately.
•When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull
out the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead) if the
appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.
•Do not operate the appliance without supervision. If you leave the room
you should always turn the device off. Remove the plug from the socket.
•Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do
not use the appliance if it is damaged.
•Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an
authorized technician. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have a
faulty cable be replaced only by the manufacturer, by our customer
service or by a qualified person and with a cable of the same type.

Children and Frail Individuals
•To ensure your children ‘s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic
bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
•Caution! Do not allow small children to play with the foil as there is
a danger of suffocation!
•The appliance may be used by children 8 years or older and by
persons with reduced physical or mental capabilities, if they are
under supervision or if they have been instructed in the use of the
appliance in a safe manner and understand the potential risks.
•Children must not carry out cleaning and maintenance of the
appliance, unless they are 8 years or older and under supervision.
•Children younger than 8 years must be kept away from the
appliance and its power supply.
•Children should be supervised always to ensure that they do not
play with the device.
Special safety instructions
•Never stick fingers or other objects through the protection grid!
•Watch out for long hair! It can be caught in the fan owing to the air
turbulence!
•Use the appliance only with the protection grids on!
•The appliance must be assembled completely before use!
•Select a stable base to avoid the tipping of the fan during use!
•Do not place the device immediately next to stoves or other
sources of heat.

Putting into Service
Position
The ideal position is a non-slip, flat surface.
Do not place the device immediately next to stoves or other sources of heat.
Electrical Connection
1. Connect the device to a duly installed 220-240V~50Hz protective contact
socket.
2. Before inserting the plug into the socket. Make sure that the mains voltage
to be used matches that of the device. You can find this information on the
nameplate.
How to operate
1. Make sure that the fan is on a firm, level surface.
2. Install feet before operating the fan. Insert the front part of
the feet first and then push back until it snaps into place.
3. Making sure the speed control is at OFF position.
4. Plug the power cord into the socket.
5. Turn the speed control and set to the correct position
depending on the air flow desired:
0 –OFF, 1 –Low, 2 –Medium, 3 –High
6. To tilt the head of fan simply move the fan body up or down gently until the
fan is positioned in the desired position.
7. Set the speed control to position 0 to switch off the fan.
Cleaning
1. Be sure your fan is in the OFF position.
2. Unplug the fan before cleaning.
3. To clean inlet and outlet ribs, use a common household vacuum.
4. Do not use water to clean these parts of the Fan.
5. Do not disassemble for cleaning.
6. Do not immerse the fan in water and never allow water to enter
the Motor Housing.
7. Do not use gasoline, paint thinner or other chemicals to clean the
fan.

Storage instructions
1. The product must be packaged in its original box for storage.
2. Place the fan in a storage room with low humidity.
NOTE: If you experience a problem, please return the fan to the place of the
original purchase or see your warranty. Do not attempt to open the motor
housing yourself; doing so may void your warranty and cause damage to the
fan or personal injury.
Conformity
This device has been tested according to all relevant current CE
guidelines, such as electromagnetic compatibility Directive
2014/30/EU, and Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, and has been
constructed in accordance with the latest safety regulations.
Environment
Please consider our environment
Do not dispose of the appliance in your normal domestic waste. This
product is subject to the European guideline 2012/19/UE.
Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal centre or at your
community waste facility. Observe the currently applicable regulations. In case
of doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.
Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
When you wish to dispose of the appliance, remove the cable and dispose it in
an environmentally friendly way (e.g. recycling plant).

Guarantee
This unit is covered by a 24 months (*) warranty, from the purchase date, and
covers the repair free of charges of the damaged due to the manufacturer
fault or defected components. The distributor reserves the right to change the
unit for an equivalent model.
The warranty does not cover any damaged caused by incorrect use, lightning,
incorrect installation, external factors or any intentional damaged. The warranty
does not cover damage thus attributable to falls, blows, spill, exposure to
extreme environmental conditions or deterioration caused by normal use of
plastic parts or keyboards, as well as using batteries other than those specified in
this manual.
For the repairing, during the warranty period, the unit shall be sent to the
distributor or reseller, or to the address indicated by them, and must be jointed
the warranty certificated and the respective original invoice or selling ticket,
where the buying date is expressed indicated.
The consumer is protected by the guarantee provided by Directive 1999/44/CE
of European Parliament and Council of 25 May.

Utilização correta
Este aparelho foi projetado para aumentar a circulação e renovação do ar
em espaços habitados e exclusivamente para fins privados. O aparelho não se
destina a fins comerciais. Não o utilize ao ar livre. Mantenha-o protegido do
calor, de irradiação solar direta, da humidade (não imergir de forma alguma
em quaisquer líquidos) e de arestas aguçadas.
Instruções gerais de segurança

•Não utilize o aparelho com as mãos molhadas. No caso de o aparelho
ficar húmido ou molhado, retire imediatamente a ficha da tomada.
•Sempre que não utilizar o aparelho, ou desejar montar acessórios, ou
queira limpa-lo, ou ainda em caso de avarias, deverá desligá-lo e retirar a
ficha da tomada (puxe pela ficha e não pelo fio).
•O aparelho não devera funcionar sem vigilância. Se se ausentar do
quarto, desligue sempre o aparelho. Retire a ficha da tomada de rede.
•Verifique regularmente se o aparelho ou o fio tem alguns danos. Nunca
ponha a funcionar um aparelho com quaisquer danos.
•Não tente reparar o aparelho, dirija-se a um técnico da especialidade,
devidamente autorizado. Para evitar quaisquer perigos, e favor substituir
um fio danificado por um fio da mesma qualidade. Tal devera ser
efetuado pelo fabricante, pelos nossos serviços de assistência ou por
outra pessoa com as mesmas qualificações.

Crianças e pessoas débeis
•Para a segurança dos seus filhos, não deixe partes da embalagem
(sacos plásticos, papelão, esferovite, etc.) ao alcance dos
mesmos.
•Cuidado! Não deixe crianças pequenas brincarem com folhas de
plástico. Perigo de asfixia!
•O aparelho pode ser usado por crianças de 8 ou mais anos de
idade e pessoas com reduzida capacidade física ou mental, se
estiverem sob supervisão ou se foram instruídos sobre o uso do
aparelho de forma segura e entenderem os riscos potenciais.
•As crianças não devem realizar trabalhos de limpeza e
manutenção, a menos que tenham 8 ou mais anos e estejam sob
supervisão.
•Crianças menores de 8 anos devem ser mantidas longe do

Colocação em serviço
Local do local
O local ideal é uma superfície antiderrapante e plana.
Nunca coloque o aparelho diretamente ao lado de aquecimentos ou de
outras fontes de calor. Existe sempre o perigo de incêndio!
Ligação elétrica
1. Ligue o aparelho a uma tomada com proteção de contactos de 220-
240V~50Hz, instalada corretamente.
2. Antes de colocar a ficha na tomada, verifique se a tensão da corrente
corresponde a do aparelho. Os dados necessários encontram-se na
placa de características.
Como operar
1. Certifique-se de que o ventilador esteja em uma superfície
firme e nivelada.
2. Instale os pés antes de operar o ventilador. Insira a parte
frontal dos pés primeiro e depois empurre para trás até
encaixar no lugar.
3. Certifique-se de que o botão de velocidade está na
posição OFF.
4. Ligue o cabo de alimentação à tomada.
5. Gire o botão de velocidade e ajuste para a posição correta dependendo
do fluxo de ar desejado:
0 - OFF, 1 - Baixo, 2 - Médio, 3 - Alto
6. Para inclinar a cabeça do ventilador, simplesmente mova o corpo do
ventilador para cima ou para baixo suavemente até o ventilador ser
posicionado na posição desejada.
7. Rode o botão de velocidade para a posição 0 para desligar o ventilador.
Limpeza
1. Certifique-se de que o seu ventilador está na posição OFF.
2. Desconecte o ventilador antes de limpar.
3. Para limpar as grelhas de entrada e saída, use um vácuo
doméstico comum.
4. Não use água para limpar essas partes do ventilador.
