MONTAJ TALİMATLARI
Ürünün zemine montajı;
1. Plastik muhafazanın yere montajıiçin;
1.1 Güç kablosu plastik muhafazanın içinden geçirilir.
1.2 Plastik muhafaza zeminde açılan yuvaya yerleştirilir, parçanın zemine temas ettiğinden emin
olunur ve çevresi zemine uygun dolgu maddesi ile doldurulur.
2. Ürün için açılmış yuvadan gelen güç kablosu ve ürün IP’li soket ile birbirlerine bağlanır ve
ürün yuvaya yerleştirilir.
Not: IP67 soket kullanılmasıönerilir. Soket ürünle birlikte gönderilmemektedir.
3. Ürün zemine montajlanır.
Ürünün sürücü bakımınıyapmak için;
4. Ürünü zeminden çıkarmak için;
4.1. Ürünün dış haznesi yerde kalacak şekilde ürün çıkarılır. Ürün ile güç kablosunun
bağlantısınısağlayan IP’li soket sökülür.
5. Ürünün alt kapağındaki rakor gevşetilir.
Not: LED sürücü Değişim işlemi bittikten sonra rakorun montajınıanahtar yardımıile yapınız
(3 Nm).
6. Ürünün alt kapağının sökülmesi için;
6.1. Alt kapak anahtar yardımıile sökülür.
6.2. Gövde ile hazne birbirinden ayrılır.
Not: LED sürücü değişim işlemi bittikten sonra alt kapağı ana gövdeye montajlayınız. (20Nm)
7. Sürücüden, baskılıdevre kartına giden kabloların, sürücüüstündeki civatalarıgevşetilir ve
kablo yerinden çıkarılır.
Not: LED sürücü değişim işlemi bittikten sonra kablonun montajıiçin civatalarısıkınız. (0.25
Nm)
8. LED sürücü sacını gövdeye bağlayan civatalar sökülür (2 adet, M3 yıldız başlıcivata).
Not: LED sürücü değişimi tamamlandıktan sonra sacın civatalarıgövdeye sıkılır (0.9 Nm).
9. Güç kablosu ile LED sürücü bağlantısınısağlayan civatalar gevşetilir ve kablo yerinden
çıkarılır.
10. LED sürüyücü saca montajlayan civatalar sökülür (2 adet, M3 yıldız başlıcivata).
Not: Sürücü bakım işlemi sonrasıcivatalar yerine 0.9 Nm tork ile sıkılır.

The assembly of the product onto the ground;
1. Mounting the plastic part;
1.1 Power cable is passed through the plastic part.
1.2 The plastic part is placed into the housing where in a hole.Make sure that part fully contacts with
the ground.Then its surroundings are filled with the filling material suitable for the ground
2. The cable coming from the ground and the product is connected by using a connector. Then
product is seated to the hole.
Note: The connector is not provided by the product. Please acquire an IP67 connector.
3. The installation of the product to the ground is completed.
The maintenance of the LED Driver;
4. To take the product out;
4.1. The product is removed while the outer plastic part of the product remains on the ground.The
connector is detached.
5.
The gland is loosened.
Note: After the LED Driver replacement is done, assembly of gland must be done using a
wrench (3 Nm)
6. Removing the bottom cover of the product;
6.1. Bottom cover is detached by a wrench.
6.2. The body and the chamber are separated from each other.
Note: After the LED driver replacement process is done, mount it to the
bottom cap.(20 Nm)
7. The cables from the driver to the PCB are loosened on the driver and the cable is removed.
Note: Tighten the bolts for mounting the cable after the LED driver replacement is finished.
(0.25Nm)
8. The bolts that connect the LED driver's sheet to the body are removed
(2XM3 Cross Slotted Bolts)

Note:After the LED Driver replacement is done, the bolts are screwed.(0.9 Nm).
9. The bolts that connect the power cable and the LED driver are loosened and the cable is
removed.
10. The bolts that connects the LED Driver to sheet are detached. (2xM3 Cross Slotted Bolts). Note:
After the LED Driver maintenance process is done, the bolts are tightened with 0.9 Nm
