Step 1 步骤 1：

Ensure the package has no

visible damage.

Check the ‘Tilt label’ and don’t

sign for delivery if there

appears to be any problems.

Carefully cut the outer plastic

wrap and remove the foam

Step 4 步骤 4：

Under the cardboard top

packing you will find the

power cable.

在纸板顶部包装下，您可以

Step 5 步骤 5：

Cut the large cable ties holding the box with legs to the pallet

and unpack the four legs. They are all the same but will become

front and back legs when you screw the four feet into them.

Note the legs with the shorter feet will be bolted to the front of

the machine.

将装有 4 根机器支撑脚的扎带剪断、打开盒子取出机脚 (共有 4 根，

盒上附有４个机脚脚杯，二长二短)。机器支撑脚 4 根都是一样尺寸，

将脚杯从机脚底部拧入后会变成二根短机脚（前脚）及二跟长机脚

（后脚）。短的二根机脚是安装在弹珠机前方，长的机脚在后方。

※请先将机脚及脚杯准备好放置一旁备用，先不安装在机身上※

Step 6 步骤 6：

Locate the keys to both the front door and the coin box. They

are cable tied to the plunger on the front right side of the

machine. There are duplicates of these keys included. Open the

front door, reach in and unlock the padlock securing the coin

box and remove the coin box from the machine.

投币门的钥匙以及投币钱盒的钥匙用透明胶袋装在一起并用扎带

绑在发球杆上。取出投币门钥匙打开投币门及钱盒后，您会看到

本机的备用配件及相关的组装螺丝。

In the coin box you will find spare trees, spare plastics and spare apron cards. There is also a box

of pinballs, 8 leg bolts and two backbox wing bolts with washers. There might also be a bag of

Thunderbirds tokens (limited supply, may run out).

在这款＂雷鸟特攻队弹珠机＂的投币钱盒里装有备用的配件，包含（如上图）：

塑料椰子树、围板说明卡、更换塑胶片、一盒弹珠球、8 个机脚螺丝和 2 个带垫圈的上背箱带耳螺丝、

一袋雷鸟特攻队代币（此代币限量供应，送完为止）。

NOTE：The power cable may not be in the money box. It may be packed in its own box.

温馨提醒：专用的电源线有可能放在投币钱盒内，或用专用盒子独立包装另行打包放在弹珠机上。

Step 7 步骤 7：

Using four of the leg bolts and an 18mm spanner attach the legs with the short feet to the front

of the machine. Snug the bolts up but don’t over tighten them.

Now tip the machine onto the front legs. Raise the back and sit it on a stool or similar so that the

back legs can be bolted on.

先安装２根前支脚（短脚杯），每根支脚搭配２个专用螺丝，使用扳手尺寸 18mm 将前支脚（短）连

接到弹珠机前部。拧紧螺丝但不要过度拧紧。

二根前支脚安装好后，将弹珠机往前倾二根前支脚平放在地面后，抬起弹珠机下半部离开托盘放在凳

子上或可承重的枱面上，安装２根后支脚（长脚杯），安装过程同前支脚。

安装完后移开凳子或承重枱面，弹珠机可以完全立放在地面上。

Step 8 步骤 8：

Carefully cut and remove the

plastic wrap holding the

backbox.

小心的将围膜移除，注意不要割

到机身（如左图）

Step 9 步骤 9：

Slowly fold the backbox up to its vertical position. Take note of the three tubes that carry the

wires. The two thicker ones (indicated by red arrows) are attached to the headbox and will push

into the bottom cabinet as you fold the headbox up while the thin one (in yellow) is attached to

the main body of the machine (bottom) and so you can help it into the headbox.

Make sure these tubes do not get jammed between the headbox and the main body of the

machine. The headbox will sit in the upright position while you prepare to bolt it in place.

小心并慢慢地将上背箱抬起（正确放置位置将是与机身呈垂直方向）。

在抬起过程中，注意有三管放置电子线的波纹管（如上图三个箭头所示）。两个大的波纹管（红色箭

头）连接到上背箱及球场板的电子线，当您向上推起上背箱时，两个大的波纹管应该会顺势滑入箱体

内，而小根的波纹管（黄色箭头）连接到主机箱（底部），您可以在抬起上背箱的过程时调整放入上

背箱。

请确保这些波纹管没有被压在上背箱及主箱体之间，上背箱及主箱体间必需是平整而且无任何电子缐

或其它东西挡在里面。当上背箱立起且波纹管都调整好放入应放在的位置后，即可用附带的带耳螺丝

将上背箱由内侧底部锁紧 (如何打开上背箱的灯板盖请参考接下来步骤）。

Step 10 步骤 10：

Remove the protective plastic

from the playfield glass.

将玻璃的保护膜移除.

Step 11 步骤 11：

Locate the backbox translite key on the hook inside the front door

and unlock the translite (the key will stay in the lock in the unlocked

position).

打开上背箱灯板盖的钥匙统一固定挂在投币门内侧的专用挂钩上，

请解下后如上图将灯板盖先解锁（钥匙会待在解锁位置的锁内）。

Step 12 步骤 12：

Lift the translite up and towards you using the plastic channel

at the bottom. As you lift the bottom clear of the backbox,

slide the translite down and lift it clear of the cabinet. Set it

aside for the moment.

灯板盖解锁后，将灯板盖从底部的胶条小心的往上提起脱离

固定的轨道后，再顺势往下滑即可取出灯板盖。

取出的灯板盖暂时放在一旁，请小心平放，不可放在尖锐或

不平整的地方以免造成灯片损坏或有机玻璃裂损。

Step 13 步骤 13：

Identify and lift the small latch on the top right of the DMD panel. This will release it and you can

swing it out to the left and clear of the backbox.

找到喇叭 DMD 面板右上角的小闩锁后往上提起即可打开面板（如上图）

Step 14 步骤 14：

Fit the two backbox wingbolts with washers, screw them into the positions shown below to secure the

backbox.

将附带的两个上背箱专用带耳螺丝（带垫圈）锁入上图所示位置锁紧以固定上背箱。

尔后，按步骤 11 到步骤 13，将喇叭ＤＭＤ板、灯板盖放回原位置上并将灯板盖的钥匙放回专用挂勾

上以便日后方便查找。

Step 15 步骤 15：

Now identify the lock down bar release handle inside the door and move it to the left to release the

lock bar. It will be quite firm and will require some force to move it. Pushing down on the lock down

bar might assist here.

设置好上背箱后，接下来是要将球场游戏板上各游戏机关的保护珍珠棉取出，首先是要打开锁把移开

弹珠机的玻璃。

打开投币门后会发现锁把的手杆（如上方左图红色箭头处），正常锁定状态下，手杆是朝向右方（如

上图左二），锁把手杆往左方移动则是解除锁定（如上图右一）。

在解除锁把如发现比较紧不好扳动时，可以由上往下施压同时扳动锁把的手杆加以解锁（如上图右

二）。

Step 16 步骤 16：

Take off the lock down bar and prepare a place to sit the glass.

NEVER- EVER put the glass directly onto a hard surface such as

concrete or tiles as it will shatter instantly and spectacularly!

Slide the glass from the machine holding it with one open palm on each

side of the glass. Set it down carefully, on one end vertically as shown

below.

将锁把取下后放好，并预先准备好放置玻璃的地方。

请注意！不可以将弹珠机玻璃直接放在地面上，例如混凝土地板或瓷砖，

否则将造成玻璃破碎！

请将玻璃放在铺有珍珠棉、纸板或放有任何隔离地面保护的地方。

从弹珠机上将钢化玻璃顺着二侧滑轨向下滑动取出（如图说明），取下

的玻璃请垂直放置一旁，注意摆放区安全。

Step 17 步骤 17：

Remove the three pieces of packing foam from The Mole captive ball,

the ball launch trough and the tilt bob shown below.

将『雷鸟钻地机、击球发射槽、机身内平衡仪』三处地方的

保护珍珠棉取出。

Step 18 步骤 18：

Peel off the protective plastic

coverings from the playfield

and the playfield plastics.

将球场板上的保护胶膜撕除。

NOTE：Never use any harsh

chemicals to clean the

playfield – ONLY use soapy

water or isopropyl alcohol.

A furniture polish can be used

but we advise testing it in an

inconspicuous area before

using it widely to ensure it

doesn’t adversely affect the

plastics.

注意：不要使用任何刺激性的化

学品来清洁球场板，只能使用肥

皂水或清洁酒精。可以使用家具

Step 19 步骤 19：

Remove five (5) pinballs from their packing and clean

them well with the cloth provided in the box.

Install them into the machine by simply allowing them

to drain into the bottom between the flippers.

把 5 颗弹珠球从包装盒内取出并用附赠的清洁布将球擦拭

干净后，把 5 颗弹珠球滑入机器内。如右图，只需放在球

场板底部顺势滚入击球槽即可。

Step 20 步骤 20：

Remove the power lead cover

plate at the rear of the machine

using a #2 phillips head

screwdriver and plug in the power

cable. Refit the metal cover.

安装电源线。

使用 2 号十字螺丝刀拆下弹珠机后

方的电源线盖板，插入附带的专用

电源线后，再将线盖安装锁紧。

Step 21 步骤 21：

Put the glass back in the machine, close the DMD speaker panel and latch it. Refit the translite

and put the key back inside the front door on the hook provided.

Refit the lockdown bar-- again, this may take a lot of pressure and pushing down firmly on the

top of the bar may be required. Put the coin box in place and close the door.

The main power on/off switch is fitted under the right hand side next to the front right leg.

Congratulations, your new Thunderbirds Pinball machine is ready to use.

完成上述步骤 1~步骤 20 的动作后，将钢化玻璃重新放回弹珠机中，将喇叭 DMD 面板放回原处并

将插销复位锁紧，重新安装灯板盖并锁好，将钥匙放回投币门内的专用挂钩上。

重新安装锁把--同样的，放回锁把的同时可能需要由上往下压，在往下压锁把的过程时同时将锁把手

杆推向右侧锁上锁把后，将投币钱盒放回原位，关好投币门，将投币门的专用钥匙收好（每台弹珠机

的投币门都是专属的钥匙，无法通用）。

电源开关安装在弹珠机主机身底部的右前方。

恭喜您，雷鸟弹珠机已设置完成，您可以开始享受雷鸟弹珠机的全新愉悦旅程~
