このたびは、端子箱曲げ治具 GT36S-1629S/FO-AD をご購入いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。
本工具は、端子の外筒部の箱曲げを行う治具です。
ご使用の前に必ず本書を良くお読みいただき十分理解の上、正しくお使いいただきますようお願いします。

安全にご使用していただくために
本機は、作業上やむをえず機械の可動部品の近くで作業するため、可動部品に接触してしまう可能性が常に
存在していますので、実際にご使用されるオペレータの方、および保守、修理などをされる保全の方は、以
下の 安全についての注意事項 を熟読されて、怪我などされないようにご使用ください。
なお、本取扱説明書および製品の警告ラベルを十分理解していただくために、警告表示を次のように使い分
けております。これらの内容を十分に理解し、指示を守ってください。
(I) 警告表示の説明
※損害の程度の分類は、以下を参考とする。
重 傷: 失明、けが、やけど（高温・低温）、感電、骨折、中毒などで、後遺症が残るものおよび治
療に入院・長期の通院を要するものをいう。
傷 害: 治療に入院や長期の通院を要さない、けが、やけど、感電などを指す。
物的損害: 家屋・家財および家畜・ペットにかかわる拡大損害を指す。
(II) 警告ラベルおよび指示ラベルの説明
危険 取り扱いを誤った場合に、使用者が死亡または重傷を負う危険が切迫して生じる
ことが想定される場合。
警告 取り扱いを誤った場合に、使用者が死亡または重傷を負う可能性が想定される場
合。
注意 取り扱いを誤った場合に、使用者が傷害を負う危険が想定される場合および物的
損害のみの発生が想定される場合。

1.感電事故防止のため、電装ボックスを開ける必要のある場合は、電源を切り、念のため 5 分以上経過
してから蓋を開けてください。

基本的注意事項
1.ご使用される前に取扱説明書、および付属に入っている全ての説明書類を必ずお読みください。
また、いつでもすぐに読めるように、この取扱説明書を大切に保存してください。
安全装置、警告ラベル
1.安全装置の欠落による事故を防ぐため、この機械を操作する際は、安全装置が所定の位置に正しく取
り付けられている事を確認してから操作してください。安全装置については、iv 頁を参照してください。
2.安全装置を取り外した場合は、必ず元の位置に取り付け、正常に機能することを確認してください。
3.機械に貼り付けてある警告ラベルは、常にはっきり見えるようにしておいてください。剥がれたり、
汚損した場合、新しいラベルと交換してください。
用途、改造
1.人身事故防止のため、この機械は、本来の用途および取扱説明書に規定された使用方法以外には使用
しないでください。用途以外の使用に対しては、当社は責任を負いません。
2.人身事故防止のため、機械には、改造などを加えないでください。改造によって起きた事故に対しては、
当社は責任を負いません。
使用環境
1.誤動作による事故を防ぐため、高周波ウェルダーなど強いノイズ源（電磁波）から影響を受けない環
境下で使用してください。
2.誤動作による事故を防ぐため、定格電圧± 10％を超える所では使用しないでください。
3.安全にお使いいただくために、次の環境下でお使いください。
動作時雰囲気温度：5℃～ 35℃
動作時相対湿度：35％～ 85％
4.電装部品損壊・誤動作による事故を防ぐため、寒い所から急に暖かい所など環境が変わった時、結露
が生じることがありますので、十分に水滴の心配がなくなってから電源を入れてください。
5.電装部品損壊・誤動作による事故を防ぐため、雷が発生している時は安全のため作業をやめ、電源プ
ラグを抜いてください。
教育訓練
1.不慣れによる事故防止のため、この機械の操作についての教育、並びに安全に作業を行うための教育
を雇用者から受け、適性な知識と操作技能を有するオペレーターのみが、この機械をご使用ください。
そのため雇用者は、事前にオペレーターの教育訓練の計画を立案し、実施することが必要です。
作業時の服装
1.衣類の巻き込みによる人身への事故を防ぐため、作業服を着用し袖口などのボタン、前開きのファス
ナーなどは必ず留めてください。
2.頭髪は帽子の着用などをして、巻き込みの危険がないようにしてください。
3.履物はかかとが固定できるシューズなどを着用してください。
注意

電源を切らなければならない事項
1.異常、故障が認められた時、または停電の時は、直ちに電源を切ってください。
2.機械の不意の起動による事故を防ぐため、点検、修理、清掃をする時や、機械から離れる時は、必ず
電源を切ってから作業を行ってください。
3.電源プラグを抜く時は、コードではなくプラグを持って抜いてください。
※電源を切るとは、電源スイッチを切ってから、電源プラグをコンセントから抜くことをいう。（以下同じ）
各使用段階に於ける注意事項
運搬
1.損傷事故を防ぐため、この機械の持ち上げは専用器具を使用し、2 人以上で行ってください。移動に
は台車を使用してください。
2.持ち上げ、移動の際は転倒、落下事故を起こさないよう十分安全策をとってください。
3.予期せぬ事故や、落下事故を防ぐため、再梱包をする場合は、着荷時と同じ状態、もしくは同等以上
の状態に再梱包してください。
据え付け
(I) 作業台
1.作業台は、機械の重量、運転時の反力に十分耐え得るテーブル、作業台を使用してください。
2.作業台本体側にキャスターを付ける場合、十分な強度をもったロック付きキャスターを使用して
ください。
(II) ケーブル、配線
1.感電、漏電、火災事故防止のため、ケーブルは使用中無理な力が加わらないようにしてください。
2.感電、漏電、火災事故防止のため、タコ足配線はしないでください。
3.感電、漏電、火災事故防止のため、コネクタは確実に固定してください。また、コネクタを抜く時は、
コネクタ部を持って抜いてください。
(III) 接地
1.漏電、絶縁耐圧による事故を防ぐため、電源プラグは電気の専門知識を有する人に、適性なプラ
グを取り付けてもらってください。
運転前
1.人身事故防止のため、電源を投入する前に、コネクタ、ケーブル類に損傷、脱落、ゆるみなどがない
ことを確認してください。
2.人身事故防止のため、運動部分に手を入れないでください。
保守
1.不慣れによる事故防止のため、修理、調整は機械を熟知した保全技術者が取扱説明書の指示範囲で行っ
てください。また、部品交換の際は、当社純正部品を使ってください。不適切な修理・調整および非
純正部品使用による事故に対しては、当社は責任を負いません。
2.不慣れによる事故や、感電事故防止のため、電気関係の修理、保全 ( 含む配線 ) は電気の専門知識の
ある人、または当社、販売店の技術者に依頼してください。
3.人身事故防止のため、修理調整・部品交換などの作業後は、ねじ・ナットなどがゆるんでいないこと
を確認してください。
4.機械の使用期間中は、定期的に清掃を行ってください。この際、不意の起動による事故防止のため、
必ず電源を切ってから行ってください。
5.人身事故防止のため、修理・調整した結果、正常に運転できない場合は直ちに操作を中止し、当社ま
たは販売店に連絡し、修理依頼してください。

安全装置について
ここに記載されている機械および安全装置は、あくまで日本国内仕様として製造された機種およびそれに装
着・同梱された安全装置であり、仕向地，仕様により異なる場合もあります。

1.感電による事故を防ぐため、電装ボックスを開ける必要のある場合は、電源を切り 5 分以上

FOR SAFE OPERATION
Because of the machine's design, there is always a possibility of contact with moving parts. The operators of
the machine and the maintenance personnel who are in charge of maintenance and repair work are required
to read the following SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS so as to avoid injury.
To fully understand the descriptions given in this Instruction Manual and the warning labels attached on the
machine, the warning messages are used in accordance with the below-stated classication. Please be sure
to thoroughly understand the messages and follow the instructions.
( I ) Description of warning messages
* Determine the degree of impairment referring to the below-stated classication.
Major injury : Indicates the loss of eyesight, wounds, burns (hyperthermal and hypothermal burns),
electric shocks, fracture of a bone, poisoning, etc. requiring emergency of extended
medical care.
Injury (Minor injury) : Indicates wounds, burns, electric shocks, etc. requiring medical treatment.
Damage to property : Indicates damage to the machinery and or the surrounding area.
( II ) Description of warning label and indicating label
DANGER :
Used in the case where it is assumed that misuse of the machine will expose the operator
to immediate danger of major injury or death.
WARNING :
Used in the case where it is assumed that misuse of the machine can expose the
operator to danger of major injury or death.
CAUTION :
Used in the case where it is assumed that misuse of the machine can expose the
operator to danger of injury and can cause damage to property.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. When it is necessary to open the control box containing electrical parts, be sure to turn the
power off and wait for ve minutes or more before opening the cover in order to prevent
accident leading to electrical shock.
* Accident means "to cause personal injury or death or damage to property."
Basic precaution
1. Be sure to read this Instruction Manual and all the instructions and other materials supplied with
the unit as accessories. Save this Instruction Manual and make it available for review whenever
necessary.
Safety devices and warning labels
1. To avoid possible accidents due to lack of the safety device, be sure to operate the machine
after ascertaining that the safety devices properly installed at the predetermined position. Refer
to page -viii- for detailed description of the safety device.
2. Once the safety device is detached from the machine, replace it to its original position and
check to be sure that it properly functions.
3. Keep the warning labels pasted to the machine so that they are always clearly seen. When they
are stripped or dirty, replace them with new ones.
Application
1. This machine shall only be used for its originally intended purpose while following the
instructions specied in this Instruction Manual. Hirose assumes no responsibility for any use
of the machine other than the intended use.
2. Modication to this machine is prohibited. We assume no responsibility for accidents resulting
from modications.
Operating environment
1. To avoid possible accidents caused by maloperation of the machine, use the machine under the
environment that is not affected by a substantial noise source (electromagnetic wave) such as a
high-frequency welder.
2. To avoid possible accidents caused by maloperation of the machine, never use the machine
under the environment where the voltage exceeds ±10% of the rated voltage.
3. To ensure safety in operation, use the machine under the following environment.
Ambient temperature during operation : 5 C to 35 C
Relative humidity during operation : 35 % to 85 %
4. When the operating environment of the machine is suddenly changed such as in the case where
it is moved from a cold place to a warm place, dew condensation can occur. To avoid possible
accidents caused by breakage or maloperation of the electrical parts due to dew condensation,
be sure to wait for a sufcient period of time until there is no possibility of water drops inside
the machine before turning the power ON.
5. To avoid possible accidents caused by breakage or maloperation of the electrical parts, be sure
to stop operation and disconnect the power plug for safety in case of thunder and lightning.
Training
1. To prevent possible accidents caused by unfamiliarity with the operation of the machine, the
machine shall only be allowed to be used by the operators who have been trained for proper
operation and provided with sufcient knowledge of safe operation by the employee.
For this purpose, the employer shall establish a training plan and implement it for the operators
beforehand.
Working wear
1. To protect against possible accidents resulting in personal injury by your cloths being caught
in the machine, be sure to wear a work uniform and securely fasten buttons on the sleeve cuffs
and close the zipper on the top center plait of the uniform, if any. Avoid wearing loosely tted
clothing.
2. The operator should fasten hair securely to avoid his/her hair from being caught in the machine.
3. The operator should wear close toe, rubber sole shoes.

Cases which require the power to be turned OFF
1. If there is any sign of abnormal conditions or failure, or in case of power failure, be sure to
immediately turn the power OFF.
2. To avoid possible accidents due to an abrupt start of the machine, be sure to turn the power
OFF prior to inspection, repair or cleaning of the machine or before leaving from the machine.
3. Where it is necessary to detach the power plug, be sure to pull it out while holding ,by hand, the
plug instead of the cord.
* To turn-off of the power means the state where the power switch is turned off and power plug is
detached from the receptacle. (This will also apply to the following.)
SEFETY INSTRUCTIONS IN EACH CATEGORY OF
WORK FOLLOWING THE DELIVERY OF THE MACHINE
Transportation
1. To avoid damage or injury, avoid overstraining posture when lifting the machine, and use a truck
to move it.
2. The machine shall be lifted or moved in such a way that secures safety avoiding falling and
dropping
3. To protect against unexpected accidents or drop accidents, the machine shall be repackaged, if
necessary, to achieve the originally delivered state or better.
Setup
( I ) Working bench
1. Use the working bench or table that bears enough the weight of the machine and the reaction
at the time operation.
2. When installing the casters on the working bench unit body side, use the casters with lock
that have enough strength.
(II) Cable and wiring
1. To avoid electric shock, leakage and re, take care not to apply any extra load to the cable in
service.
2. To avoid possible accidents caused by electric shock, leakage and re, never put many
loads on one electrical outlet.
3. Be sure to securely connect connectors. In addition, be sure to detach a connector while
holding the connector section by hand.
(III) Grounding
1. To avoid possible accidents caused by leakage or electrical strength, be sure to have an
expert engineer who has the electrical expertise to install an appropriate power plug to the
machine.
Before operation
1. To avoid possible personal injuries, be sure to check to ascertain that connectors and cables
are not damaged, dropped off or loosened.
2. To avoid possible personal injuries, keep your hands away from the moving parts of the
machine.
Maintenance
1. To prevent possible accidents caused by unfamiliarity with the operation of the machine, repair
and adjustment of the machine shall be conducted only by maintenance personnel who have
a full knowledge of the machine. Any repair and adjustment beyond the range covered by the
instructions given in this Instruction Manual is prohibited. We assume no responsibility for
accidents caused by improper repair or adjustment or use of non-genuine part(s).
2. To avoid possible accidents due to unfamiliarity with the operation of the machine or electric
shock hazards, be sure to ask an expert engineer who has the electrical expertise or our
technical personnel to conduct repair and maintenance (including wiring) of electrical parts.
3. To protect against personal injury, check to be sure that screws and nuts are not loosened after
the completion of repair/adjusting works and replacement of parts.
4. Periodically clean the machine as long as it is commissioned. To prevent possible accidents
caused by abrupt start of the machine during cleaning, be sure to disconnect the machine prior
to cleaning.
5. In the event that your machine fails to perform normally after repair or adjustment, immediately
stop operation and contact us for service so as to protect against personal injury.

SAFETY DEVICE
For the machine and the safety device of which congurations are given below, the machine is made to spec-
ications intended for Japanese home market and the safety device is mounted on and supplied with the
machine. The congurations may differ with destinations and specications.
DANGER
1. To protect against shock hazards, open the cover, if necessary, after turning the
power off and waiting for ve minute or more.
CAUTION
1. To protect against personal injuries due to entanglement, keep ngers, hair and
clothing away from any of moving parts and vicinity of them. In addition, do not place
anything that is not necessary for work near any of them.
2. To protect against personal injuries, when turning the power on, keep ngers, hair

3. To protect against shock hazards and accidents caused by damaged electrical parts,
be sure to turn off the power switch prior to inserting/disconnecting the power plug.

5. In the case where moving the unit suddenly from a cold place to a warm place, dew
condensation may be observed. To protect against accidents caused by damaged
electrical parts due to dew condensation, be sure to turn the power on when there is
no sign of dewdrops.
