Il materiale deve essere immagazzinato in ambienti asciutti ed al
riparo dalle intemperie.
Il presente foglio istruzioni contiene informazioni tecniche relative
all’installazione del kit. Per quanto concerne le altre tematiche corre-
late all’installazione del kit stesso (a titolo esemplicativo: sicurezza
sui luoghi di lavoro, salvaguardia dell’ambiente, prevenzioni degli
infortuni), è necessario rispettare i dettami della normativa vigente
ed i principi della buona tecnica.
L’installazione o il montaggio improprio dell’apparecchio e/o dei
componenti, accessori, kit e dispositivi potrebbe dare luogo a proble-
matiche non prevedibili a priori nei confronti di persone, animali,
cose. Leggere attentamente le istruzioni a corredo del prodotto per
una corretta installazione dello stesso.
L’installazione e la manutenzione devono essere eettuate in ottem-
peranza alle normative vigenti, secondo le istruzioni del costruttore e
da parte di personale abilitato nonché professionalmente qualicato,
intendendo per tale quello avente specica competenza tecnica nel
settore degli impianti, come previsto dalla Legge.
Attenzione: Il presente kit è abbinabile unicamente ai bollitori
predisposti con le due sedi per anodo sacricale.

Installation and maintenance must be performed in compliance with
the regulations in force, according to the manufacturer's instructions
and by authorised professionally qualied sta, intending sta with
specic technical skills in the plant sector, as envisioned by the Law.
Attention: is kit can only be coupled with storage tanks pro-
vided with the two sacricial anode seats.

Installazione.
N.B.: per evitare di dover scaricare la pressione del bollitore pro-
cedere all'installazione di un anodo per volta in modo da evitare
la fuoriuscita di acqua dal raccordo inferiore.
- Premontare le riduzioni (5) sugli anodi elettronici (6) facendo
molta attenzione a non graare gli anodi e a non spostare le
protezioni in gomma presenti sugli steli (g. 1).
Eettuare la tenuta idraulica con apposito materiale di tenuta
quale teon o simili.
- Togliere la copertura isolante superiore (1) dell'unità bollitore
(g. 1).
- Eliminare il raccordo inferiore (2) provvisto di guarnizione (3),
il relativo anodo in magnesio (4) (se presente) già montato sul
bollitore (g. 1) e la relativa protezione forata in plastica nera.
- Appena prima di installare l'anodo togliere la protezione in
gomma presente sullo stelo.
- Montare l'anodo inferiore (6) sul bollitore nell'apposita sede
(g. 1) facendo tenuta idraulica con apposito materiale di tenuta
quale teon o simili.
Attenzione: serrare l'anodo posizionando la chiave inglese sul
raccordo (5).
- Eliminare il raccordo superiore (2) provvisto di guarnizione (3)
e il relativo anodo in magnesio (4) (se presente) già montato sul
bollitore (g. 1).
- Appena prima di installare l'anodo togliere la protezione in
gomma presente sullo stelo.
- Montare l'anodo superiore (6) sul bollitore nell'apposita sede
(g. 1) facendo tenuta idraulica con apposito materiale di tenuta
quale teon o simili.
Attenzione: serrare l'anodo posizionando la chiave inglese sul
raccordo (5).
Installation.
N.B.: to avoid relieving the pressure of the storage tank, proceed
with the installation of one anode at a time in order to prevent
water from leaking from the lower tting.
- Pre-assemble the reductions (5) on the electronic anodes (6)
taking care not to scratch the anodes and not to move the rub-
ber protections on the stems (g. 1).
Carry out the hydraulic seal with special sealing material such
as Teon or similar.
- Remove the upper insulation cover (1) of the storage tank unit
(g. 1).
- Remove the lower tting (2) with gasket (3), the relative mag-
nesium anode (4) (if any) already mounted on the storage tank
(g. 1) and the relative black plastic perforated protection.
- Just before installing the anode remove the rubber protection
on the stem.
- Mount the lower anode (6) on the storage tank in the appropri-
ate seat (g. 1) by means of a hydraulic seal with appropriate
sealing material such as Teon or similar.
Attention: lock the anode by placing the wrench on the tting
(5).
- Eliminate the upper tting (2) with gasket (3) and the relative
magnesium anode (4) (if any) already assembled on the storage
tank (g. 1).
- Just before installing the anode remove the rubber protection
on the stem.
- Mount the upper anode (6) on the storage tank in the appropri-
ate seat (g. 1) by means of a hydraulic seal with appropriate
sealing material such as Teon or similar.
Attention: lock the anode by placing the wrench on the tting
(5).

- Montare la piastrina (7) sulla angia di ispezione (14) utiliz-
zando il dado (15) e rondella (16) (g. 2).
- Montare la centralina (17) con le viti (18) sulla piastrina di
ssaggio (7). Fissare la squadretta (8) sulla piastrina (7) utiliz-
zando la vite con gambo lettato più corto (9). Fissare la fascetta
(10) e il cavo con terminale ad occhiello polo negativo (11) alla
piastrina (7) quest'ultimo con vite (12) e rondella (13) (g. 2).
- Mount the plate (7) on the inspection ange (14) using the nut
(15) and washer (16) (g. 2).
- Assemble the control unit (17) with the screws (18) on the
xing plate (7). Fix the bracket (8) on the plate (7) using the
screw with shorter threaded stem (9). Fasten the clip (10) and
the cable with negative pole eyelet terminal (11) to the plate (7)
the latter with screw (12) and washer (13) (g. 2).
- Eettuare i collegamenti elettrici come rappresentato in g. 3.
Assicurarsi di far passare i cavi di collegamento anodi elettronici
e il cavo di alimentazione centralina al di sotto della coibenta-
zione.
- Implement the electrical connections as described in g. 3.
Make sure to run the electronic anode connection cables and
the control unit power cable underneath the insulation.

- Raccogliere e bloccare con apposita fascetta (g. 4) i cavi even-
tualmente rimasti liberi.
- Collect and secure any cables that may remain free with a clip
(g. 4).
- Sagomare con cutter o attrezzo adeguato (23) la coibentazione
interna angia di ispezione (24) in modo da poterla riposizio-
nare al proprio posto anche con centralina montata (17).
- Forare la copertura esterna angia di ispezione (19)con apposito
attrezzo (es. forbici, punteruolo, ecc..) (20). Fissare la copertura
esterna (19) alla squadretta (8) utilizzando vite (21) e rondella
(22).
- Inserire a pressione la squadretta (26) sul raccordo (5) apposi-
tamente sagomato.
- Forare il cappuccio (25) con apposito attrezzo (es. forbici, pun-
teruolo, ecc..) come eseguito per la copertura esterna (19).
- Fissare il cappuccio (25) alla squadretta (26) utilizzando vite
(21) e rondella (22).
- Riaprire il rubinetto ingresso acqua fredda.
N.B.: per le varie modalità di funzionamento, per la garanzia
e per i dati tecnici far riferimento al relativo libretto istruzioni
presente nel kit.
- Shape the internal insulation of the inspection ange (23) with
a cutter or suitable tool (24) in order to reposition it in its place,
even with the control unit assembled (17).
- Drill the inspection ange external cover (19) with the appropri-
ate tool (e.g. scissors, awl, etc.) (20). Fix the external cover (19)
to the bracket (8) using screw (21) and washer (22).
- Press the bracket (26) onto the specially shaped tting (5).
- Drill the hood (25) with the appropriate tool (e.g. scissors, awl,
etc.) as done for the external cover (19).
- Fix the hood (25) to the bracket (26) using screw (21) and washer
(22).
- Re-open the cold water inlet tap.
N.B.: regarding the various operating modes, warranty and
technical data refer to the relevant instruction booklet in the kit.

Anodo elettronico.
Collegare la spina dell'anodo alla rete elettrica accertandosi che
l'alimentazione corrisponda a 230V ±10% - 50 / 60 Hz.
Una volta collegata la spina l'anodo si attiva e in assenza di ano-
malie si accede il led con luce verde.
In caso di anomalia il led si accende con luce rossa, in tal caso
procedere come descritto di seguito:
- Controllare che il bollitore sia pieno d'acqua.
- Controllare che la spina sia inlata correttamente nella presa
elettrica e che l'alimentazione corrisponda a quanto indicato.
- Controllare che la messa a terra del circuito sia stata collegata
correttamente, in caso contrario il dispositivo non può funzio-
nare.
Nel caso in cui tutte le veriche abbiano dato esito negativo e
l’anomalia persiste è necessario chiamare una impresa abilitata
(ad esempio il Servizio Assistenza Tecnica Immergas).
Manutenzione.
Il presente dispositivo non necessita di alcuna attività di manu-
tenzione. La sua vita utile, in condizioni di normale e corretto
utilizzo si prolunga per decenni.
Electronic anode.
Connect the anode plug to the electric network, making sure that
the power supply corresponds to 230V ±10% - 50 / 60 Hz.
Once plugged in the anode activates and, in the absence of anoma-
lies, the LED lights up green.
In case of anomalies the LED lights up red, in this case proceed
as follows:
- Check that the storage tank / cylinder is full of water.
- Check that the plug is correctly plugged in and that the power
supply corresponds to what is indicated.
- Check that the circuit earthing has been connected correctly,
otherwise the device cannot work.
If all the checks have given a negative result and the anomaly
persists, contact an authorised company (e.g. Immergas Aer-
Sales Service).
Maintenance.
is device does not require any maintenance. Its useful life, under
normal and correct conditions of use, is decades long.
