Introduction
Thank you for buying our wind-up speaker stand. This stand is designed for use in event
technology. Our manual will explain how to use the stand properly. Please pay particular
attention to the safety information. Make sure that you have read and understood the user
manual before transporting, assembling, beginning to use and carrying out maintenance on
the stand.

- Ensure that the device is in good working condition and is safe to operate. Please follow
the advice and instructions as they are described in this user manual.
Damage caused by misuse and/or modifications made to the device are not covered by the
warranty.
This device does not contain any parts that need to be repaired or replaced by the user.
Should maintenance or repairs be necessary, they must be handled by a qualified
technician.
Intended use
The intended use of the stand is vertical lifting and lowering of loads. Use this product only
as described in this user’s manual. Any other use is a use not intended by the
manufacturer. Neither the manufacturer nor the supplier shall be liable for damages
resulting from this. Users who use this equipment for purposes not intended by the
manufacturer do so solely at their own risk.
When using the equipment for its intended use, the following parts, among others, must be
observed:
- Stability of the stand
- Compliance with maximum load capacity (40 kg)
- The stand parts and mechanism should be undamaged
- Any cabling or wiring attached to the load lifted using this wind-up stand should not cause
hinder in or around the stand and its lifting mechanism, or be subjected to excessive pulling
tension or sharp bends as a result of insufficient cable lengths.
- Make sure all cabling or wiring attached to the stand or its load is laid out carefully to
prevent people from tripping and causing personal injury, or causing the stand to tip over as
a result of the sudden force on attached cabling.
f a defect occurs in this technical product, the equipment must be taken down immediately.
Further operation must be prohibited. Contact your dealer for an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorisation).
Improper use
The following types of use and operations are prohibited:
- Lifting of persons or live animals
- Exceeding the permissible load ratings

Operating instructions
Setting up the stand
1. Determine a suitable location and position the stand safely. Setting up is only
permitted on a stable and flat surface. t may be necessary to provide an
appropriate substructure.
2. Loosen the tommy screw (A) and extend the legs completely by pushing down
the leg struts until they stop (D). The legs must always be completely extended to
ensure maximum stability. Operation with legs that are not completely extended is
prohibited. Secure the stand by tightening the tommy screw (A).
3. Check the vertical orientation of the stand and if necessary, level the ground
surface or structure. Finally check the vertical orientation of the stand using a spirit
level.
4. Now place your speaker onto the speaker flange. Please note that the

maximum operating weight of 40 kg must not be exceeded.
5. Secure the speaker on the speaker flange by tightening the tommy screw of the
speaker.
6. Loosen the tommy screw of the crank mechanism (C).
7. Fold out the inner part of the crank (B) from the handle housing. By operating
the hand crank, adjust the height of the speaker until the desired position is
reached.
8. Tighten the tommy screw again (C).
9. Fold the crank handle (B) back into the handle housing.

1. Loosen the tommy screw of the crank mechanism (C).
2. Fold out the inner part of the crank (B) from the handle housing.
3. Turn the crank until the tube is all the way down.
4. Loosen the tommy screw from the speaker and remove the speaker from the
stand.
5. Fold the crank handle (B) back into the handle housing.
6. Loosen the tommy screw (A) and fold the legs back in.
7. Securely tighten both tommy screws (A) and (C) again.
8. Finally, check the stand for defects and store it in a safe place.
Maintenance of the stand
The following points should be checked periodically:
- The crank mechanism must operate smoothly. f necessary, maintain the
mechanism by applying grease.
- Do all tommy screws loosen and tighten easily?

- Check the stand for defects and conformity with the safety guidelines in this
manual. f the stand shows visible signs of damage or does not function properly,
contact your dealer for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
- The load plate label must remain in its original place and must be legible.
