So benutzen Sie das Zubehör
Fleischwolf zusammenbauen
• Schritt 1
Halten Sie das Gehäuse (21) mit der Einfüllöffnung nach oben. Stecken Sie die Schne-
ckenwelle (16) ins Gehäuse (22). Die Antriebsstifte müssen dabei nach vorne zeigen.
Befestigen Sie das Schneidemesser (17) mit den Messerkanten nach vorne auf die
Schneckenwelle.
• Schritt 2
Legen Sie die gewünschte Schneideplatte (14, 15, 18) über die Klingen und versichern
Sie sich, dass die Haken in die Aussparungen im Gehäuse einrasten. Drehen Sie den
Schraubring (19) vollständig auf das Gehäuse. Versichern Sie sich, dass die Schnecken-
welle kein Spiel hat und sich von selbst drehen kann.
• Schritt 3
Klappen Sie den Kopf der Küchenmaschine herunter, bis er mit hörbaren Klicken ein-
rastet. Bringen Sie den zusammengesetzten Fleischwolf vorne am Gehäuse an (Bild 1)
und drücken sie ihn fest. Bringen Sie den Einfüllschacht in eine aufrechte Position (Bild
2), indem sie ihn drehen, bis es nicht mehr weitergeht. Setzen Sie die Ablage auf den
Einfüllschacht (Bild 2).
Zubehör zur Wurstherstellung zusammenbauen
• Wurstfüllhorn
Stecken Sie die Schneckenwelle (16) ins Gehäuse (22). Die Antriebsstif-
te müssen dabei nach vorne zeigen. Befestigen Sie den Fleischteiler
(23) und das Wurstfüllhorn, mit der Schneidefläche nach vorne, auf
dem Schaft. Befestigen Sie dann den Schraubring (19) am Gehäuse.
Der Ring mus das Wurstfüllhorn sicher an seinem Platz halten, aber
ziehen sie ihn nicht zu fest.
• Kegelaufsatz
Befestigen Sie den Fleischteiler (23) und den Kegelaufsatz (25) mit der
Schneidefläche nach vorne auf dem Schaft. Befestigen Sie dann den
Schraubring (19) am Gehäuse. Der Ring mus das Wurstfüllhorn sicher
an seinem Platz halten, aber ziehen sie ihn nicht zu fest.

Kekspresse zusammenbauen
• Schritt 1
Befestigen Sie die Trennscheibe (26) mit der Schneidefläche nach vorne auf dem Schaft. Befestigen Sie
dann den Metallhalter (27) und drehen Sie den Schraubring (19) aufs Gehäuse.
• Schritt 2
Schieben Sie dann den Metallstreifen (28) in den Metallhalter (27). Schieben Sie den Metallstreifen vor und
zurück, um die gewünschte Schablone auszuwählen.
Reinigung und Pflege
• Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose.
• Spülen Sie das Zubehör nach dem Gebrauch kurz mit Wasser ab, damit nichts antrocknet. Nehmen Sie das
Zubehör komplett auseinander. Passen Sie auf, dass Sie sich dabei nicht an den scharfen Klingen verletzen.
• Waschen Sie das Zubehör mit Spülmittel, spülen Sie es mit klarem Wasser ab und trocknen Sie es sorgfältig.
Bis auf die Metallteile können Sie das Zubehör auch im Geschirrspüler reinigen. Das Gehäuse, die Schnei-
deplatten, die Schneckenwelle, das Schneidemesser dürfen nicht in der Spülmaschine gereinigt werden.
• Ölen Sie die Schneideplatten und Messer nach jedem Gebrauch mit Speiseöl ein.
• Falls sich das Zubehör durch bestimmte Zutaten (z. B. Karotten oder Orangen) verfärbt, reiben Sie es mit
einem Küchentuch ab, das Sie vorher in etwas Öl getaucht haben und reinigen Sie es dann wie beschrieben.

How to Use the Accessory
Assembling the Meat Grinder
• Step 1
Take the body (Cutter housing 22) by the feed tube with the largest opening upwards.
Insert the worm shaft (16) with the drive pins first in the cutter housing (22). Fit the
cutter blade (17) on the shaft with the cutting edges upwards.
• Step 2
Place the selected hole-plate (14, 15, 18) over the blades ensuring that the two lugs fit in
the two cut-outs in the body. Screw ring (19) the cap nut fully home on the body. Check
the assembly.the shaft should have no play nor be able to turn on itself.
• Step 3
Play the multifunction head in the horizontal position (a click should be heard ). Offer up
the assembled mincer attachment, titled towards you, to the outlet and engage it fully
(figure 1). Return the feed tube to a vertical position by turning to the rear until it stops
(figure 2). Place the removable tray on the feed tube (figure 2).
Assembling the Sausage Accessory
• Sausage canister
Insert the worm shaft (16) with the drive pins first in the cutter housing
(22). Fit the cutter blade meat spreader (23) and sausage canister (24)
on the shaft with the cutting edges upwards, then fit the screw ring
(19) onto the cut housing (22), turn clockwise to lock. The ring nut must
hold the sausage canister securely in place. But do not over tighten.
• Cone
Fit the separator (26) and the Cone (25) on the shaft with cutting edges
uwards, then fix the screw ring onto the cut housing (22), turn clock-
wise to lock. The ring nut must hold the sausage canister securely in
place. But do not over tighten.

Assembling the Cookie Maker
• Step 1
Fit the separator (26) on the shaft with cutting edges uwards, then fit the round metal holder (27) onto the
seperator (26), fix the screw ring onto the cut housing.
• Step 2
Fit the patterned flat metal strip (28) into the metal holder (27). Push the metal strip back or forward to select
the preferred pattern.
Cleaning and Care
• Unplug the appliance.
• For easier cleaning, quickly rinse the accessories after use. Completely dismantle the mixer attachment.
Handle the blades with care, as some have sharp cutting edges.
• Wash , rinse and wipe the accessories or the can be put in the dishwasher, except for the metal components
of the mincer attachment body Fine grinding disc (14), Medium grinding disc (15), Worm shaft (16), Cutter
blade (17),Coarse grinding disc (18) and Screw ring (19).
• The grinding disc and the blade must be kept lubricated. Wipe them over with cooking oil after each use.
• If your accessories are discoloured by food (carrots, oranges etc), rub them gently with kitchen towel dipped
in cooking oil and then clean in the usual way.

Utilizzo degli accessori
Assemblare il tritacarne
• Fase 1
Assemblare l’alloggiamento (22) con l’apertura di riempimento rivolta verso l’alto.
Inserire la trivella a elica (16) nell’alloggiamento (22) con il perno di azionamento rivolto
in avanti. All’albero della trivella, fissare la lama (17) con il lato tagliente in avanti.
• Fase 2
Inserire sulle lame il disco grattugia desiderato (14, 15, 18) e assicurarsi che le due alette
siano posizionate correttamente nelle due scanalature. Avvitare saldamente la ghiera
(19). Controllare ora l’assemblaggio: l’albero non deve né essere allentato né deve poter
essere ruotato.
• Fase 3
Abbassarelatestamotoredelrobotdacucina, unclicsegnala cheèchiusacorrettamente.
Assemblare il tritacarne nell’alloggiamento apposito, come mostrato nella figura 1 e
fissarlo saldamente. Inserire l’apertura di riempimento in posizione verticale (figura 2)
avvitandola fino al suo completo inserimento. Infine posizionare il vassoio sull’apertura
di riempimento (figura 2).
Assemblare gli accessori per salsiccia
• Inserto salsiccia
Inserire la trivella a elica (16) nell’alloggiamento (22) con il perno di
azionamento rivolto in avanti. All’albero della trivella, con la superficie
tagliente rivolta in avanti, fissare prima il taglia carne (23) e poi l’inserto
salsiccia (24). Fissare la ghiera (19) all’alloggiamento (22) ora assemblato
avvitandola in senso orario. La ghiera deve tenere fermo l’inserto
salsiccia, tuttavia non serrarla troppo.
• Cono
Fissareildiscoseparatore(26)eil cono(25)conlasuperficietaglientirivolti
in avanti all’albero della trivella. Fissare la ghiera (19) all’alloggiamento (22)
ora assemblato avvitandola in senso orario. La ghiera deve tenere fermo
l’inserto salsiccia, tuttavia non serrarla troppo.

Assemblare la pressa per biscotti
• Fase 1
Fissare il disco divisore (26) all’albero della trivella con la superficie tagliente rivolta in avanti. Assemblare
poi il supporto della barra in metallo (27) al disco separatore (26) e fissare saldamente la ghiera (19)
nell’alloggiamento.
• Fase 2
Inserire la barra in metallo (28) nel suo supporto (27). Spostare la barra in base alla forma desiderata.
Pulizia e manutenzione
• Spegnere il dispositivo e staccare la spina dalla presa.
• Dopo ogni utilizzo, lavare gli accessori con acqua. Smontare tutti gli accessori. Le lame sono molto affilate,
maneggiarle con cura.
• Lavare gli accessori con detersivo, risciacquarli acqua pulita e asciugarli con cura.
• Gli accessori sono lavabili in lavastoviglie ad eccezione delle parti in metallo. L’alloggiamento, i dischi
grattugia, la trivella e lama non devono essere lavati in lavastoviglie.
• Oliare i dischi grattugia e le lame dopo ogni utilizzo.
• Se determinati ingredienti fanno scolorire gli accessori (ad esempio carote o arance), prima pulire questi
ultimi con carta da cucina oleata e poi lavarli come di consueto.
