Precautions
• Danger of sparking: (explosion risk) if vehicle battery has recently been
charged, ensure area is well ventilated and ensure eye protection is worn
before connecting up the Jump Starter.
• Danger of sparking: do not connect up the Jump Starter if there are any
fuel leaks or fuel vapour present.
• The Jump Starter is only suitable for 12 Volt vehicles.
• Only use the originally supplied multi-function lead to charge your Jump
Starter.
• Protect the Jump Starter from prolonged exposure to humid or damp
conditions. Do not let the Jump Starter become wet.
• Ideal storing temperature: +1˚C to +25˚C.
• Always take extreme care when connecting the Jump Starter. Always
connect red cable clamp to the positive terminal of the battery first.
When disconnecting, always remove the black cable clamp from the
negative battery terminal of the battery first.
• Do NOT touch the positive red cable clamp and the negative black
cable clamp together if connected to the Jump Starter.
• Reverse Polarity: Do NOT connect the positive red cable clamp to
the vehicle battery negative terminal and do NOT connect the negative
black cable clamp to the vehicle battery positive terminal.
• Please keep away from children at all times.
• Contact your local government for disposal or recycling practices in your
area when the time comes to dispose of the Jump Starter.
