2. Operations
2-1 Zone Setting
2-1-1 About EDX System
EDX is a protocol specifically designed for architectural and environmental lighting
applications. EDX dimmers or devices are able to store scenes in themselves.
Each EDX device or ECP panel can be assigned a zone number. The scenes stored
in EDX devices can be recalled by ECP panels with the same zone number.
For example, EDX devices configured as zone 1 can be controlled (recall scenes) by
ECP panel configure as zone 1.

2-1-2 Purpose of Zone Setting
The ECP-110T can control up to 8 zones at the same time. Before using it, be confirm
the zones controlled by each panel.
ECP-110T has 2 setting modes: panel setting and DIP setting.
DIP.10 (OFF): panel setting zone（2-1-3）;
DIP.10 (ON): DIP setting zone (2-1-4).
ECP-110T has 2 control modes: single-zone mode or multi-zone mode.
DIP.9 (OFF): single-zone mode;
DIP.9 (ON): multi-zone mode.
2-1-3 Zone Setting
1.DIP 10(OFF) and hold【ZONE】, and then hold 【4】for 5 seconds till【▼】or 【▲】is flickering.
2. Keep holding 【ZONE】and release【4】.
3. By default, the backlight of 【1】is in red, which means the zone number is 1 no matter in single or
multi zone mode.

4. Press 【1……6】, 【▲】, 【▼】to set zone number by following instructions:
Single-zone mode (DIP9: OFF):
Each button presents:
【1】= 1
【2】= 2
【3】= 4
【4】= 8
【5】= 16
【6】= 32
【▲】= 64
【▼】= 128
For example, to set zone number as “3” in single zone mode:
Press 【1】,【2】to make their backlight to red.

Multi-zone mode (DIP9: ON):
Each button presents:
【1】= zone 1

【3】= zone 3
【4】= zone 4
【5】= zone 5
【6】= zone 6
【▲】= zone 7
【▼】= zone 8
For example, to set zone number to “1 and 2” (to control zone 1 and 2 at the same
time):
Press 【1】and 【2】to make their backlight to red.
For example, to set zone number to “2 and 8” (to control zone 2 and 8 at the same
time):
Press 【2】and 【▼】to make their backlight to red.

2-1-4 Zone Setting of DIP
The Function of DIP is as above.
Single-zone mode (DIP.9/OFF): DIP.1---DIP.8 set zone with binary, can set 1-255 zones.
Multi-zone mode (DIP.9/ON): DIP.1---DIP.8 means 1st---8th zone.
2-2 Scene Recall
Press【1】~【6】to recall corresponding scenes.
For example：press【1】to recall the SC1 and the backlighting of the button will be in
red.
Press【1】~【6】once: the scenes will be recalled with fade in effect.
Quick press【1】~【6】twice: the scenes will be directly recalled.
2-3 Fine Adjust Dimming Level
Press【▼】and 【▲】to fine adjust dimming level.
2-4 Lock/Unlock
1. Hold【ZONE】, and then hold 【1】for 5 seconds till【▼】or 【▲】is flickering.
