The following user manual contains information and instructions for the high pressure
ll station Fill Panel FPS-3000/FPD-3000
In order to avoid damage and premature wear and tear, all instructions should be followed, and in the recommended order.
The non-observance of these operating instructions or by using the item in a way not described in the manual,
will render the warranty invalid.

1. General Information
Purpose:
The air ll station FPS-3000/FPD-3000 is used for lling paintball bottles with compressed
air with a pressure of up to 300 Bar/4500 PSI.
Description:
The construction of the ll station is compact and simple, which ensures you are able to use
it comfortably. The station has neither protruding parts nor sharp edges, on which the user
could injure himself. All materials used are weather proof and mechanically strong.
The air ll station allows for uncomplicated use, without additional cost and can be used
in all environments. The hoses used are elastic and do not kink. They allow you for an easy
connection to a paintball tank without any effort, tools or shutting off the air supply.
The appliance is equipped with a large, reliable pressure gauge,
which shows the current operational pressure.

3. Safety Advice
In order to ll the bottles easily and safely, observe the following simple rules:
• Check the registration date before lling the bottle. If the date is passed,
an inspection should be carried out by an authorised service department.
• Check the outside of the bottle for damage. To determine there is no damage,
an inspection should be carried out by an authorised service department.
• Check that the bottle pressure gauge is functioning properly and it shows the pressure.
• Check the male quick release coupler (ll nipple). If it is defective, change it for a new one.
• Wipe the male quick release coupler (ll nipple) with a clean towel.
A small amount of grease can make the connecting and the disconnecting of the female
quick release coupler easier.
• Check the female quick release coupler of the ll station. If it is defective,
change it for a new one.
THERE MUST BE A FUSE IN THE FEMALE QUICK RELEASE COUPLER!!!
• Check the lling hose. This should be changed if there is any wear and tear,
kinking or visible damage.
• Make sure that the female quick release coupler is properly connected to the ll nipple.
• Check the ofcial maximum pressure of the bottle and ll to that using the ll station.
• THE OFFICIAL MAXIMUM PRESSURE IN THE BOTTLE SHOULD AT NO TIME
BE EXCEEDED!!!
Whilst lling, the bottle should be positioned so that the lling hose is not twisted or
squashed.
After the automatic valve degassing, detach the bottle from the female quick release coupler.
The following user manual does not contain all the guidelines regarding the safe lling
of compressed air bottles. Always keep to the actual guidelines and order recommended.
Filling a bottle with compressed air can be dangerous. Use of the high pressure system
in an incorrect manner can lead to injury.
NO SERVICING OR CLEANING WORK SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT WHILST
THE APPLIANCE IS PRESSURISED!
A DEFECTIVE PART OF THE FILL STATION IS ONLY TO BE REPLACED WITH
AN ORIGINAL PART BY AN AUTHORISED SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

4. Preparation
• In order to ensure a stable working procedure during the lling process, the ll station
should be secured with screws or another connector to a table or wall.
• Connect the lling hose by means of a compressed air source (compressor or air tank)
by inserting the hose into one of the two 5.8” HP ports. Ensure that the other one remains
closed.
• The compressed air may be fed into the ll station through two 5.8” HP ports at the same
or through a series connection or more than one ll station.
• By the opening of an appropriate outlet in the air reservoir or in the compressor,
the lling station is supplied with compressed air, the pressure gauge in the ll station
will show the current operational pressure.
• After following the above steps, the ll station is ready to use.
5. Filling the Bottle
• Connect the bottle by using the female quick release coupler with the lling hose.
• Then open the lever valve of the ll station.
• Wait until the pressure in the bottle has reached the desired level.
• Close the lever valve afterwards, whereby the lling hose is automatically vented.
• Disconnect the female quick release coupler from the bottle.
The manufacturer takes NO responsibility for damage which happens
by not paying attention to the above instructions!
