NORME GENERALI DI SICUREZZA
ATTENZIONE: Leggere attentamente le istruzioni e precauzioni prima di
assemblare, montare e usare il vostro arrotolatore, onde evitare danni
a persone e/o cose, conservare le istruzioni per ogni eventuale dubbio
futuro.
Arrotolatore con nastro segnaletico
Questo prodotto viene generalmente usato per isolare o interdire settori
di spazi aperti, formare linee di separazione,proteggere zone di incidenti
o crimini, delimitare aree vietate al pubblico etc.

Installazione dell’arrotolatore
Togliere dall’imballo e controllare la presenza di danni.
1. L’installazione può avvenire su una colonna. In questo caso l’altezza
consigliata è 1,20 mt e la base deve essere solidamente connessa
al terreno, se necessario mediante l’uso di bulloni.
2. L’arrotolatore dispone di una staffa con tre fori da 8.5 mm per il
montaggio fisso. Due di questi fori sono asolati per permettere una
più agevole installazione.
3. Assicuratevi di usare materiale di correttamente dimensionato per
il fissaggio.
Precauzioni di sicurezza
1. Usare le dovute protezione agli occhi quando si assembla e si usa
l’arrotolatore.
2. Tenere i bambini lontani dall’area di lavoro.
3. Non strattonare o strappare il nastro.
4. Assicurarsi di avere allentato la molla prima di procedere a
manutenzioni.

Uso dell’arrotolatore
1. Controllare il corretto funzionamento estraendo lentamente il nastro,
ad ogni mezzo giro del tamburo si sentirà una serie di “click”.
2. Estrarre il nastro e lasciarlo lentamente rientrare, dopo aver sentito
il primo o secondo “click”.
3. Per il riavvolgimento: estrarre lentamente il nastro fino all’ultimo
“click”, quindi lasciare che rientri lentamente nel tamburo
trattenendolo con le mani.
4. Periodicamente controllare l’arrotolatore per eventuali usure,
danneggiamenti o perdite. Sostituire ogni eventuale particolare
danneggiato.
5. L’arrotolatore dispone di un sistema di sicurezza per rallentare il
nastro durante il ritorno.

4. Il sistema di bloccaggio può essere disinserito aprendo il coperchio
indicato in figura A e seguendo le indicazioni della figura B.
ATTENZIONE: Il lato indicato in figura C protegge la molla del
dispositivo e non deve essere aperto se non da personale autorizzato
e per manutenzioni straordinarie.

Metodi di fissaggio
L’arrotolatore dispone di diversi sistemi per fissare il nastro:
1. Il nastro può essere direttamente bloccato su sé stesso con il perno
di fissaggio dopo essere stato fatto passare attorno ad un palo o ad
un oggetto fisso. (fig.1)
2. Con l’uso dell’apposito magnete il nastro può essere bloccato su
una parete metallica. (fig.2)
3. Il terminale ad occhiello può essere usato per fissare il nastro su
pareti di legno o in muratura con l’uso di un tassello ad espansione
se necessario. (fig. 3 e 4 )

Manutenzione
Pulire regolarmente il nastro mediante l’uso di un panno e acqua
tiepida. Non usare detergenti o solventi che potrebbero danneggiare il
nastro o i meccanismi interni
L’arrotolatore deve essere aperto per eventuale manutenzione
straordinaria solo da personale specializzato e consapevole del pericolo
dato dalla molla interna.
Garanzia
1. Il produttore garantisce l’arrotolatore da eventuali difetti di materiale
o di funzionamento per un periodo di 12 mesi dalla data di acquisto.
2. Tubo (se fornito), anelli di tenuta, rulli in plastica, stopper in gomma,
sono considerati particolari usurabili, e quindi non soggetti a
garanzia.
3. L’obbligo del produttore è limitato alla sostituzione o riparazione
del materiale difettoso durante il periodo di garanzia, il prodotto
va riconsegnato in PORTO FRANCO al rivenditore o al centro di
assistenza autorizzato.
4. La garanzia non copre i danni causati accidentalmente o provocati
dal cattivo uso e/o un’errata installazione.

GENERAL WARNINGS
NOTE: Read both instructions and precautions carefully before
assembling, mounting and using your warning tape reel in order to
avoid damage to people or/and things, and keep the instructions for
any further doubt.

This product is normally used to either isolate or delimit open spaces,
create safety barriers, secure scenes of accidents or crimes, mark out
areas forbidden to the public, etc.

Installation of the warning tape reel
Unpack and check for any damage.
1. The warning tape reel can me mounted on a column. In this case,
the recommended height is 1.20m and the basis must be firmly
fixed to the ground, if necessary, by means of some bolts.
2. The warning tape reel is equipped with a mounting bracket provided
with three 8.5mm holes suitable for fixed installation. Two of them
are slotted holes allowing for easier installation.
3. Make sure the material you are using is correctly dimensioned for
installation.
Safety precautions
1. When assembling and using your warning tape reel, take the
appropriate precautions to protect your eyes.
2. Keep children away from the working area.
3. Do not pull or rip the tape.
4. Make sure you have loosened the spring before carrying out any
maintenance work.

Use of the warning tape reel
1. Verify the correct functioning by pulling out the tape; at every half
turn of the drum you will hear a series of clicks.
2. Pull out the tape and, then, let it retract slowly after hearing the first
and the second click.
3. When you want to rewind, pull out the tape until you hear the last
click and then let it retract slowly into the drum by helping out with
your hands.
4. Periodically check the warning tape reel for any wear, damage or
leak. Substitute any damaged part.
5. The warning tape reel is equipped with a safety system allowing for
slow rewinding speed.

4. The locking system can be disconnected by opening the cover
shown in Figure A, following the instructions provided in Figure B.
WARNING: The side shown in Figure C protects the spring of the
device and must be opened exclusively by authorized personnel
and in case of extraordinary maintenance.

Fixing methods
The warning tape reel is fitted with different systems to secure the tape:
1. The tape can be locked firmly on itself by means of the fixing pin after
being passed around a pole or a fixed object. (fig.1)
2. The tape can be locked on a metal wall through the appropriate
magnet (fig.2)
3. If necessary,the eyelet terminal can be used to fix the tape on wooden
or masonry walls by means of an expansion bolt. (fig. 3 e 4 )
