Fault Current Internrpter switch attached to the power
receptacle (male end) of the BD 125 WP unit and
plugged into awall outlet rcceptacle for safetypurpos€s
to prevent electrical
shock
2. The unit shouldnwer be useddry without watef to the cutting head as dust hazard is presentto the
operaton
3. Safetyglass
shouldb€usedunder all operating conditions,rubber/latex
gloves, splash bib coveralls, and rubber bootVshoes arre hrghty
necommendedaswell.
Alwayscheck
to ersurc the BD 125WP powerON/OFT'switchis
turnedoff prior to energizingtheunit into anextension
cordor wall
receptacle.
5. Avoid excessivewater during use as this can resuh in internal
brush/commutator pmblemsand shofting of the electric motor on the BD
125WP unir Water control isbest
regulatedat thesounoe
(spigot
valve)
and the brasscockvalveontheunit body.
6. Never attempt to pick up the unit should it fall into a water containeror
become
saturated,disconnect
the power at theGFCI switch lint followedby allowingtheunit to dry out
completetybeforerestarting operation.
7. Should the unit fail to resta$ contact a customer service
reprcsentativeimmediatety.
EXCHANGE OF CARBON BRUSH
If shortened up or cracked carbon brush is used, the important commutator will damage and the
commutating sparls will begenerated
somuch, resultingin heatgeneration
and dropping of motor output or
causingtroubles Thereforepayattentionto thewear condition of carbon brush. If the length
of carbon brush
is 1/3,be sureto immediately exchangeit with nervone.At the time of exchangm&if non-standardor poor
quatity carbon brush is used,the performance of motor will becomebad resulting,in causing
trouble and
shorting of motor life. In this connection,we necommend
to usegenuineBarranca carbon brush. Genuine
Barrancacarbonbrushisproduced
under strict quality controland isa standardproducl

RemoveHolder Cap by screwdriver.
Thkeout Carbon Brush.
Exchange
with new one.
