Descaling Senseo®Viva Café

Important:

The complete descaling procedure consists of 4 cycles;

2 descaling cycles with descaling mixture and 2 rinsing cycles with fresh water.

Do not switch off the machine during the entire procedure.

To finish the complete descaling procedure takes up to 20-30 minutes.

After you have completed the last cycle, the appliance will switch off and the descaling light

goes out.

Use the correct descaling agent. Only citric acid descalers are suitable for descaling the

SENSEO® machine.

Descaling instruction SENSEO®Viva Café

Descaling cycle; 2 Cycles with the descaling mixture.

Action

Feedback indicator lights

Mix 50 grams of citric acid with 1 liter cold

water in a separate jug.

Stir until the powder is dissolved.

Fill the water reservoir with the mixture.

Place the water reservoir back onto the

coffee machine and put a bowl with a

capacity of min. 1500ml under the spout.

Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the

appliance.

Wait until the light around the ON/OFF

button is continuously lighted.

The light around the ON/OFF button will start

to blink slowly.

Place a used coffee pod in the 1-cup pod

holder and put it in the machine.

Start the first descaling cycle by pressing

the 1- and the 2-cup button briefly at the

same time.

The water comes out in intervals and the machine will

pause 3 times.

The CALC light and the ON/OFF light will start

to flash slowly.

Wait until the water reservoir is empty and

the first cycle is finished.

When the first cycle is finished the light ring

around the ON/OFF button starts to flash

rapidly.

The CALC light continues to blink slowly to

indicate the descaling procedure is

still activated.

Mix again 50 grams of citric acid with 1 liter

cold water in a separate jug.

Stir until the powder is dissolved.

Fill the water reservoir with the mixture.

When you take off the water reservoir from

the machine the ON/OFF light will blink fast.

Place the water reservoir back onto the

coffee machine and put a bowl with a

capacity of min. 1500ml under the spout.

Wait until the light around the ON/OFF

button is continuously lighted.

The light around the ON/OFF button will start

to blink slowly.

Start the second descaling cycle by pressing

the 1- and the 2-cup button briefly at the

same time.

Wait until the water reservoir is empty and the second

cycle is finished.

The CALC light and the ON/OFF light will start

to flash slowly.

When the second cycle is finished the light

ring around the ON/OFF button starts to flash

rapidly.

The CALC light continues to blink slowly to

indicate the descaling procedure is still

activated.

After the descaling cycle with the descaling mixture, proceed 2 times the rinsing cycle with fresh

water. Do not switch off the appliance in between these two different cycles!

Fill the water reservoir up to the MAX indication with

fresh cold water.

When you take off the water reservoir from

the machine the ON/OFF light will blink fast.

The CACL light will continue to blink slowly.

Place the water reservoir back onto the coffee

machine and put a bowl with a capacity of min.

1500ml under the spout.

Wait until the light around the

ON/OFF button is continuously lighted.

The light around the ON/OFF button and the

CACL light will blink slowly.

12.

Start the first rinsing cycle by

pressing the 1- and the 2-cup button briefly at the

same time.

Wait until the water reservoir is

empty and the first rinsing cycle is finished.

The CALC light and the ON/OFF light will start

to flash to indicate that the rinsing cycle has

started.

When the first cycle is finished the light ring

around the ON/OFF button starts to flash

rapidly.

The CALC light continues to blink slowly to

indicate the total descaling procedure is still

activated.

Fill the water reservoir for a second time up to the

MAX indication with fresh cold water.

Do not switch off the appliance in

between the first and second rinsing cycle!

When you take off the water reservoir from

the machine the ON/OFF light will blink fast.

The CACL light will continue to blink slowly.

Repeat the steps 10, 11 and 12 for the second time.

Do not switch off in between the appliance

After the second rinsing cycle the appliance

will switch of automatically and the descaling

is finished.

Ontkalken SENSEO®Viva Café

Belangrijk:

De volledige ontkalkingsprocedure bestaat uit 4 cycli;

2 ontkalkingscycli met ontkalkermengsel en 2 spoelcycli met schoon water.

Schakel de machine tijdens de gehele procedure niet uit!

Het duurt 20 tot 30 minuten om de volledige ontkalkingsprocedure te doorlopen.

Nadat u de laatste cyclus hebt voltooid, wordt het apparaat uitgeschakeld en gaat

het ontkalkingslampje uit.

Gebruik de juiste ontkalker. Alleen ontkalkers op basis van citroenzuur zijn geschikt

voor het ontkalken van de SENSEO®.

Ontkalking instructies SENSEO®Viva Café

Ontkalkingcyclus; 2 ontkalkingcycli met het ontkalkingmengsel.

Handeling

Indicatielampjes

Meng 50 gram citroenzuur met 1 liter water in een

maatbeker.

Roer het mengsel totdat het poeder volledig is opgelost.

Vul het waterreservoir met het mengsel.

Plaats het waterreservoir terug op de koffiemachine en zet

een kom met een capaciteit van ten minste 1500 ml onder

de koffietuit.

Druk op de aan/uitknop om het apparaat in te schakelen.

Wacht tot de lichtring rond de aan/uitknop ononderbroken

brandt

De lichtring rond de aan/uitknop begint

langzaam te knipperen.

Plaats een gebruikte koffiepad in de 1-kops padhouder en

plaats de padhouder in de machine.

Start de eerste ontkalkingscyclus door tegelijkertijd kort

op de 1- en de 2-kops knop te drukken.

Het water komt met tussenpozen uit de koffietuit en de

machine stopt drie keer.

Het CALC-lampje en het aan/uitlampje

beginnen langzaam te knipperen.

Wacht tot het waterreservoir leeg is en de eerste cyclus is

voltooid.

Wanneer de eerste cyclus is voltooid,

begint de lichtring rond de aan/uitknop

snel te knipperen.

Het CALC-lampje blijft langzaam

knipperen om aan te geven dat de

ontkalkingsprocedure nog steeds is

geactiveerd.

Meng opnieuw 50 gram citroenzuur met 1 liter water in

een maatbeker.

Roer het mengsel totdat het poeder volledig is opgelost.

Vul het waterreservoir met het mengsel.

Wanneer u het waterreservoir van de

machine haalt, begint het

aan/uitlampje snel te knipperen.

Plaats het waterreservoir terug op de koffiemachine en zet

een kom met een capaciteit van ten minste 1500 ml onder

de koffietuit.

Wacht tot de lichtring rond de aan/uitknop ononderbroken

brandt.

De lichtring rond de aan/uitknop begint

langzaam te knipperen.

Start de tweede ontkalkingscyclus door tegelijkertijd kort

op de 1- en de 2-kops knop te drukken.

Het CALC-lampje en het aan/uitlampje

beginnen langzaam te knipperen.

Wacht tot het waterreservoir leeg is en de tweede cyclus

is voltooid.

Wanneer de tweede cyclus is voltooid,

begint de lichtring rond de aan/uitknop

snel te knipperen.

Het CALC-lampje blijft langzaam

knipperen om aan te geven dat de

ontkalkingsprocedure nog steeds is

geactiveerd.

Na de tweede ontkalkingscyclus met het ontkalkermengsel moet u twee keer de spoelcyclus met schoon

water uitvoeren. Schakel het apparaat tussen deze twee verschillende cycli niet uit!

Vul het waterreservoir tot de MAX-aanduiding met

schoon water.

Wanneer u het waterreservoir van de

machine haalt, begint het

aan/uitlampje snel te knipperen.

Het CALC-lampje blijft langzaam

knipperen.

Plaats het waterreservoir terug op de koffiemachine en

zet een kom met een capaciteit van ten minste 1500 ml

onder de koffietuit.

Wacht tot de lichtring rond de aan/uitknop

ononderbroken brandt.

De lichtring rond de aan/uitknop en het

CALC-lampje knipperen langzaam.

12.

Start de eerste spoelcyclus door tegelijkertijd kort op de

1- en de 2-kops knop te drukken.

Wacht tot het waterreservoir leeg is en de eerste

spoelcyclus is voltooid.

Het CALC-lampje en het aan/uitlampje

gaan knipperen om aan te geven dat de

spoelcyclus is gestart.

Wanneer de eerste cyclus is voltooid,

begint de lichtring rond de aan/uitknop

snel te knipperen.

Het CALC-lampje blijft langzaam

knipperen om aan te geven dat de

volledige ontkalkingsprocedure nog

steeds is geactiveerd.

Vul het waterreservoir een tweede keer tot de MAX-

aanduiding met schoon koud water.

Schakel het apparaat niet uit tussen de eerste en

tweede spoelcyclus!

Wanneer u het waterreservoir van de

machine haalt, begint het

aan/uitlampje snel te knipperen.

Het CALC-lampje blijft langzaam

knipperen.

Détartrage SENSEO®Viva Café

Important :

L'opération de détartrage complète consiste en 4 cycles:

2 cycles de détartrage avec la solution de détartrage et 2 cycles de rinçage à l'eau potable.

N'éteignez la machine à aucun moment de l'opération.

L'opération de détartrage complète dure entre 20 et 30 minutes.

À la fin du dernier cycle, l'appareil s'éteint, ainsi que le voyant de détartrage.

Utilisez un agent de détartrage approprié. Seuls les détartrants à base d'acide citrique

conviennent au détartrage de la machine à café SENSEO®.

Procédure de détartrage SENSEO®Viva Café.

Cycle de détartrage : 2 cycles de détartrage avec la solution de détartrage.

Action

Voyants

Dans un récipient à part, mélangez 50 grammes d'acide

citrique avec 1 litre d'eau froide.

Remuez jusqu'à dissolution de la poudre.

Versez la solution dans le réservoir d'eau.

Remettez le réservoir d'eau en place dans la machine à café

et placez un bol d'une capacité minimale de 1 500 ml sous

l'unité d'écoulement.

Mettez l'appareil en marche en appuyant sur le bouton

marche/arrêt.

Attendez que le voyant autour du bouton marche/arrêt soit

continuellement allumé.

Le voyant autour du bouton

marche/arrêt commence à clignoter

lentement.

Mettez une dosette usagée dans le porte-dosette pour

1 tasse et placez-le dans la machine.

Démarrez le premier cycle de détartrage en appuyant

brièvement sur les boutons pour 1 et 2 tasses en même

temps.

L'eau sort par intervalles et la machine s'arrête 3 fois.

Le voyant CALC et le voyant

marche/arrêt commencent à

clignoter lentement.

Attendez que le réservoir d'eau soit vide et le premier cycle

fini.

Lorsque le premier cycle est fini,

l'anneau lumineux autour du bouton

marche/arrêt commence à clignoter

rapidement.

Le voyant CALC continue à clignoter

lentement pour indiquer que

l'opération de détartrage est

toujours activée.

Dans un récipient à part, mélangez à nouveau 50 grammes

d'acide citrique avec 1 litre d'eau froide.

Remuez jusqu'à dissolution de la poudre.

Versez la solution dans le réservoir d'eau.

Lorsque vous retirez le réservoir

d'eau de la machine, le voyant

marche/arrêt clignote rapidement.

reste allumé.
